Does anyone know what I should buy for Times-Roman, Times-Italic, Times-Bold etc.?
I only see Times New Roman. The error message in Adobe Distiller is 'can't find Times-Roman (or Times-Italic or Times-Bold).
Just play with each and figure out which one you want. I believe they only allow 1 exchange unless it is a defect issue. You can always return the exchanged item and rebuy what you want if they will not allow you to do multiple exchanges.
But again, you need to really figure out which one you want.

If it fried the charger, then there is something seriously wrong with it. You need to take it to an Apple Store to have it looked at, and be prepared to be told that you will need to get a new phone. If you can't charge it, it will be useless to you in a matter of days anyway. Also, do not even try to hook it up to your computer....you will probably cause serious damage to the computer and be even worse off than you are now.
Sorry about your troubles. But for your own safety, you need to have the phone looked at! Don't wait - if you wait until it has no more charge left, then no one will be able to recharge it to look at it....

I am aware that the iPod Touch 5g has no official date yet, on the site it only says: Available to ship: October. But, does anyone know what a possible, date for the iPod to be released? :)
Well, I recently checked apple.com, and the "pre-order" button has been replaced with the "buy now" button. This is a very good sign that the iPods will begin to ship soon! There is still no exact date, but I expect that they will ship within the next 3 days. You should get an email when they have shipped.

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?

Does anyone know what ppqryErrorList is used for in EssOtlQueryMembersEx?
Given a calcscript, I'm wondering if I can get a list of errors back it has multiple errors (e.g. member not found, syntax error etc.) when I run EssOtlQueryMembersEx.
I've looked at the documentation (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/html_esb_api/api_c/otlc/funcs/apcfqmex.htm) and looks like ppqryErrorList does the job for me. However, I'm getting a NULL pointer to ppqryErrorList regardless or whethere there's an error or not.
e.g. when I call "@ICHILD(blah)" with EssOtlQueryMembersEx I'm hoping the error list (ppqryErrorList) will contain "member not found blah" but it infact returns NULL.
This parameter on EssOtlQueryMembersEx must be there for a reason. Does anyone know what this is used for?

I cant download the new iTunes soflware on my PC because I have not yet been able to sync my photos from my phone to my itunes. If I update to the new software on my pc, for some reason I can't then update my phone software. What Ive had to do the past few times is go the the Apple Store and have them load the new iTunes on my phone for me but then that means I lose all my pics. I dont remember how I used to get my photos from my phone to my itunes but i know i used to be able to. I think I lost some of my options. Does anyone know what this could be? I have an iPad 2 that is about 2 years old and is in good shape. I was trying to swipe off an app when the screen went all white. I held down the power button to shut it down but it wont do any thing but go black. When I press the power button it come back all white with no icons and no passcode pad. Does anyone know how to fix this or what it is?
ThanksTThanks for the suggestion but it turns out that you have to hold down the Home button, the Power button AND the Volume UP button at the same time for several seconds until,the Apple appears To fix the white screen of death. Found that on another help site. It works and boy an I glad. Pass it on.

I have an iphone that is locked to orange and have been waiting over 50 days now for it to be unlocked and keep getting fobbed off with promises to sort it out. I dont know how many calls have been made and am getting really frustrated now. Does anyone know how apple are involved with the unlock as im jst not getting any answers from orange and they just keep saying they dont know why its takng so long

Hi and welcome to discussions. I tried to find something about it, but was not successful. I would guess though that this has been made using some of Apple's own software, everything else would not really make sense. And there actually is one tool in the portfolio capable of creating something like that: Motion. So, as an educated guess, I would say that's the one.
