Does Game Center is has its server india?

If yes then why on playing mutliplayer game it says "Unable to connect to match making server" in every device for every account? I m trying to play fruit ninja with my two of devices but they always give the same error. Please help me out.

Game settings are part of your backup. So you'll need to back up your ipod to the new computer.
To transfer your data, follow this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137
In short:
Disable autosync in iTunes on the new computer, connect and right click on your ipod in the device list, choose "backup" and "transfer purchases" after that.
The first sync will erase your ipod, but you can use the manual backup you made to restore from, and all your settings should be back again.

  • HT4314 my game center app has vanished ?

hello, I am new to the iphone, noticed last night that the pre-loaded game center app has gone, have I sent it somewhere ?

When I try to open Game Center it stays in loading forever, it was working fine until 2 days ago. My iPad still has my CSR Racing car and level the same but no longer brings up my name and can't access my achievements or leader board. Dragonvale game never gets started just stays on opening page permanently. My iPhone 4 sits right next to it and works. I don't understand how the iPad just lost the info all of a sudden.

  • Does Game Center on iPod Touch 2G sync?

I understand that Game Center on iPod Touch 2G (iOS 4.2) no longer work.. (ie. don't show games, empty friends list, unable to receive friend requests, cannot connect to in-game scores)... but does that mean that it is also not syncing? I ask this because I am looking to get a new iPhone, which will have iOS 5/6 and hence Game Center. I'm concerned about transferring my games and scores safely onto my new device.
Has anyone experienced this transfer with iPod Touch 2G and had any luck? If so, please share the good/bad experiences, or any suggestions, thanks

On a mobile device everything is about optimization, and I think this is especially true for an old gen device like iPhone2G. If you've checked out the game Space-On-Air on App Store, you would find out box2d-based flash game can run smoothly even on older gen of iOS.
Though I haven't done any experiment with box2D just yet. I think the reason that might slows down your app could be anything:
    Were you using vector graphics?
If yes, did you cached them as bitmaps?
If they are being rotated or scaled, did you set cacheBitmapAsMatrix?
Have you tested on the lastest iPhone/Touch, cuz the CPU/GPU for 2G are not great, but they are good, that means you could have a much better performance or at least 10FPS on 2G once you take care of optimization.
Another thing that I'm concerned is box2D is said to be CPU-intensive running in Flash. So I strongly suggest you refine your code, avoid high iterations, set frame rate below 30FPS, choose GPU rendering...
    Good luck!

    Hello,
    Refer:
KB31489 BlackBerry Protect for BlackBerry smartphones does not display any backup files to restore
As this thread documents, using only BBProtect as your backup strategy is insufficient and risky. Done incorrectly, you can completely wipe out the backups you have on the BB servers. If that happens, there is no way to retrieve them...once gone, gone for good.
    Good luck!

  • Why does Game Center consistently ask me to log in?

This is getting really annoying and I can't find a solution anywhere.
My iPad mini for the pass few months has been consistently asking me to log in to Game Center on almost every single game I play.
It's annoying because my password is 10 + characters so it isn't fun to put it in.
Half the time it asks me to log in and then less than 5 minutes later it pauses the game and asks yet again for me to log in.
My Game Center  under the settings tab is logged in so why does it ALWAYS ask me to log in AGAIN?
My iPhone doesn't have this problem at all.
    Any solutions?

For any particular game, it should ask for a login three times. If you decline after the third time, it should ask if you'd like to disable Game Center for that particular game. If you disable it at this prompt, it shouldn't ask you again for that game. I believe this is on a per-game basis and needs to be done for each game.

  • HT4314 My game center account has been reset on ipad ,but my iphone still has scores

Just now , i got a message on ipad's game center that i dont have an account with my username and u have to make a new one :/
I dont know whats the problem, but it really ****** me off i have almost 10000 points ,i've been playing for really long time i cant afford its loss
Now i'm starting from zero on the ipad i don't know which device is giving me the wrong details
    So please help me

Have you given your information to anyone?   Family, friend?
Did you have another device with Game Center on it?   Did you give a new owner of a device any passwords?
Do you share apple account with a family member?
Do you have a rescue email set up in your Apple account, with security questions?
I suggest you set up a new email account, write everything down and keep it in a safe place.
New email account and password. Not so easy that it can be hacked.
In your iTunes account on the computer. Login and change security questions, password and rescue email.
Again, make sure your password is not easy to guess.   Same with security questions.
Write it all down and keep it somewhere safe.
I recommend a password keeper called Enpass.   You can store 10 cards with user names, passwords, notes and account numbers in the free version.
Then you only have to remember one complicated password to open Enpass and retrieve your information.
If all else fails, contact apple support.

  • Does game center save game data

my old computer is not working and on my new computer it has all my music and stuff, but with my apps i have got so far and i dont want to sync my ipod to my new computer because it might get ride of the data and i will have to start agian, and i have spent so much money on two of my apps, and they are both on game center so will that save the data on to my acount ????

  • Why does Game Center ask me to log in every time I play games online?

