Does downgrading my iPhone from iOS6 to iOS5 break Apple's terms and conditions?

Hi everyone!
I've installed the iOS6 on my iPhone 4s yesterday and was really disappointed by the fact that it drains the battery much faster then iOS5.
I found some instructions on the internet on downgrading the operating system on the iDevices.
So I downloaded the 5.1.1 and am about to downgrade it.
But before I do it, I would like to know if it breaks any of Apple's terms&conditions.
And will I loose anything (except for iOS6) after performing the downgrade.

Don't do it. Attempting to downgrade is very likely to permanently and irreversibly break your iPhone, if not right away, perhaps when you try to upgrade its OS in the future.

Sadly, Apple is amazingly good at keeping users from downgrading an iPhone. For some reason, a prior update (5.1.1) bricked my 3GS, and that's how I learned the hard way how firmly Apple had control of the upgrade/downgrad process. I find that annoying, as well as the fact that Apple "pushes" (figureatively and literally) updates on users, many of whom simply update immediately, without realizing there could be a downside. I've been amazed at how many non-techy iPhone using friends have complained to me about maps, and they wish they had never updated to iOS 6.
Anyway, I'm still using iOS 5 on my iPhone 4S, as I just feel too attached to my good old Google-based Map app (and the web version of Google Maps is really very different than the App version -- I tried it, thinking I would finally update my iPhone, but was really dissatisfied with the web version). I do know iOS 6 is superior in many ways, but for now, I am just that attached to my good old Map app.

IPhone iOS 7 download - Set Up stuck on terms and conditions aggree

I downloaded iOS 7.0.2 for iPhone 4.
In set-up, the screens will not advance beyond location to agree to terms and conditions. In other words, I click on Agree, but it does not advance to next set-up screen.
What do I do now. I can't use my phone.

Apple won't allow us to talk about downgraded Ipad software version, but the Apple TV had an issue where they allowed us to downgrade the software, which is the same process for the Ipad, except the Ipad needs to be started in Recovery Mode first (Google that) and you need to download the previous Ios software for your model Ipad (Google that too, pretty easy to find). But, to downgrade your Apple TV software, do this:
1) plug the Apple TV into your computer with a micro-usb cable (most phones today use these) and start up Itunes. It should detect the Apple TV in recovery.
2) hold down Option on Apple or Alt on Windows and click Restore. This should open a window that allows you to select the software update you want to apply. Select the one you downloaded earlier.
3) It will then go through the restore process, which takes only a few minutes, and then you will be able to plug the Apple TV back in to your display and set it up again.

You cannot. Downgrading is not supported by Apple.

Getting a pop up when Iphone is activated that there are new icloud terms and conditions usually happens back to back and if on for a few minutes it pops back up. Gives options to view terms or not now. IF view now is selected it takes me to icloud settings but no way to view terms. Need to figure out what is happening and how to clear from phone. I updated to iOS7 this afternoon, before doing so I backed everything up and cleared off a bunch of photo's so I had space. Everything had been working fine.
A few months ago I'd updated my apple ID to my new email address and it had worked fine. Now, my old email is my Apple ID and it won't let me rest it (my DOB is apparently wrong and there is no email address it's now connected to). My iTunes is connected to the correct account but the iCloud ID is still the wrong one.
I've tried the 'find my friends' app and it gave me new T&C's but still, the old apple ID
I've tried the restrictions, but that didn't work either
I can't restore the phone until 'find my iPhone' is off, but I can't log in to do that
IT'S LIKE A TERRIBLE CYCLE OF STUPIDNESS
Can anyone suggest anything before I thrrow this stupid phone at the wall??

You may need to restart your iPhone. If still unable to accept the terms and conditions, try resetting it.

The new Maps app is an absolute fail.
By upgrading to the new OS, I've lost all the location, interest point, and transit data that was provided by Google.
I bought one of these "Routing Apps" in order to add transit routing to the Apple maps app, and Apple Maps does not even recognize it.
Why would they step back in time like this?
I need help rolling back from iOS6 to iOS5.1.1, FAST. Otherwise I'm buying an Android phone.

I'm in a similar position. I updated last night and suddenly everything is running slowly, the App Store and iTunes is virtually unusable, but most apps too. I had no network problems though like some people.
I desperate to roll back to 5.1.1 but can't find it any where. I'm so angry, everything was fine two days ago before this update. And don't get me started on the new maps app. Incredibly slow at rendering even with my super fast broadband, and the res is very low too when you zoom in.
Can anyone help?

What kind of RFC do you use? If you use synchronous RFC the caller waits for the answer/result of the called function. In normal cases this should solve your issue.
