I have been using GB for a few years now but must admit to one caveat.
Since my switch over to computer work, i am easily distracted from music making into all things computer (email, surfing, reading etcc..).
When I was simply dealing with Hardware Synth, when I sat at the keyboard, I SAT AT THE KEYBOARD, and music was the end result.
I cannot attest to the cause being software vs. hardware, maybe its coincidental where I lost my zest for music making, but my productivity (with GB) must be but
a fraction of what it used to be with Hardware Synths.
Any observations are welcome.

I can kind of relate. I have bought a second hand 3 year old macbook and turned it into my surfing, emailing, accounting and general muck around computer. I have done this to bring some seperation between working in my studio and working on my business. Having a dedicated music machine makes so much sense now. Its now tied to a space and a specific activity.
Hardware synths really do demand your undevided attention, esp if programming is quite involved. I have one left from the 80's but am always on the look out for something that might compliment it. I think there is some merit in having a couple of hardware synths/gear if you can handle the mentality behind programming and MIDI.
My productivity with GB is much higher than with the other 2 DAW's on my machine. I have tried others as well but am very happy for now with GB.

This response is a little late as I just read about your problem. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

My iPad (new generation) keeps "crashing" ( losing most apps not related ) requiring a complete reset/erase and restore. Does anyone else have this problem? I would like to know what is causing this problem.

I need to change my apple ID because I'm changing my email address. I'm worried that when I do, I'll no longer be able to use my first generation apple tv unless I change the apple ID there as well. Does anyone know how this works??

My iTunes appleID is an old defunct e-mail address - it does not have to be functional.
Do what Winston says to ensure you keep getting correspondence related to that ID.

Almost everytime I sign into Game Center or into a game itself my iPad goes back to desktop. Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm having a lot of problems sometimes signing into Game Center, or when the game itself is loaded I will click on something and it pretty much crashes and goes back to desktop! This is not supposed to happen in iOS - but I have seen too many instances to believe that the iOS can handle it properly all of the time. My suggestion would be to close all apps in the recents tray, reboot and start over again and see if that helps.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
The problem could be something else software related and restoring the device might help, but I would start with this and see how it goes.

This seems to relate to when the computer is hot. However, it is not that hot at all. Seems to be aggressive way of cooling? Does anyone else notice this?

Have my exchange contacts appear on iCloud. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Just setup iCloud on my IOS 5 iPhone 4S. Loving it so far. One thing I have been unable to do is have my exchange contacts / calendar also appear on iCloud. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I can't speak for the O/P but for me, i think i'd be happy to "move" then to iCloud rather than Exchange then. This all started from the most trival of things. I wanted Suri to recognise my partner but the "Related People" fields are limited to 3 with Exchange. I need them to be iCloud contacts to get the full list including Brother, Father etc etc
I have follows online guuides to sync to the cloud but they ignore Exchange contacts. I have just tried to add the @me.com account to my Outlook but it failed (perhaps servers busy/down?)
and to answer your question this is a High end HP desktop with Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007 SP3 connected on a gigabit lan.
I'm assuming that when i get my mobile.me account into Outlook, i can just copy/move them into there and then the sync process will work.?

Display image issues
This can include bright or dark pixels, lines in video, or sections of video missing.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Verify the issue is not content related, by viewing different content.
If the image is too dark, adjust the brightness. In General Settings choose Brightness and Wallpaperand slide the slider.

Photos from cameras or scans have only one layer (the 'background' layer).
You can start with that 'background' layer and duplicate it or add other layers in the editing process. For instance you can make a selection of a subject and put it on another layer; a common use is to desaturate the 'background' and to keep the color in the selected subject in your newly created layer.

since upgrading to OS lion, my mac book pro (2010 August) keeps freezing (non responsive, requires restart) when i turn on my mac and the system is trying to open apple mail. while apple mail is attempting to collect new mail, the macbook pro freezes. this happens every 2nd time i try to start up my computer. this only started happening after i upgraded to OS lion. please let me know what I need to do to fix this. being forced to restart every 2nd time i turn on my macbook pro has been very frustrating. not sure if apple mail is also the cause of my macbook pro for being very slow during start-up (on the occasion the computer doesn't freeze).

I am having similar 'freezing' problems with many programs (Mail, Safari, iTunes, etc.). I have done a clean install of Lion instead of an upgrade when it came out. Perhaps something went wrong with my install? I'm thinking about wiping and reinstalling.

So, This is ATV #2. The first one got sent back because during play, after 30 mins, TV would go black. ATV light would still be on, but no audio, video......Also when in standby, no audio/video would work when We brought it out of standby.
ATV #2 didn't have any problems...... Till now. Now it plays, but like the last one, when in standby, doesn't want to come out....No audio/video..... At first thinking it was the ATV, but could it be the tv?

Next time it happens switch to a different input on the TV, then switch back and see if you have video, or turn the TV off and then turn it back on again. It's possible it could be the TV, for example, if it ignores the input after a certain period of inactivity and fails to detect when the ATV comes out of standby. It could be an HDMI issue between the ATV and your TV. A number of people have experienced HDMI anomalies with specific make and model TVs.

Specifically, you will want to take note of this section:
The headphones don't work
If your iPod's headphones don't work or have static or garbled audio, try connecting them to any other 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, like the one on your computer. If the issue with the headphones persists, replace them. For an iPod under warranty, you can order a replacement online. Otherwise, check out the cool headphones at the Apple Online Store. If the issue appears to be with the iPod, try resetting it. If that doesn't work, then restore iPod with the latest iPod software using iTunes 7 or later.
