No, they will do an out-of-warranty replacement of the entire unit for a very high cost. Get a case and cover it up.

This is an issue we see on the boards fairly often, and in most instances, the topcase is replaced.

Apple don't make any printers, but there are a number of the printers that are AirPrint-enabled, which you should be able to print to just by the printer and the iPad being on the same wifi network - the models that support AirPrint are listed on this page (the page also includes a bit of troubleshooting at the bottom of it) and it includes :

If your's isn't one of those then you could see if HPs own ePrint app works with it, or there are third-party printer apps such as PrintCentral Pro and Print n Share which might work it

If the iPhone has been covered by an extended warranty beyond the one year so that it is still covered and the charger is not damage but has a problem with materials or workmanship then yes Apple will cover it.

I visited Apple authorised reseller to ask for replacement for my 1st gen iPod as there is a special programm. They said they will not send it to APPLE due it has dents on the back. Just fill in the form and wait for the box - which was a bag in my case. Return it and wait for the replacement. I did the same, no questions were asked and there certainly were some marks on my iPod. OTOH, I did not yet receive a replacement. Fingers crossed.
But even with a dented back, the battery is still hugely hazardous . And that was the reason for the recall.

they do but not for free. It's called an out of warranty replacement. The cost varies according to the model, and they will basically give you a replacement unit (so back up first).

Have you ever checked to see if there is an update for your router? If yes, then power off router. Then on iPhone go into settings and do a reset network settings. Power router back on, and try connecting phone to router.

Will the protective skins and Apple case for ipad interfere the reception?

Will the protective skins for the ipad (especially on the back) and apple case for ipad, interfere the reception performance on both WIFI and 3G?

I have a case (apple) but no skin and I have had no problem with wifi connectivity when using it. Can't speak to 3G as my iPad is wifi only.

I'm not sure I recall that there were any problems with the battery. Had there been Apple would have issued a recall or reduced price replacement.
They will give you a refurb if one is available. Otherwise, their policy is to issue a refurb that is the next model.
They aren't going to charge you a fee then not provide the service. If there is nothing they can do, then they will tell you outright.
