Does each employee will have an independent vendor account?

Hi Experts,
Happy New Year
We have posted our payroll results successfully. But there was one correction has to be done i.e we are recovering the festival advance from employees. The recovery has to be posted to respective vendor accounts. But in reality it is not happening. It is posting to one vendor account for all employees.
Firstly, I need clarification on - Does each employee will have an independent vendor account?
If yes, then why not the festival advances recovery are not psoting to the respective vendor accounts?
Waiting for your inputs...
Thanks
- Siddardh

Hi,
Normally we have to create the permanent employees as vendors and contract employees as materials as Anwar said it should be same as their personnel number, because while posting any advances like festival or any reimbursements (Bills submisssions) will be posted against the vendor or material number which is same as personnel number so the cost will be booked with the same number.

Define EE Subgroup Grouping for PCR and Coll.Agrmt.Prov.
    Check F1 for PCR.
Now open MODT PCR in PE02. U can find *, 1,2,3, etc... So these are the values which u had defined in the above table..
It means for each ES grouping u want the system to process differently....
    Hope its clear now

3 ipad uses 1 apple id and 1icloud account, how can i make different icloud account so each ipad will have more icloud space?

All 3 iPads will have to share the same 5GB of free iCloud space. Buy more space if necessary.
Suggest you give different name to each iPad to prevent confusion.

    No.
One of you create a new AppleID and one use the existing AppleID.
But you can still use the items in each iTunes library.
Create separate computer logins for each of you.
This will give you each your own data. Contacts, calendars, photos, etc. (and your own iTunes library).

Me and my daughter are using the same Apple id and we share the same iCloud account. I want to change her Apple id so that she will have her own icloud account and I will have mine.
    1. how do I do it?
    2. how do I  transfer her stuff which is in my icloud storage to her new icloud account once this one is created?
    thanks,

To migrate her device to a new account, start by saving any photo stream photos she wants to keep to her amera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll.  If she is syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of the notes and email them to her so she can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in her new account.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone.  Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts you can each go to icloud.com from a computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

  • HT5616 I have multiple phones and iPads and all are linked to one iCloud account and one iTunes Account.  I want to keep the same iTunes Account so I can share music, etc., however, I want each device to have its own iCloud account.  How do I do this?

You'll need to create an Apple ID for each device. Use the new Apple ID for FaceTime, iMessage and iCloud on the device. Use the original Apple ID for Settings>iTunes & App Store.

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes support then you can do so via this page and ask them why the message is appearing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • I need to blow out my graphics card area in doing so I will have to remove the back plate. Will this void my warranty?

(I have a macbook summer of 2009 model) Will doing so void any warranty? Or technically has the warranty period for my computer run out?
Also if there is no warranty to void is there any negative side effect this could cause with future support for my macbook?
I am fully capable of cleaning a video card without doing harm, but I will let my brother do it as he is more experienced since he is paid to do these sorts of things.

If you didn't purchase AppleCare with your computer, or since then, yur warranty has run out an you are no longer covered.  I don't now if what you are proposing would cause any side effects or not.  If it is just to clean the interior of the computer, there should be no problem as long as care is taken in the process. I'm not sure what you mean by"blow out" the card.  Could you explain?

  • Can I have three different iCloud accounts in my iBook? one for each user of the family? Thanks

I have a computer at home which is used by 5 family members. Each of us have a separate user in the MacBook. Can each of us have a different iCloud account to sincronize with each of our iPhones or once you download the iCloud for one of us, no other iCloud will be added to the same laptop?
    Many thanks.

