Does Applecare work on Third-party bought Macbooks?

I am going to buy a Macbook Pro in the near future, but I was hoping to buy it from eBay or somewhere cheaper.
Will I be able to purchase a used Macbook (probably 2011 model) from eBay and then purchase additional Applecare for it later on (if or if not Applecare is already included)? Or will I have to purchase a Macbook Pro from Apple directly and buy Applecare with it at the same time?

Rollback work in third party system thru RFC

Hi Gurus,
Here is my scenario:
I am using RFC_UPDATE_TAXES_DOC to update records in third party system.
After successful updation only , I am calling BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST to post records into SAP.
Suppose I could post Taxes successfully into third party through RFC, but my BAPI gave me some error, I need to revert back the updation done in third party system as well.
Could you please suggest me an RFC which could do this or guide me with some pointers on how to achieve this.

couple of stupid-but-necessary questions:
1) have you imported the RFC model in PI Repository?
You don't need to have the RFC metadata in PI ABAP stack (there is no point in doing that), but rather in the PI Repository/ESR, within the SWCV you've created.

2) if you have done 1), have you configured the RFC Sender scenario properly?
I mean, have you ran the configuration wizard to create the agreements & determinations, setting the RFC interface as both the sender and the receiver interface? Of course, the systems would be different: as the sender system, you'll have a Business Service representing the legacy/JCo system; as the receiver, you'll have the ERP Business System.
This should make your scenario work.
If it doesn't, try one more thing: in the JCo code, just for the metadata repository connection, use a connection to the ERP system. But for the actual call, use the PI system.

No, Cisco WLC will not support any third party APs. Even if Cisco APs are not lwapp AP then WLC will not be able to manage them.
We need to have Cisco Lwapp APs only for wireless lan controller to manage them.
For 3com Aps you need to talk to 3com guys or any third party tool if available to manage these APs.

Groups functionality in BPEL humal workflow not work for Third party LDAP

Oracle Virtual Directory(OVD) configured as third party LDAP was integrated
with BPEL human worklist and corresponding tasks were assigned to a
particular group using the human task editor. When the members in the group as
present in OVD logged in to the BPEL human workflow console the assigned
tasks are not visible to the particular user whereas logged in as bpeladmin can
able to view the task for the group and the associated users. The same when
tested with the default JAZN authentication the functionaliy is working fine. We
are not able to assign any tasks to the members associated to the groups. Also
tasks assigned to individual users directly are found to be working with OVD
integrated.

i am doing third party sales, after creating PO with PR and updating stock through Migo , i am not able find the stock, but i can see through MB51 only , i am see the stock through MMBE or MB52

So it is not seen in MMBE or MB52 (which is a physical inventory orstock report)

If the third party process is happening with item category TAB then stock updation will take place after MIGO and you can see the same in MMBE/MB52
If not happening means there is some customization error with the PO from MM side Check with MM colleague
Make sure if the item category is TAB then schedule line category is CB
In VOV6 for schedulle line category CB
NB is the order type
0 is the item category
E is the account assignment category

Alright - I have a banner that I use for a band called Hidden
Soul. It is used on MySpace, Purevolume, etc for promotion reasons.
It use to work fine - with a "getURL" method on the banner itself
embedded in Flash. Now - ever since Microsoft has released
SP2......none of that works!

Credit Management not working for Third Party Sale

Hi Experts,
We have a scenario of Third party sale where sales order generate purchase requision after saving. Now we have appled static credit check to the customer, at the time of saving sales document it warns credit limit is over same time it doesn't allow to save, displaying incompletion log - " Subsequent function 'Purchase requisition from sales document' not possible due to a credit block".
Pl. suggest us, since it is third party sale no delivery is available, so we cann't apply credit check at the time of delivery also.So what would be the solution.

Check in FD32 what is the credit limit and try to do the cahnges there if required.
Also you can relase the SO through VKM3 / 2 /4.This will allow you to releasea nd the save the SO.

Is it an app that you can download from the App Store? If it is not, it would require that you jailbreak your phone which would void your warranty. Definitely not worth it, in my opinion.l

I was noticing some issues on my mac, so I decided to run the techtool deluxe program that comes with applecare and well... it discovered some errors.
This is a new macbook pro that I bought from the applestore. Instead of upgrading to leopard, i did a clean install
Heres the errors:
Directory Scan

Okay so this morning i called apple support, and i told them I think my hard drive is failing and the problems I've been having.
Told him i ran the techtool cd that comes with the apple protection box, and did research online and told them what the community thought of my issue. Although he didn't seem to impressed about what the community said lol.
So he told me to boot up using the leopard CD to run a disk repair utility. Upon trying to run the utility it failed, so he said it does seem to be a hard drive problem and to take it into an apple store to see what they can do for me. Now after i got off the phone with him, i went to restart my mac so i can start backing up the data and guess what?
It wouldn't boot anymore after trying to run the disk repair!!! Luckily a day ago, i backed up my data because I was afraid of my hard drive failing lol. Good thing i did!!!
So 2 hours later i went into the apple store that was packed with shoppers, and was actually able to make an appointment with a mac genius in under 10 minutes lol. He asked me what was happening, and look at my laptop.
And well, they replaced the entire laptop .
I've brought the laptop home and after installing leopard on a clean install, I ran the techtool again and received no errors!!!!
So now im reinstalling all the programs into my new mac