I don't understand- I enter my Apple ID and password and I log in, but it asks me to log in every time?!
Is there an option to stay logged in because this issue is really annoying me
    Thank you for your support

I don't play games online but it's possible that this is a security feature....if you have to log in every time, then your friend can't access your device and mess with your game center account.
My issue has been with apps that log me into game center without my consent....I don't want to be logged in, they have no option to turn it off and I'm logged in every time I open the game.
Since your issue is with online games, I'd look in the settings for that game on the site and see if it has a 'never log out' option.

  • Why does game center not have a chat function?

The only real way to currently "chat" with someone who doesnt have  WhatsApp (or anything similar), FaceBook or something along those lines, has to send multiple game invites with a message in order to communicate.
There should be a funtion with settings and levels for privacy.

We are just users. Please send feedback to Apple.

  • How come my game center has no request tab (3 tabs instead of 4)?

I have a ipod touch 4g, with the latest version 5.1.
My friend has been sending me requests from her game center that has a request tab (all together 4 tabs), while I haven't been able to receive any requests nor do I have a reqest tab (so my game center has a total of 3 tabs: me, friends, and games).
    I've already tried:
    1) setting it back to factory version through itunes
    2) openin up games through game center
    Any ideas?

Go to settings then general then restrictions then scroll to bottom then make sure online multiplayer and adding friends are on

  • How are Game Center "Friend Recommendations" people I know in real life? (Meetup/Facebook data?)

This seems like a major privacy concern, but mainly I'm just very curious how this can possibly happen:
The Game Center app suggests primarily people I have met in real life... but have had NO online interaction with!
I life in a high-population US city, yet at least 2/3 of my Friend Recommendations (maybe more if they had photos or knew these peoples' last names) are people I have actually MET in person and know vaguely... but who I do now know well and who are NOT friends/contacts in any online service.
I have never emailed them (with two exceptions); we don't even know each others' email addresses, and even if we did, my Apple ID email is not one I use for actual emailing purposes. Nor do we know each others' phone numbers, nor gaming nicknames; often not even last names. I didn't even know that they owned iOS devices or played games at all!
We have certainly never played games with one another before; in fact, I have never used Game Center's friend feature and I don't have any GC friends. I only play random matches, and almost always on non-GC game services, for that matter.
None of them has ever made a friend request to me. I've only ever gotten one GC request, long ago, and I denied it; it was not someone I knew.
Some of them list "zero games in common" so it's not even that (and anyway, millions of people have games in common with me).
Only one of them is in my Contacts (iOS/Mac address book), and knowing how serious they are about privacy, I doubt the email address I have is their AppleID. I know your address book can (for now) be accessed without permission, but these people just aren't listed.
But I DO run into these recommendations in person every so often!
These cannot be randomly selected by geography because a) they're not super close to me in miles, and b) there are millions of iOS users near me. No way that most of the suggestions would be people I've met, if this were chance alone. SOME source of data is being used by GC, and I'm baffled as to what it could be.
The closest three theories I can come up with are all pretty implausible:
    1. Indirect Facebook connection. These people are NOT my Facebook friends (with a couple exceptions; I never actually use Facebook but I do have an account, and if someone requests, I generally accept). I double-checked that. But they MAY be "friends of friends" possibly. But how would Apple obtain my FB friend list? And if they did have it, wouldn't they just suggest my actual FB friends, not friends-of-friends? My Facebook login email address is an alumni address that I have never used for any other purpuse; it is not my Apple ID. And I have diligently set nearly every option to "hidden" on Facebook: even friends see a mostly blank profile!
    2. Meetup.com. This is a 100% correlation! I'm in several local groups that use Meetup.com to schedule meetings, and ALL of these Game Center recommendations are memebers of Meetup groups that I too am a member of. That's how I've met most of them. But Meetup has no "friends" feature, and most of these people have had no online connection with me (Meetup messages etc.) through Meetup. We've just attended the same events--which do have online RSVP lists--or else we are merely listed as members of the same group(s). (But we're talking large groups, so I haven't actually met most of the members, and I have met most of these GC recommendations.) But how would Apple obtain my Meetup info? Again my Meetup account's email address is not my Apple ID, and I have never used that email address with any Apple service (although it is on my Contacts card).
    3. Maybe Apple harvested my address book/contacts list (which does NOT contain these people), and also harvested the contacts lists of these people, AND also harvested the contacts lists of people we know in common who happen to have both of us listed. Then they put it all together. (That's a stretch: the people I know the best on Meetup--whose info I do have in Contacts--are Android users!) But again, why not recommend my actual contacts, instead of contacts-of-contacts? My actual contacts--which contain numerous iOS users and games--are notably absent from the recommendations (with one exception).
Obivously Apple cannot, and does not, literally know who I have met. (No foil hat for me!) But they DO seem to have some data source that correlates closely with people I have met (and Meetup activity especially). I'm dying to know how that's possible.
This is a privacy concern, for at least three reasons I can think of:
    1. GC lists these people's real names AND GC nicknames together--BEFORE I have accepted them as friends! And vice versa, I'm sure my nickname is being shown with my real name to total strangers. That means strangers, employers, stalkers, whoever, can now tie a person to their nickname (often the same one they use all over the Interner, not just GC). But we're not talking random suggestions: this is being show to people I DO know. Maybe I don't want them Googling my online nicknames! Maybe I complain about my work with that nickname Maybe I want my online friends and real-life acquaintainces kept separate. I definitely want EVERYTHING kept separate from these people I barely know but run into from time to time! One of these people is, in fact, on the sex offenders registry, and has stalked a friend of mine both online and offline. Maybe he'll learn my GC nickname--the same way it has shown me his--and can now Google that!
    2. If I have a lot of "games in common" listed, then they can peg me as a "gamer," which is sometimes a negative. Maybe I want my boss (or whoever) to think I'm more serious, even if he games too, and now he knows I have 30 games and wonders why I'm not staying late to work Maybe I just don't want to be roped into being "friends" online with my boss, or having to let him win games! Again, although this is a small issue at first glance, it's less small when things are being shared with people you really DO know in real life. What if my hypothetical stalker sees I have games in common? Sure, I can deny their friend request and cancel their 500 game attempts, but I'd rather be 100% hidden from them in the first place. I have no prior online contact, I want it to stay that way, and I've never given Apple permission, that I know of, to share my real name with people I never friended. (And even if I did, it should be with random strangers--not actual acquaintances.)
    3. The big mystery--how is Apple getting data that correlates with who I've met in the first place? I'm guessing that some people see the same pattern I do, and some don't; which might lead to an answer, but so far I'm stumped. (If this does tie to Meetup some bizarre way, that would be unnerving because Meetup ties me to real places and specific times.)
Theories are welcome! And a basic question: what data sources DOES Game Center have available to use in making friend suggestions? I would have guessed maybe Location Services (nearby people) and people who have played a game with me (or made a friend request) in the past. But those sources are not what I'm seeing.
(Even weirder is that nobody else seems to have posted about this happening; it may not happen to everyone, but surely some people have had this same question? I feel like I'm in a Kafka novel...)

