Does anyone know how to make this Box with prices?

Hello!!
I am making my 'wedding website' I am unware of what the 'actual term(s)' of how to call these element.
I wanted to know if anyone knows if it is possible to make these price boxes with the amount filling box under it?
Can you make something like this in MUSE (it seems perfectly possible) Can someone give me a hand or tutorial on how to do this.

The drop downs with price attributes would require custom coding on your end, but if you have a fixed price then you can use product information for sale purpose with price listed in the product itself.

If you start with a standard image...say a photo (the example
you have are drawings), then first you want to turn the image to
greyscale.
Go to Filters > Adjust Color >Hue/Saturation and drag
the Saturation slider (color intensity) all the way to the left.
The next step is to colorize the image. Go back to Filters
> Adjust Color >Hue/Saturation.
Click the checkbox next to Colorize
Drag the Saturation slider to the right (the farther to the
right, the more intense the color).
Drag the Hue slider around till you get the color you want.
At the left is 0 (red), moving through orange, yellow, green, blue
to purple (360).
Lightness sets the brightness of the image.
Once you get the settings you like, make note of the Hue,
Saturation, and Lightness values. Then, to process a set of images,
turn them all to greyscale, then apply the same HSL values to them.
Depending on the image, you might want to adjust the
brightness or contrast before colorizing, though.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

Judging by all the posts on the forum, there seems to be an issue at Apple's end, although they have made no announcement on their status page. Unfortunately, we may have to wait until Apple is more forthcoming with information.

There is a transparent color over my file in muse whenever I'm editing the file, does anyone know how to remove this?

What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now?

For the keyboard backlight:
Have you tried pressing the "lights on" F-key, that has like a half-round rays of light over a bar symbol (currently F6 on my Mac, but may be different on other models)? If it doesn't work, does anything show on the screen?
If a crossed-out symbol pops up onscreen when you press the F-key, that means that automatic keyboard lighting is enabled and the Mac thinks surroundings are too bright already. Go to System Preferences / Keyboard and uncheck the "Automatically illuminate keyboard..." item, then try again.
For the screws:
Visit www.powerbookmedic.com or www.ifixit.com and see in their Mac parts section for a replacement screw set. You will need to know your Mac's model, printed on the bottom lid, to ensure you get the correct parts for that particular computer.
For the RAM:
While in either of the two places I mentioned above, visit their How-To / DIY section for instructions on how to replace RAM on your Mac. Then visit www.crucial.com, www.corsair.com, www.kingston.com, www.otherworldcomputing.com or any other RAM maker, use their RAM advisor together with your Mac's model to select the correct RAM upgrade kit for your Mac.

Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

There is a good possibility that your trimming of the SIM card could have damaged it some way. If the SIM was working in the old phone, then you cut it and the first new phone didn't work and now this phone doesn't work, it leads me to believe it has to do with the SIM card or the account. You are sure there is no problem with the account. Did you check with the provider when you got the iPhone 4 to make sure there was no problem with the account when you could not send or receive SMS? Why can't you just get a micro-sim? The iPhone should have come with one when you purchased it.The iPhone 4 is designed for a micro-sim. I don't believe this is a hardware problem unless the phone has been hacked or modified in some manner.

Go into Settings>Messages>Send and Receive> Is your phone number checked there? If you do not want your email used, then tap on them and remove the checkmark. If there is no checkmark by your phone number, then turn iMessage off, perform a reset on the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. Turn iMessage on. When it activates, check your settings again under Send and Receive and make sure the number is checked and the emails are not.

If your iPod only shows a circle and cross (or x) screen after resetting or restoring it, try placing it in Disk Mode and restoring it.
Restore iPod from Disk Mode
Disconnect iPod from your computer.
Manually put iPod into Disk Mode.
Open the latest version of iTunes and connect iPod.
Restore iPod.
If these steps don't work, or you've already completed them, your iPod may need service:
Setup Service for iPod
If you cannot force your iPod into disk mode and restore it, then your iPod may need service. Click one of the links below to setup an iPod Service Request online or make a reservation at the Genius Bar before visiting your local Apple Retail Store.
