Does Customer Seeding still exist?

Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this. But seeing that this forum lacks a General or Offtopic group I figured it could fit here in a way.
Years ago I made an account for Apple's Customer Seeding program. That appeared to be like Microsoft's external Beta program. It was pretty complicated and involved sending a real paper letter to some person named Kyla Glaser or so.
But I have never been given the opportunity to test something. And I think whenever there's a new Apple application that this company could use any tester they can get. How come? Is this not only a super secretive program but also a very small one? Or is Apple that paranoid that they have stopped the external beta program altogether? Last time I checked the program's web site and my profile were still there.
Does anyone know who's allowed to tell?

The only reason I upgraded to Mavericks was because my Snow Leopard OS was 32 bit, which I was told would support only 4GB of RAM.
That wasn't quite right. You can put in as much RAM as your Mac's hardware supports. The division is in the apps themselves. A 32 bit app can't use more than 4 GB or RAM. A 64 bit app can use much more.
For example, as a 32 bit only version, Photoshop CS3 can't use more 4GB of RAM, no matter how much you actually have installed. CS4 or later can use all the RAM you want to throw at it.

Also Is there a better solution than using user hook that could be used on 12i for HR?

Why does this server still EXIST ON MY NETWORK!

I've had these supposid servers on my network for like months now, I'm concerned people on my network can go through my computer. I turned off everything on the server app, and even deleted Mac Lion Server, and this is STILL HERE. How do I remove this from my network!
Please HELP!

I would pay attention to Gerrit de Witt's post. There are other threads in this forum that discuss this 'problem' which you can search for yourself.

But as threads in this forum have pointed out, it does not disable everything. I'm guessing it does work if you get the option to configure the Server at the Welcome Screen and bypass it at that point. However once you go beyond the Welcome Screen additional components are indeed downloaded which are not part of the Server app alone.
I suppose the only 'sure' way (as Gerrit mentions) is to backup and reinstall. This may involve a reformat?

Does a listener still exist after its target object MC has been removed?

I have just a question about as3.0 programming (I suppose it
is the same for AS 2.0):
When a MovieClip is removed from the display list (either by
removeChild method or directly from within the stage from the
timeline), if listeners are running and attached to that object,
are they also removed, or do I have to remove them explicitly?
if yes, for a proper programming, I suppose that I have to
program a listener for the UNLOAD Event whose function will remove
all attached listeners, don't I?

If you retake my example above, "playing!" seems to display

Does an upgrade still exist for iphoto '08 to '09?

I took RAW photos (.cr2) with my newish Canon G12, and iPhoto '08 can't interpret them, nor can the MacBook (early '08), currently running MacOS 10.5.8. I could of course upgrade to Snow Leopard, then upgrade to Lion, then upgrade to iLife '11, but I'd rather not spend the money on this aging system. Also, I'm in the middle of finishing a thesis, so I'm just a bit worried about stirring the pot. I have found the camera file update (v3.5) which should allow iPhoto to use the .cr2 files, but apparently i need Iphoto '09 for that. This single upgrade seems to be the best solution, but I just can't seem to find the old '09 for download...? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Cheers.

There is no iPhoto 09 to download. The only way to install 09 is from an iLife 09 install disk. You might get one of those on ebay.

Does the frequency selection tool still exist in audition?

Does this tool still exist in audition? I am sure it was available in soundbooth

Disappointing that it's gone. Will definitely submit a feature request.
The frequency selection tool was convenient, especially in the spectral view, because you could manually select one frequency across the entire file, while being zoomed in at only one specific time segment. You always risk forgetting/not catching something at the beginning or end of the file, when doing the manual selection tools, like the rectangle selection. Plus you'll have to be zoomed out all the way, so it's a bit harder to exactly select the frequency you need.
The automated tools are useful, but in early 2015 I still value the human pattern recognition systems and artistic and aesthetic judgement over that of an AI. (We'll see for how much longer,...)

Does Siebel and Dun & Bradstreet Integration Still Exist?

I'm wondering if Siebel partnership with Dun and Bradstreet still exist. There is very little or non existence of such integration and reference which I am able to find on Oracle web as well as Google. Firstly, I'm wondering of this partnership still. Secondly, if there is still such integration, can anyone provide further detail if what is available in Siebel for this integration? Thirdly, the customer reference. Also,one important area I'm interested to know is how the UI of this integration looks like in Siebel.

The Videos are showed up front 4 months, but now they are no longer to be seen. When you star a video first the hard drive starts, but then it stops and hangs up. I have to restart it, starting with the apple logo....

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

There once was a link to the updates made in a given release. I can no longer find it. Does this still exist?

When I try to find some list of changes made in 6.0, I can no longer find that link in Firefox online support. Does such a URL still exist?

In regard your question, the answer is yes, it does still exist. You need to select the items first (so you get the 4 arrowed cross cursor) and then right-click on them to access the Grouping submenu.

Does the "Advanced" selection still exist in iTunes 12.1?
That is the selection where i can select to replace the "contacts" and "Calendar" on my iPhone/iPad
with the Contacts and Calendar on my MacBook Pro. I DO NO sync from the cloud.
MacBook Pro is the master, and always wipe/replace from my mac.

Adding Custom Labels Missing for Contact Numbers After Upgrading to iOS 8.0 and issue still exists on iOS 8.1

I noticed that after upgrading to iOS 8.0 on my iPhone 5s, adding custom labels for contact numbers got removed. It still exists on iOS 8.1 as well. Is there someone who is facing a similar issue or can someone help me how to get that back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have good news. You can still choose a custom label in Contacts on iOS 8. The option should be below "Other" in the list of labels when editing a contact. This information is found in the iOS 8 user guide:
Contacts at a glance - iPhone
Change a label. If a field has the wrong label, such as Home instead of Work, tap Edit. Then tap the label and choose one from the list, or tap Add Custom Label to create one of your own.