    Hi Valeriano009,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
You are already on the right track with 5 individual user accounts on your computer.    Please be sure to back up your main Apple ID account before making any changes below.
The article below will explain in more detail ... but it sounds like you will want to create a separate Apple ID for each member of your family to keep their contacts, calendars, Photo Stream etc. separate.
If your family has made a lot of iTunes Store purchases, you can stay signed in to your current Apple ID to have access to them.   Or your family members can start fresh with their own iTunes Store purchases.  Please review the Frequently Asked Questions section in this article:
Using your Apple ID for Apple services
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4895
Each member of your family should log into their own user account on the computer, and then click on the link below to create their unique Apple ID.
    Apple - My Apple ID
    https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
Make sure that the email address you want to use for your Apple ID meets these conditions:
The email address is one that you use regularly, because it will be the primary email address for your Apple ID.
The email address is not associated with any other Apple ID.
The email address is not an iCloud email address, which is already an Apple ID. iCloud email addresses end with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com.
If each family member is currently using the old Apple ID for their iCloud account on their devices, they will need to follow these steps:
    iCloud: Change iCloud feature settings
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2613
Before you delete the old iCloud account from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, turn off each of the features ( contacts, calendars, etc. ) and when prompted, choose to "Keep on My iPhone" if you wish to keep that information.  If your family member doesn't need or want any of this information, then skip down to the selection below to delete the iCloud account completely.
    Turn iCloud features  off
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off iCloud features.
When you turn off a feature, you’re asked whether you want your device to keep a copy of your information stored in iCloud for that feature.
Once you have saved the contacts, calendars, etc. that you want from the current iCloud account on your family member's iPhone, then you can delete the old iCloud account from their device.
    Turn off iCloud completely
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
At this point, I would suggest turning off the device, and restarting it.  Then, tap on Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.  Tap on Add Account.  Tap iCloud.  Now type in your family member's new Apple ID email address and password.

I have a new laptop and I want to set up a new account. Can I do this when I already have an account set up on my old laptop? what will have to the old account if I set up a new one? how do i set up a new account?

What exactly do you mean by account?  you wan to set a user on your laptop?
Do you wan to get a new apple Id on the new laptop? Why?
    Are these laptops Macs?
What exactly are you trying to do?
And what does this have to to with Appleworks, which is a long since discontinued Office suit.

  • Vendor Account

Vendor account exists for employees in FI. Now Travel Management is implemented. Do we need to map employees to Vendor accounts and use transaction HRP? Reimbursement will be thru FI payment?
All expenses will be mapped to G/L accounts thru HRT
what will happen if employees are not tied to vendor accounts using HRP?

    Hi,
Please assign the respective personnel number for the employee in his vendor master record. That will solve the purpose.

  • Can u have more than one account on a single pc as i dont want others using my account, and we all use same pc

can i have more than one itunes account on a single pc, as i dont want others using my acount

The most practical route is usually for each person to have their own user account in Windows. Then everyone's iTunes library will be completely separate and each person can have and use their own iTunes Store account without impacting anyone else's information and account.

  • MIRO block invoice by vendor account group

    Dear All,
We have requirement, for vendor account group:intercompany vendor, no matter the GR, IV difference, the invoice should not be blocked during MIRO
But for normal third party vendor, over 5%, the IV should be blocked in MIRO
Is it through standard config can do this? Can you guide me?

Check in SPRO configuration OMRX-Configure vendor specific tolerances if you can maintain different tolerance groups for company code and then assign these tolerance groups in vendor masters of the relevant account group accordingly, through MASS or similar other transaction.
    Thanks and regards
    Kedar

I want to divide the Vendor Account  BSEG-KOART= 'K' into 90% and 10% in MIRO.
I entered PO and selected the  tax , the balance amount is adjusted,
when i click on the simulation button I want to   divide the Vendor Account  BSEG-KOART= 'K' into 90% and 10% .
The  90%  will be shown in Vendor account and 10% should be show in GL account, is there any exit  or BADI to perform this calculation?
This operation should be done before posting .

    Hi,
I guess your question is more related to MIRO than to real estate business. Please address your question in forum

  • Is it possible to have your whole family on one apple id or is it better to have each person have there own? If each has their own does each id have to buy their own music and apps? How does find my iphone work with one apple id or two?

Is it possible to have your whole family on one apple id or is it better to have each person have there own? If each has their own does each id have to buy their own music and apps? How does find my iphone work with one apple id or two? also I am going to be going off to college soon should I make an itunes id for my self and how will I get all the music from the old id?

Is it possible to have your whole family on one apple id or is it better to have each person have there own?
Yes, it is possible. 1 apple ID can be associated with up to 10 devices.
If each has their own does each id have to buy their own music and apps?
    Yes, all purchases are non-transferable.
How does find my iphone work with one apple id or two?
Every device associated with one apple ID through Find my iPhone is tied to that Apple ID; Find my iPhone will work in the same way with up to ten devices associated with one apple ID. You cannot enable Find my iPhone for one device across two apple IDs
I am going to be going off to college soon should I make an itunes id for my self and how will I get all the music from the old id?
If you have authorized a computer with the old apple ID, you can transfer old media purchased through the old to other devices via iTunes. This doesn't mean the media purchases through the old apple ID it transferred to the new account. If you plan to make future purchases and don't wish to share them with others, make your own apple ID.
