Does CUOM v2.3 monitor the dialer process from an ICM PG

Hi.
Does anyone know if CUOM vers 2.3 is able to directly monitor a 'Dialer Process' on a PG (ICM vers 7.2(5))?
From the screen-shot below it seems to be able to monitor all other PG related Processes without issues...

Just for the record, TAC have told me that there is no support for the 'dialer process' for any release of CUOM (current or future).
There is however aleerting for the PIM's which kind of gets around this!

But you can force the registration. As sysdba do
SQL> alter system register;
or you can statically configure your DB within listener.ora, SID_LIST section.

You can restore your iPad with your iPhone backup but items that are iPhone only will not transfer. It should recreate all your folders. It can't hurt anything to try.

alright my ipod touch 4g does not want to complete the restore process like it does go through but at the last min, it doesnt want to complete i left it there untouch for 2-3 hours and still hasnt complete it . i tried almost anything i can think of. any help ?

You can get a thunderbolt to firewire adapter. You can then get a firewire 400 to 800 cable and put the old computer in target mode. Then you can follow these instructions.

Some external ones do not work with the Mac's although most do. There are some driver compadibility issues with Mavericks, so I would wait for an update.

How to monitor the wrapper process flows

I have a process flow(main wrapper) which contains the 2 child process flows(child_PF1, child_PF2). which looks like below.
start -> Child_PF1 -> Child_PF2 -> end
I am able to run the the process flows successfully. I want to monitor the process flows and the % of completion of the process flow.
I am able to check the parent and child process flows seperately. I am unable to link the parent process flow to its child work flows. Can anyone explain how to link/track the Parent process flow to its child process flows.
When i open the Parent process flow i was able to see the child process flow as an operator. But i was not able to view the contents child process flow further.
Oracle Workflow server version is 2.6.4
OWB version is 10.1.0.4

That makes no sense. Especially given that listener handles the connect and then no longer is involved in the communication between client and database.
I would strongly suggest you check Metalink, or even open a service request. This sounds like it could be a memory leak. Do it now, while it is still possible - 9i goes into extended support in a few weeks and bug fixes will be difficult to arrange.

Guest WLAN Deployment, and the EtherIP Process from Campus to DMZ WLCs

It has a very nice and easy way to understand how traffic is passed from the wifi device to the LAN device as listed below.
Now, what happens when there is a controller in the DMZ and the WLC on the campus passes this traffic to that controller via ethernet over IP.
Is the 802.11 header preseved or is it stripped off at the campus WLC? One would assume it is preserved as the WLC in the DMZ may need to act on information in the 802.11 header?
Can anyone help me on this please?
Is there a similar example to the one listed below, but for the full flow from end-user wifi device to the guest controller in the DMZ?

In Figure 3, Host A is a wireless LAN client communicating with the wired device, Host B. When Host A sends a data packet to Host B, the following sequence occurs:
â¢ The packet is transmitted by Host A over the 802.11 RF interface. This packet is encapsulated in an 802.11 frame with Host A's MAC address as the source address and the access point's radio interface MAC address as the destination address.
â¢ At the access point, the access point adds an LWAPP Header to the frame with the C-Bit set to zero and then encapsulates the LWAPP Header and 802.11 frame into a UDP packet that is transmitted over IP. The source IP address is the access point's IP address and the destination IP address is the WLC's AP Manager Address. The source UDP port is the ephemeral port based on a hash of the access point MAC address. The destination UDP port is 12222.
â¢ The IP packet is encapsulated in Ethernet as it leaves the access point and transported by the switching and routed network to the WLC.
â¢ At the WLC, the Ethernet, IP, UDP, and LWAPP headers are removed from the original 802.11 frame.
â¢ After processing the 802.11 MAC header, the WLC extracts the payload (the IP packet from Host A), encapsulates it into an Ethernet frame, and then forwards the frame onto the appropriate wired network, typically adding an 802.1Q VLAN tag.
â¢ The packet is then transmitted by the wired switching and routing infrastructure to Host B.
When Host B sends an IP packet to Host A, the process is essentially reversed:
â¢ The packet is delivered by the wired switching and routing network to the WLC, where an Ethernet frame arrives with Host A's MAC address as the destination MAC address.
â¢ The Ethernet header is removed by the WLC and the payload (the IP packet destined for Host A) extracted.
â¢ The original IP packet from Host A is encapsulated with an LWAPP Header, with the C-bit set to zero, and then transported in a UDP packet to the access point over the IP network. Hi There, no worries. Would be good if there was a doco on it.
From packet captures (see attached) it looks like when the campus WLC gets the original 802.11 packet (which is encap'd in LWAPP), the campus WLC strips off the LWAPP stuff and removes the 802.11 packet header, and just rebuilds original packet with an 802.3 packet header,
THEN
The WLC encaps the packet with a new ethernet/IP header and sends it off to the DMZ WLC.
I hope this is the way it works, and if anyone does have documentation to confirm it, that would be fantastic.

Looks like you don't have WebLogic classes on the classpath:
javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate class: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory [Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory]
Other options for creating an instance are to use a web service call or one of the other adapters (e.g. JMS). If you need to directly start a process you might also look at this blog from the ATeam:

Issue in invoking the BPEL process from Oracle using a SOAP Request

Hi,
We are facing an issue while invoking a deployed Bpel Process from Oracle Applications 11.5.10..
Using a concurrent program( Unix / Host program ) we are passing the input variables required for the Bpel process in the ProcessRequest tags and forming this as a SOAP message payload.
Then trying to invoke the deployed bpel process using the end point location using HTTP POST..but nothing is happening..
The bpel process is not getting invoked when i look at the Console and also checked for the Manual Recovery queue..it's not stuck there as well..
Have set the Transfer Time Out to 25 minutes using UTL_HTTP.SET_TRANSFER_TIMEOUT(1500);
Could someone please help us as soon as possible with this ..as this is critical and we are stuck at the moment.

I have a simple business process with two ui activities. I am able to start the process from NWA -> Process Repository.
But, I need to start the process from the application. Here is the requirement:
User opens the application. ON completion, the BPM process for approval needs to be triggered. How do i access/obtain process?
If I need to call a particular task in process, How do i do that?

create a two screen suppose 9000 and 9001..
then right click on your program name...
create a TCODE say TONE..
in this give the screen number 9000..
now again right click on the program name
create a TCODE say Tsecond
in this give the screen number 9001...
