Does each runner need a separate sensor?

I have an ipod touch and my husband and I are thinking of getting the nike sensor. Do we each need to have our own sensor?

My spouse and I have separate sensors because of our very different running styles. My spouse has a gazelle-like stride, which is significantly longer than mine. We didn't want to confuse calibrations.
I'm not sure if you really NEED to have separate sensors, but I've read other posts that suggest a separate sensor for outdoor vs. treadmill running, so my guess is you'd probably want to do the same for one person vs another.

  • When creating a connection key in cs5, does each user need a separate connection key?

    I am setting up multiple users to access a site in contribute (cs5).   Does each user need their own connection key or can 1 key be sent to multiple users?

    Hi,
         If all the users belong to the same role (like all users are Publishers or Writers), then, you can send a single connection key for all the users. But, if users belong to different roles, then, you will have to create connection keys for each role and then send it to the users.
    Hope this helps.

    Should a family share an apple id, or does each phone need its own apple id?

    Hello coachscott,
    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    For more information on this, take a look at:
    Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5622?viewlocale=en_US
    Can I share my Apple ID with someone else?
    You shouldn't share your Apple ID account information with other people. Each person should have their own Apple ID.

  • TS4124 can imatch be used for more than one persons library of music, or does each person require a separate imatch account?

    Can iMatch be used for more than one person's library of music, or does each person require a separate iMatch account for their own library?

    1 account = 1 library, 2 = 2 and so on.

  • If part of a family share group, does each individual need to be subscribed to music match?

    In iTunes, if part of a family share group, does each individual need to be subscribed to music match? The owner of the family already is subscribed to music match. Does each individual in the group need to be subscribed to music match, too?

    Hi
    Family sharing does not apply to iTunes match. You can only use one Apple id on your computer to subscribe to match.

  • Why does each app require a separate activation if I am using the same cable subscription for each one?

    Why does each Apple TV app that requires a cable subscription require separate activation/cable verification? I only have one cable subscription, so can the Apple TV just store my info and give me access to all of the app my cable subscription allows? At the very least apps from the same company should all activate at one (ABC and the Disney apps).

    Currently each app is treated separately

  • Does Deployment Optimizer need a separate server?

    We just finished blue-print and came to a conclusion to use SNP Heuristics and Deployment Optimizer. Since we are not using SNP Optimizer, my question is that should we need a separate server?
    I did not find any quicksizer document for Deployment Optimizer however, I could see for SNP Optimizer though.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    C.A.

    Any Optimiser (SNP / Deployment / PPDS / TPVS / CTM) will need Optimiser Server connection as the Optimiser Routines are .exe files requiring a Windows-based hardware with sufficient Main Memory (RAM).
    Deployment Optimiser will be part of SNP Optimiser Engine.

  • Temperature verification , one channel or 32 chan., does each chan. need calibra

    National Instruments SCXI-1001 12-Bay modular chassis Qty: 2 chassis
    Each of the two N.I. chassis contains the following:
    N.I. SCXI-1600 16-Bit Digitizer for USB Qty: 1 digitizer module
    N.I. SCXI-1102 32-Channel T/C Amplifier Qty: 2 T/C amplifiers

    Direct-Mount Terminal Block Qty: 2 terminal blocks
    N.I. TBX-1303 32-Chan CJC-compensated
    Remote Terminal Block Qty: 2 remote terminal blocks
    When calibrating/verification of this system for reading temperature do I have to do each channel or all 32 channels or just 1 channel in each bank?

    Hi bmlservices,
    In that case, you may also need to take into consideration the accuracy and sensitivity of the data acquisition device you are using (i.e. SCXI-1600) and the V/degree C specification for the thermocouple you are using.
    Thank you for choosing National Instruments.

  • Redundancy: ¿Does each context need to be included in a FT-group?

    Hello team:
    My apologies in advance for the following basic questions. I am new to the ACE architecture and still a little bit lost in this arena.
    Question 1:
    I built a "FT-group 1" for the Admin context, and wondered if I need to build a different FT-group for a context I created for a load balancing service.
    Question 2:
    ¿Can I can associate more than one context to the same FT-group? Something like the following:
    ft group 1
    associate-context Admin
    associare-context VC_web
    inservice
    Question 3:
    Finally, ¿ is it allowed using the same "peer" ID on both FT-groups? Example:
    ft peer 1
    ft-interface vlan 140
    query-interface vlan 10
    ft group 1
    peer 1
    associate-context Admin
    inservice
    ft group 2
      peer 1
      associate-context VC_web
      inservice
    Your hints will be greatly appreciated.

  • Does GoldenGate director need a separate license?

    I also checked the GoldenGate product page on www.oracle.com, sounds like the GoldenGate Director has gone, it is called GoldenGate management pack. Please also help to confirm. Thanks

    Hi,
    GoldenGate Director is now part of Oracle GoldenGate Management pack.
    Oracle GoldenGate Director requires separate license and complete licensing information of all the Oracle GoldenGate products is available at below link.
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E18101_01/doc.1111/e18310.pdf
    (This document describes the licensing terms for the Oracle GoldenGate family of products.)
    Soon OGG Director also will be replaced by more advanced tool called Oracle GoldenGate Monitor.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Do i need a separate log in for each itunes user?

    I have 5 people with Apple products in my house.  Do I need a separate user log on for each person and iTunes?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
    If all of them use different data, apps, songs..., it's better to create different iTunes libraries for them but without having to create different users.
    To create a new iTunes library, open iTunes while holding down the Shift key, and choose the button to create a new iTunes library. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1589

  • Does a CQC really need a separate thread/event queue per instance?

    Does a ContinousQueryCache really need a separate thread/event queue per instance?
    Is it possible to get multiple cqc's to share a single event queue?

    Test case to reproduce shown below, i.e. new thread per CQC.
    Sample code:
    =====================================
    NamedCache dummyCache = CacheFactory.getCache("A");
    dummyCache.put("hello", "B");
    dummyCache.put("world", "C");
    ContinuousQueryCache cqcA = new ContinuousQueryCache(dummyCache, new EqualsFilter("toString", "B"), new MultiplexingMapListener() {

    EventQueue:ContinuousQueryCache{Cache=A, Filter=EqualsFilter(.toString(), B)}

  • HT1602 Hi, does my iPhone need to be on the left side of my body to work well with the Nike+ sensor in my shoes? I used it on my right side and the calibration was so off point.

    Hi, does my iPhone need to be on the left side of my body to work well with the Nike+ sensor in my shoes? I used it on my right side and the calibration was so off point. I recently got a Bluetooth headphone and the antennae is on the right ear piece. For seamless connection am required to have my iPhone on my right arm if am using the headphone outdoors.

    I was wondering this too.  Did you ever get an answer?  I just bought a non-nike pair of sneakers and have a pod pouch now on my laces.  I have it tight, at the lower part of the laces so its flat.  When its on the left side my time is very similar to what it was when I used the nike shoes.  When it is on the right side, my time is about 35sec/mile higher.  I wonder which is more accurate and if you are supposed to have them on the same side.  If so, then that is as accurate as with my nike shoes.  Hope we get an answer soon.  Im about to return everything its so frustrating.
