Does EXPDP has any performance effect on the database ?
We are planning to run export dump expdp (11g r2) on standard edition database every hour. Full =y . It might run for about 15 minutes.
Does it has any performance effect ?
Will it slow down the database operations ?
Will users who are using the database will see any performance issues?

1.For decrease influence on DB ->
Try excluding index statistics exclude=index_statistics.

I was not clear in linked conversation so adding some thing :

BUT

TRUNCATEONLY affects the log file.
And i also tried , it does works.
Now Truncateonly : Releases all free space at the end of the file to the operating system but does not perform any page movement inside the file. The data file is shrunk only to the last allocated extent. target_percent is ignored if specified
with TRUNCATEONLY.
So
1. if i am removing non used space it will not effect log shiping or no log chain will broke.
2. If you clear unsued space it will not touch existing data. no performance issue
3. If you clear space and then due to other operation log file will auto grow it will put unnecessary pressure on database to allocate disk every time. So once you find the max growth of log file let it be as any how again it will grow to same size.
4. Shrinking log file is not recommeded if its again and again reaching to same size . Until unless you have space crunch

It is safe to download if your phone is not jailbroken. Before you download it, however, take some precautions:
Reboot your computer
Disable your antivirus and firewall
Connect the phone cable to a USB port directly on the computer, not a hub
Before updating right click on the name of the phone in iTunes and choose "Backup"
When you are given the choice choose "Download only", not "Download and Update"
After the download completes successfully click the Update button to install it.
Most of these steps are just being overly cautious, as most people ignore them and have no problems. But occasionally the extra steps save grief. -

JavaScript has some access to layers (called OCG). Layers are just names and have no coordinates to retrieve.
Stamps may be annotations; there is some minimal access to these too I think. It may be hard to identify what is, and is not, a stamp even with a plug-in.
Images are part of the actual page contents, and are only accessible to plug-ins. -

All I can tell you is the following: Proxies created using java.lang.reflect.Proxy can only be created using an interface. This interface has to be implemented by the proxied object. So: no interface, no java.lang.reflect.Proxy.

Thanks.After overriding findByKey and not calling super if the passed Key is null, I found another error; BC is trying to update the PK of type DBSequence - JBO-27008 ReadOnlyAttrException. My "fix" was to override the setAttribute method in my ViewRowImpl and ignore any attempt to update the PK.
Everything is working now and I get my JBO-27014 mandatory error messages.
Just a side note: If I just change my mandatory field to another value, the setAttritbute method for the field gets hit just once. If I set it to blank, it gets hit 5 times for the same field and once for the PK field. The PK value being sent is always from the first row in my editable table.

Connect to target through rman
crosscheck archivelog all;
Then re run the backup. This will work if those two locations provided are archive log destinations.
In case the issue still persists then
Connect to target through rman
catalog start with '/logs/bbdd/oracle/INF01T01/archiver/';
catalog start with '/logs/bbdd/oracle/INF01T03/archiver/';
Then re run the backup.

PE12 just installed, but Organizer share preference for emailing photos does not show any email preferences except the default Adobe. Have Visa with Windows Mail. Previous PE worked OK. How to resolve?

When trying to restore arvhive logs which are taken through netbackup with the following command brrestore -a se1-seqLast=path like in the image attached . It fails with the following image:1) crosscheck archivelog all - when the error happens here, i think this means that there are no archived redo logs in the archivelog destination?? ..or something to that nature.
2) crosscheck copy - not sure what the other errors mean here.
