You cannot do this with iPhoto, but you can with PhotoPresenter.
To send feedback to Apple, try using the
iPhoto menu -> Provide iPhoto Feedback
route. Apple don't promise to read these forums, which are User to User forums.

I have lost sound on my iPad in apps unless I use headphones ,does anyone know how to get sound back without them .I have used the mute volume on the bar at bottom of screen and the slider volume control there only shows when headphones are plugged in !
I also tried resetting settings all to no avail ...I looked up some advice and watched utube video advice on how to fix without success..
The volume control button on side does not work ,I got the iPad last August and wonder if it is a fault that means I must return it for replacement from where it was purchased ?The Retrospect you used way back when is no longer around. The company was sold and that company produced a new version of Retrospect - Retrospect 8.x
So, as you've been told, you would have to be running a Tiger system with an old version of Retrospect software (5.x or 6.x - you would need to know) assuming you can find the software.
As best I can remember you cannot extract files from a Retrospect backup except using the software since Retrospect did not normally make a file by file backup rather it created an archive of the files in the backup. I'm assuming that the EMC/Retrospect people have told you that old Retrospect backups are not accessible by Retrospect 8.x? -
I accidentally deleted the facebook app off my phone, but it won't let me go into the app store and DL it again it says it's already installed. Does anyone know how I get facebook back???

I synced my iphone to my computer and all my music on my itunes on the computer is gone does anyone know how to get it back?
They should be in the Photos app (help on syncing photos is here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236) - if they don't show then check that Settings > General > About > Photos isn't 0, and you could also try a reset to see if they show after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I just updated the software on my iPhone to the ios5. I've gotten everything to synce but my ringtones. Does anyone know how to get my ringtones from my iTunes onto my iPhone???

I recently downloaded ios6 and have now lost almost all of my apps. They can be found in the App Store, but what a pain in the behind! Does anyone know how to get my apps back on the screen where they belong?
Thanks for any assistance!Firefox has no built-in option to do this, it will be due to an extension. Check your list of extensions to see which one has added this feature. Extensions that have this feature include Tab Kit, Tree Style Tab and Unified Sidebar, though there are probably others.

Hi everyone. My voicemail just stopped working. A caller today said they got a message that it was not activated or something like that. When I called it from another phone all I got was ringing for a long time and then a disconnect. I have had this phone for about three months and it has been working until now.
I updated software and turned the phone off and on again. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter? -
Hi, i have lost the camera and applications icons off my phone. the phone shop told me to synch my phone on itunes, which i have done but they have not returned. Could anyone plz help me?

i have done this twice in two other posts..
here is my problem.. i started off trying to update itunes, it failed twice and said i needed to install manually via tools.
the only place to get to tools is the pop up box that appears when you click check for updates.. if there is an available update then the pop up shows up with the quick time and itunes files to download. so i finally figured that out. i clicked on tools and manual update, four files were saved to a file. Apple mobile device support, another one similar, itunes, and another one i cant remember. I only downloaded the itunes file seeing as though thats all i needed to accomplish in the first place.
so then i restarted my computer bc you need to reboot and then reopen itunes for update to take effect. once i have itunes back open i plugged in my new 5s which i am trying to sync to my computer to get all my stuff back bc i lost my previous phone over the weekend.. once i plugged the phone in an error stating i needed to unistall the apple mobile device support and itunes and then reinstall. well i dont know where those files were originally stored on my computer AND since my itunes was updated, just not the other 3 associated files, when i click check for updates it says its up to date and then pop up containing the quick time and itunes does not pop up thus i cant get back to the tools tab to manually save the 4 files again.
so i was just going to uninstall itunes all together and then i thought well what happens if it erases all my photos apps songs etc... which would defeat the whole purpose in the first place of me trying to sync my new phone to get all my stuff back.
so i literally have no idea what to do at this point.. if you have read this you are probably just as confused as me... -
I was trying to recover a deleted text message and used Wondershare Dr. Fone to load previously deleted messages.
I didn't find the message that I was looking for, but when I went back to my "desktop" - all my apps were rearranged and there was a photo I had set as the background 2 years ago. When I opened their program again to try and restore my desktop, I was prompted to purchase their software, which I cannot affort to do.
Like many people, I rely on my phone almost as much as an extra appendange and am clueless as to how I can recover my icloud, apps, etc without spending any money.
Do you have any suggestions. A little knowledge is a dangerous thingPretty bad reviews for that software.

Backing up the iPhone to the computer won't transfer the music to it; to do that, you need to use the Transfer Purchases function. If you're looking for music already on the computer, search it for files with an extension of mp3, m4a, or m4p.

My kid has erased my entire iTunes and iPhoto libraries. Does anyone know how to get them back?
WIthout a backup of your data previously, they are all gone.
The only option you have now is data recovery.
You need to purchase, download, install and use a data recovery app like this.

You need to completely stop using your computer ASAP, at this point and just run the data recovery app and let it do its thing.
Every moment that you keep regularly using your computer risks rewriting new data in the locations where your deleted data may still reside.
A very expensive and time consuming lesson to be learned here.
Purchase and connect up a large capacity external hard drive (a drive larger than your Mac's internal hard drive) preferably a hard drive that uses FireWire 400/800 connection and use a data cloning app like CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper to make yourself a exact, bootable copy of your Mac's internal drive to the new external hard drive.
This will be your data backup drive. -
I lost my old iphone and have a new 5s.. i need to sync to itunes. i had to donwload manually via tools but i didnt download all four files. now when i plug my phone into itunes it says there is an error bc i didnt download all the files. so when i go into itunes now and check for updates it says its up to date. the problem is with the phone support file i didnt download.
Does anyone know how to get back to the pop up that has the music player update and itunes update bc this is the only place i have seen "tools" to be able to manually update all four files....

Purpose of icons in iCloud Photos?
When viewing individual pictures in my photo stream under iCloud Photos on the Apple TV, I notice that there is an icon in the bottom right corner of the TV screen. There is the "talking bubble" icon like that which is used for the iMessages icon.
