Does Apple have an email for complaints?

I rented a movie and never finished downloading it. Then iTunes got rid of that movie. I want my money back. So I was wondering if there was an email address where I could tell them that because I don't have the time to send them a letter and i don't want to call them and end up talking to a machine. So where do I voice my complaint online?

Just to add this : iWeb -- the app itself -- is still supported,updated only months ago and as part of the ilife '11 DVDs still widely spread even though it is not sold on the AppStore it is official part of iLife. It runs in Lion and there is zero issues with the app. So a training makes sense, doesn't it ?.
They would only to exclude the "publish to me.com" part to be up to date for courses and trainings :-≠

Samsung recently released 'S-Drive' - an app for their Samsung Galaxy program which only allows certain features to be used when driving. I much prefer my Apple iPhone, but as my children grow up, this is much safer. Thoughts?

I paid for a montly subscription to creative cloud, made sure I didn't sign up for auto renewal and I was still charged for two additional months beyond the month I needed. Now I would like a small refund and find it impossible to get a hold of someone! I "chatted" online with a lady for over 1 HOUR, she could barely understand what I needed, clearly confused and unable to help with a $36 refund! At the end of that chat, she gave me a 1-800 #, which ended up being the sales dept. I explained my ongoing issue and asked for a refund and the guy actually had the nerve to try to sell me additional products for a good 20minutes until he said neither him nor his manager had authority to issue refunds. I was THEN transfered to the billing department where a recording came on and said there was a 2 HOUR phone wait. By then, it was already 6:00, they close at 7:00. I waited for 1.5hrs and still nothing, so I gave up.
Does ANYONE have an email of someone at Adobe that could help me, this is beyond ridiclous yet genuis on Adobes part because they literally make it impossible to get a refund for anything. I gaurentee this happend to a lot of customers who sign up for month to month, again I went online and made sure I wasn't on auto renewal! So Shady!

However, I don't think the current version runs on any of the pre-2006 iMacs this forum covers. If you iMac is pre-2006, we can give you some options if you tell us more about your computer, mainly processor type and Mac OSX version from "About this Mac" in your Apple menu.
Microsoft makes Office for Mac but, again, what you can run depends on what iMac variant you have and its OS version.

Now that all the current iPod touch owners are left hanging by iOS 7's memory requirement, does Jonathon Ivey have any plans to remove the iPhone code and release a smaller iOS 7S update for those millions who paid good money for a product that was made obsolete last month?

Apple has not made any announcement. Based on past history, I expect there to be no more update for the 4G iPod.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB

Does Apple have any programs for Disabled Americans?

I am a Disabled American and due to a very limited income I have been unable to afford a computer since losing my ability to work. Is anyone aware of whether Apple participates in altruistic or philanthropic programs whereby someone like myself may be eligible for an Apple computer that I am otherwise unable to afford? I've always been an Apple and Mac user and supporter but at this phase of my life it's as though I can enthusiastically watch from the sidelines but I feel like I can't play in the game, so to speak. If a program exists which may provide refurbished or otherwise unused products to others like myself, there is a very real possibility that with access to a computer I could even rejoin my former colleagues in the workplace. This sounds looney, but it would be a joy to feel viable enough to begin paying taxes again! My country has faithfully looked after me; I'd like the opportunity to give back now.

Your best bet would be to work through local philanthropic or servic organizations. Groups like Rotary, I believe often do such things. Also, you might try asking around at support groups for your particular disability. If you are working with a hospital or government social worker, they may also know of programs.

I find the current font allowed in Safari difficutl to read. I have had to move to Chome for daily use. Are there any plans to restore the ability to choose one's fonts?

I have purchased about 3 chargers and even trued buying a new phone and going to apple about the problem. My problem is I will go to charge my phone and after an amount of time within having the charger, a month or so later my phone wont take the charge anymore. The connection doesn't work and it flickers almost in and out with charging the phone to not. I have even had my friends try the charger and it doesn't work for them either.

Take it into your local Apple Store for testing.
