Hi, I've never seen this before... is it possible to change the swf file to an image file? I didn't create the site and don't have the Flash file to edit.

What I said to do has nothing to do with the code you show. On your keyboard there should be a button "Print Screen"... use that and then take the image you capture and edit it to crop it to only what you want in the image. If you are not familiar with using it, then search Google... it has nothing to do with using Flash.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (Although the procedure is for Vista and 7 and you've got XP, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I do not use Windows on my Mac but it is possible I ran ScanDisk on my previous Windows laptop. Perhaps I have inadvertently brought these files to my Mac?? Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Buy a new drive and replace the old one. While the old one is still working (if it is) I would quickly make a bootable backup to an external drive if you have one, assuming you have no extant backup.
Clone using Restore Option of Disk Utility
Open Disk Utility from the Utilities folder.
Select the destination volume from the left side list.
Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
Check the box labeled Erase destination.
Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to the Source entry field.
Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the external backup drive. Source means the internal startup drive.
You will find suitable replacement drives at OWC.
They may also have a video tutorial. Or you may find a written tutorial at ifixit.com. Also may find one by Googling for it.
