Move the mouse or trackpad cursor over the center area of the login window so you can see the user icons. Click on the icon of the user that you would like to login as, type in the user's password, and press Return.
If the login window is configured to show only the name and password fields, type in the user's name and password into the fields, and press Return (even if you cannot see the rest of the login window).
Additional Information
This issue will not occur if the display is not sleeping when the account is logged out. Use the steps below to confirm that the account is not configured to log out automatically while the display is sleeping:
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General. Click the padlock to unlock the preference pane and enter your admin password. Click the Advanced button at the bottom, then see if the option "Log out after N minutes of inactivity" (where N is the number of minutes) is enabled.
Open System Preferences > Energy Saver and configure Display Sleep to occur after the account is logged out, by dragging the slider to a number of minutes that is greater than N was set to in the previous step.
Important: If automatic log out is not needed, disable "Log out after Nminutes of inactivity" in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General. This will also prevent the issue.

You an download the iAS6.5 from http://wwws.sun.com/software/download/download/
There is no place where you can download the SP3. Anyway 6.5 has more advance features. Anyway SP2 works fine with win NT. If you have any specific problem with installation, you can point them out. I would suggest you to use 6.5 instead.

You really don't need any Samsung software to use that camera with the iMac. See > Mac 101: Connect Your Camera
Just connect the camera up via it's USB cable or by putting it's card into a reader and import the photos to iPhoto or other Mac compatible Photo software.

I am trying to download Mountain Lion for almost 3 days now and the download gets stuck at 53.25mb. Apple support staff is giving me same block answer that it's because of heavy traffic and I don't buy that. Does anyone know how I can download it ?

I have been trying to download my copy of Mountain Lion for last 3 days and the download is stuck at 53.25mb. I tried all of the restart/ Cookies deletion that apple support staff recommended to no avail. Download starts from begining and once it's 53.25mb downloaded, the remaining time goes upto and beyond 650 days and counting.
Is there any guru, who can help me download Mountain Lion this year? Preferably in a days time !

Doesn't strike me as a "high traffic" issue, if you pause the download can you open the /Applications/ folder on your Mac and see if the installer already present? If you can stop the download and delete the installer (because it is not finished), the try again?
If you've already done the above have you tried using Disk Utility First Aid from your Recovery HD?
Try to verify/repair the disk and see if that takes care of it. (Of course make sure you have a good, recent backup before trying this.)
If you're still having issues: re-install OS X from the Recovery HD, install all available software updates, try again.

Rosetta vs Photoshop v.7 Intel iMac running Snow Leopard.

Dear Photoshoppers,
I have Adobe Design Collection (before it became CS this and that...)
eg Photoshop 7
Illustrator 10
InDesign 2
Acrobat 5.
I've installed Illustrator 10. Fine. It recognised the lack of Classic environment and installed. It runs ok.
But Photoshop 7. It installed as per above. But when it attempts to load it hangs with the error, "An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred because of a program error. Photoshop will now exit."
I have an iMac dual core Intel 3.O with 4 gigs of ram. SnowLeopard 10.6.8
Advice would be appreciated.

Rosetta emulation worked very good for the transition from the Power PC chip to Intel chips that Apple moved to in 2006.
68K emulation also worked for the transition from the Motorola 6800 family series of chips to the Power PC chip..
Macintosh has had 3 different processor chip architectures during its history. (Motorola 6800 series, Power PC series and Intel)
The reason why the transition from different chips went very well is because Apple tested & refined the hell out of the emulations before making any move.
Apple had every version of OS X since its introduction running on an Intel chip in their labs for years before Apple announced the move to Intel in 2005.
In a similar vein, think of the hoops Microsoft has had to jump through to make sure that Windows 7 supports old software.
What new things could have been done with Windows 7 if it hadn't been necessary to support software written to work on WIndows XP - a 10 year old operating system?
Rather than constrain the possibilities for newer OS X versions by trying to maintain compatibility with all older hardware & software, Apple has chosen to suspend support for older products as time goes by. When Apple ditched the floppy drive there was an industry uproar, but people very quickly adjusted. Newer technologies like the CD and Zip disks (100MB on a single disk, OMG) had already put the nail in the coffin for the floppy disk. So like the emulations that it supported for years, Apple decided that after a good long while to drop support and have people move forward if they wanted all the new goodies.
Photoshop 7 was released in March 2002 - almost exactly 10 years ago.
Once Apple makes a move they don't look back. People can still run their old software on their older,increasingly slower hardware if they want.
Whether we are users of Mac or Windows, we have to move ahead and stop worrying about things that were created for another age - 10 years ago,

There isn't a script.
Mail connects to any standard email server.
Open the Connection Doctor from the Window menu.
Click Show Details and Check Again.
What errors does it post trying to connect to your email provider.
I dont' think there is any personal information in the output, but you might want to sanitize the output in a text editor before posting the output here in case there is a login user name or something like that.
