Does firefox have auto-fill for contact info?

I used to have auto-fill for contact info with another program, where I stored my contact info once, and then whenever a form popped up to be completed, just hit auto-fill and the info auto-populated. Does firefox have this? If so, how can I get it? Thanks!

Why does firefox have to beg for money, like winos on the street ? If I had the money to donate, I gladly would, but I'm disabled on a fixed income and cannot afford to give money to anyone. I ran my own websites a few times, and never once begged for money to pay for my websites. Do you think everyone just sits back on their stack of cash, watching for any vultures that come around ? I've used firefox for 10 years, but if I'm no longer wanted, I will leave. Should I skip a few meals so I can send you 10 dollars, or cancel my doctor's visit for next week ? Maybe I could rake some yards in the neighborhood and make some extra money ? Wait, I can't walk but about 5 minutes, darn ! I had already dropped firefox for this very reason, and I thought the begging would be over, but it's still here ! Even microsoft and google recommend firefox ! It's a great browser, but I just can't afford to give money away. Maybe I could stop feeding my cat, I've heard they can survive without a human's help ? One of us would likely start eating the other ! Here kitty kitty !

In I.E. when you want to delete your browsing history, the Internet Options tab allows you to retain the cookies for the websites that are listed in your 'Favorites'. With this preference enabled, you can delete your browsing history regularly without having to maintenance your cookies that you need. My bank requires that I register my computer for security reasons. The registration process places a cookie on PC. My browsing history is set to delete upon logout and I'm concerned that I will have to re-register my PC every time I log in or I will have to maintenance my browsing history every time I clear it. Does Firefox provide a feature so I can retain certain cookies that I want to keep?

If you use [[Clear Recent History]] or other means to clear (all) cookies then those specified cookies will be removed, even if there is an allow exception.
You can let all cookies expire if you close Firefox and make an Allow exception for the ones that you want to keep.

It is not so much a matter of ODT supporting object types as it is whether ODP.NET does since ODP.NET is the underlying data access layer for ODT. Unfortunately ODP.NET does not support object types.
Possibly leading to some confusion about this is that the "PL/SQL User's Guide and Reference" is included in the ODT documentation that integrates into Visual Studio .NET combined help collection. Chapter 5 in the User's Guide is about "Using PL/SQL Collections and Records". However, PL/SQL Associative Arrays (which are described in this chapter along with VARRAYs and nested tables) are the only supported collection you can use at this time.

My auto-fill for forms is dead

I'm using version 10.7.5 & now it seems my auto-fill for forms has stopped. Under Safari>preferences>Auto fill I have every box (all 3) checked. Don't know what happpened, it worked fine for years before?

Suddenly all my tabs closed. Then Windows told me I had a gazillion infections. Then a tiny strip appeared saying it was Firefox and these little blocks started to fill up the little strip as if it were downloading something--there was no way to cancel this so I cut the power. The main problem with malware is that it uses the installation to proliferate by contacting hostile servers to download more of the same rogue code.
Firefox doesn't have the option to "Run" a file. You can only "Save File" or "Cancel". If you downloaded it with IE8, then yes, you can run it, but that's not what I wanted you to do.
What you should do now is to disable System Restore. You can open System Properties by hitting the Windows logo key and Pause/Break key together. Then click the "System Restore" tab. Then checkmark the box which says "''Turn off System Restore on all drives''". Reboot to clear its contents. System Restore unfortunately makes a backup of all executables which includes viruses so that when you reboot without deleting them first, System Restore reinstates them again.
After you complete that step, run Avast and Malwarebytes again to make sure the system is clean.
Then go to the Windows Update site (link on your start menu) and install the missing patches which enabled your machine to become infected in the first place.
Once the system is clean, repeat step one to download Firefox again, but please do not run the file. If you don't see the option to "Save File", cancel the download, but it should be there. Why does my Safari Auto-Fill only work part of the time?

First of all, why isn't there a link on the Apple website to provide Feedback? Secondly, I'd love to know why my Safari Auto-Fill only works some of the time, like when entering Sweepstakes information. I realize some websites don't allow Auto-Fill, but on the ones that do, I can't get the second window to open up when I click "Auto-Fill".

Safari 6.1.1 and yes all web forms are checked under Preferences Auto-Fill. I am daily entering sweepstakes for the HGTV dream home, and even though the initial bubble shows up "Auto-Fill your contact information" shows up, when I click on it, the second bubble that lets you confirm the info doesn't always open. I tried it just now in a separate tab, and it opened; then I came back here to write some of the message. Then I went back to try again and it won't open. It drives me crazy. I keep trying with each new data field and sometimes the second bubble will open further down the page.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Ad blocking? I'm getting a lot of pop up ads while using Facebook from Safari.

      I can't swear to it but I don't recall this being a problem pre-Yosemite. I could be wrong. I haven't been real active on Facebook until recently. I see some third party apps out there but am alway wary of non approved software.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan. Remove it as follows.
Malware is always changing to get around the defenses against it. These instructions are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Step 1
From the Safari menu bar, select
          Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need, including any that have the word "Spigot," "Trovi," or "Conduit" in the description. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
Reset the home page and default search engine in all the browsers, if it was changed.
Step 2
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.vsearch.agent.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
          Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "com.vsearch.agent.plist" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.

The problem may have started when you downloaded and ran an application called "MPlayerX." That's the name of a legitimate free movie player, but the name is also used fraudulently to distribute VSearch. If there is an item with that name in the Applications folder, delete it, and if you wish, replace it with the genuine article from mplayerx.org.
This trojan is often found on illegal websites that traffic in pirated content such as movies. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow.
You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the Internet criminal behind VSearch has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

I am using photoshop cc 2014.2 And when I use save for Web it gives me a dialog box that says it is using Latin characters I've never seen this before. Does anyone have an answer for this problem or do I need to go back to the older version of Photoshop.

If you have a very old Firefox version then you could consider to uninstall that version to clean up existing registry keys (especial the uninstall key).
Make sure NOT to remove "personal data" when you uninstall Firefox, because that will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Check the Firefox program folder and remove the Firefox program folder if there are still files left in it.
