Does anyone know how to transfer the Microsoft Outlook Addressbook to the regular Snow Lepoard's Mail?

I've converted from Microsoft Office 2004 to Office 2011 and in doing so updated Entourage to Outlook 2011.  It was fully successful, but i only did it so i'd have a current application to operate from until i was able to complete the e-mail transfer to Mac's regular Mail on Snow Leopard.  Now i'm trying to find out how to transfer the Outlook 2011 Address Book to Mail.  Can anyone tell me how to go about it?  or a good application to do it?   Thanks.

You may be able to highlight your contacts in Outlook and just drag them out to the desktop.  That might create a vCard which can be imported into Apple's Addressbook (which feeds into Mail automatically).
If that does not work export your contacts from Outlook as tab delimited:http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/office/14/en-us/outlook/item/5f180f1b-14fc-434c-a caf-76d818e9882f
