Lightroom is no longer showing the .dng files
Lightroom is no longer showing the .dng files, everything else(Exif data and histogram), but no viewable picture. It did ask me for my serial number today, which I typed in. After that I went to import new RAW files, and the files themselves imported, but will not show the picture. None of my .dng files will show the picture now.
It seems that the ACR cache is either corrupt or the whole plugin might have got some corruption.
You can go ahead and delete the Lightroom x Catalog Previews.lrdata by following the location from the link below accrding to the OS. (x denotes version)

After relaunch if it still doesnt show the images try uninstall and reinstall of Lightroom by removing it from Programs & features if on Win 7 or from Add & Remove in Windows XP.
If you are on mac just take the Lightroom complete file and trash it & directly install the most recent update of Lightroom.

My Father-in-law used my computer yesterday and now when I open Safari it no longer shows the magnifying glass/browser. I have tried to restore from backup and reinstalling but these do not work. My Iphone 4S was working properly with the operating system IOS 6.1.4. Then I have loaded the IOS 7 and so far it no longer shows the AirPlay Symbol.
I have loaded at my Iphone 4S the software 1.3.2. with no help. My Airport Express box has a software version 7.6.4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
LuiziOS 7 moved the AirPlay icon to Control Center.
To show Control Center, make sure your Home screen is displayed (press the Home button once), then swipe up from the bottom.

Why only sometimes does movies on Apple Tv show the buy option, I need it there all the time?
Two reasons:
The movie companies control what Apple can sell/rent - sometimes they simply change it to purchase only or rental only.
Secondly, if your Settings for Itunes store are set to HD sometimes you won't see an option to purchase or even teh movie at all if it's only available in SD.
There are also sometimes discrepancies between iTunes on computer and AppleTV implying the stores work slightly differently or have different connections. Check if it's available in iTunes.

When exporting from Photos, the panel for naming the file no longer shows up. Why and how do I change so I can name the file what I want?
You don't need to maintain all versions of the upgrade chain, but many of us do in case we need to work on a legacy file. If you want to rmove a version, though, ti should be done BEFORE installing the later one. Just reinstall CS5 and things should get back to normal.

Just got CS6, and spacebar/hand tool scroll no longer shows the desktop scrolling, it only shows the rulers moving and I have to use my imagination to know if my scroll/pan is taking me where I want to be. What's up with that? I really need to see where my scroll is taking me.

My Mac G4 MDD no longer shows the start up hard drive icon. The one with all my files on!
It shows the other 3 hard drive icons and boots up OK.
Has my start up hard drive failed? Can it be fixed?

Finder -> Preferences -> General -> Show these items on the desktop -> Hard disks
The startup disk is sometimes treated differently from other disks (such as external and network disks) and I'm guessing this is a simple preference setting, although I might be wrong. -
After updating to Firefox 14.0.1 my search results NO longer show the Norton WEB Safe Icon next to each result. It worked fine before the upgrade. The Norton tool bar is there and when you click on the site the safe web report is there but NOT the icon in the search results.
Norton released updates for Firefox 14 early the same morning as the release of Firefox 14. Norton usually releases updates on the same morning as new Firefox versions. Have you updated Norton through their LiveUpdate?

The whole idea to an icloud account is that one user uses it and has all their devices synced together. Different users need different Apple IDs to create their own icloud accounts. Note that everyone can still use the same ID for an iTunes account (to share purchases).
