Does apple still repair iphone 5?

i just bought my iphone 5 ,2 weeks ago at Cellfo Inc.I sent it to cellfo inc but they said they don't know the issue and can't send it to apple because apple isn't selling iphone 5 anymore.I live in the caribbean and we don't have an apple store over here.can sombody check this for me?

I think apple only carries supplies for warranty issues, replacement, etc. Otherwise, the 5th generation is no longer sold by apple.
You may however be able to get one elsewhere. ebay?
