Does anyone know what this error is referring to?

I see this is ALL OVER my log... can't figure out where it's coming from or what it means...
[ACCOUNTMANAGEMENT] UsernamePasswordLoginModule/initialize : Un-authenticated Identity: Unknown
(For example, changing a property in the AD User process form, hit save, this comes up amongst other things)

When the application tries to make a change, it is using the APIs. In doing so, it grabs and instance of the UtilityFactory based on the user who is logged in. If you are getting this message all over the place, i would say you have a problem with your application server. Have you made any changes to the application serveR? Applied any patches? What are you running OIM on?

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (Although the procedure is for Vista and 7 and you've got XP, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I had a recent crash with similar code. Appears to be printer log error. Odd thing is that I wasn't trying to print, and no printers are connected.

My Macbook pro keeps crashing..does anyone know what this error report means

I have a MacBook Pro (2011) with Lion OS X 10.7.5 on it. Systematically over the last week it has been giving errors, rebooting, Time Machine Backup has stopped working (I do have a backup that was made just befrore these errors).
At various times a black small screen appears which says an error has occured and the machine needs to reboot. SOmetime the rebbot is succesfull and other times not - I have restored from TMB 4 times this weekend

I am not sure what this means or what it is telling me, but I fear it may be my hard drive crashing. The rebboting occurs at various times..opening outlook, trying a TMB..downloading an update from the net...no specific action happens before this..

Time and time again, this particular kernel extension:
com.rim.driver.BlackBerryUSBDriverInt     0.0.74
...will cause kernel panics. Remove it from your System and put it in a folder on your Desktop and restart. See if your machine is stable without it.

Error code 0x884ec692, does anyone know what this error code means?

I came home tonight and found all of the printer lights blinking and "error 0x884ec692" displayed. I have not been able to find this error code on the HP web site or in the forums. I pulled the power for about 20 seconds and it indicates that all is fine now but I ran into this twice last night so I need to figure out what is going on.

A Google search turned up other people wondering about it, and even the line in the Darwin source code where that message gets printed out. It even says it's normal for this to fail on some computers with certain versions of the U3 controller.
Everything else in your log looks pretty normal to me. So, as long as the computer's fine, I wouldn't worry about it.

This error message usually means, that you have included an image in your book, that is corrupted and cannot be included in the pdf-file. You need to find the corrupted image and to remove it from the book. Try to print your book to a pdf file and browse the pdf file. Probably you will se blank spots where the corrupted image should appear; you may want to have a look at this thread:

If you are placing this code inside the Flash fla file, on the timeline, you do not use "private", "public", etc... declarations.
just use...
function onEnterFrame(event:Event):void

The private/public/etc declarations are used in class files (.as files)

HT1199 iTunes quits on opening and gives me the error message -45054? Does anyone know what this error message is all about?

I use iCloud for my music and recently deleted some duplicates from my desktop iMac (about a year old.) Then tried to launch iTunes from the laptop about a 2008 macbook and get the error message -45054 and it won't open.
Any ideas? Would upgrading to Maverick help or make matters worse?

Take it in for repair.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