That's a good thought that could explain some cases, but not mine: these people definitely don't know my email address, and I'm not in their Address Book. (Some of these are people I might meet on a hike, say, and nod to in passing on other hikes once a or twice a year, and that's the extent of the "relationship"--no contact info ever exchanged. We don't even know what cities each other are from.)
we don't even know each others' email addresses, and even if we did, my Apple ID email is not one I use for actual emailing purposes. Nor do we know each others' phone numbers, nor gaming nicknames; often not even last names.
I should correct my first post: I said I "do now know well"... that should be "do NOT know well".

  • Multiple Issues with Game Center

Ever since updating to iOS 6, my Game Center app has been very buggy... pretty much useless actually. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas at all.
Friend requests sent to me do not arrive on my iPhone.
Friend requests sent to others do not arrive.
My iMac Game Center and my iPhone game center will not sync even though I use the same account on both (each shows a different number of friends because I do receive friend requests on my iMac and friend requests sent from my iMac do arrive..... but they still don't show up on my iPhone)
The 'Friends' page shows that I have 29 friends (my iMAC friends page shows that I have 34 friends which is how many I should have on my iPhone), but my 'Me' page shows that I have 160 friends.... and that number increases by about 1 friend a minute.
I cannot sign in to game center.... I get the error message 'could not connect to game center server'. This error message is immediate.... like it didn't even try. BUT when I actually go to play a game center game, it's like the game signs me in without asking for my password or even letting me know (no banner or anything) because when I quite a game center game I'm magically signed in again.
I cannot view my game center account with my iPhone. When I click 'View my account', nothing happens.

TThe problem is on Apple's end. Take a Look.

  • Game Center account disappeared

Today, my game center account just disappeared.
I started The Sandbox game app and it asked me to sign into Game Center. I noticed that there's something wrong so I close The Sandbox app and open Game Center app.
It also asked me to sign in. After I signed in, it asked me for my username. I noticed that there's something wrong at this point but there's nothing else I could do so I continue.
At the end, I got into my Game Center app, 0 Games, 0 Friends, 0 points.
The game tab still shows that game and points of the games that I still have on my iPad though.
Is this Apple's April Fools' joke or something?
I tried to contact Apple support but there aren't any section to contact about Apple ID in my country, there are only hardware supports.
    What should I do now?

Semantics aside: for the last time, sign in with your original Apple ID. If that does not work, then  contact iCloud support:

  • Can't log into Game Center on Macbook Pro

I recently updated my computer to Mountain Lion. So today i tried to log into my Game Center account and its saying that its not the right information. Tried loging in on my iPod and it worked perfectly! I used the same id and password i used to log onto here.
    I already tried:
    - opening the chess application from the Launchpad and signing into Game Center from there.
    - changing my password
    - turning my wi-fi off and then back on.
    PLEASE HELP !
by the way, you can't see my e-mail but its there !

    Update:
We logged in to the Admin account, changed the password on my user account, which has admin priveledges, and we still can't log in.
This happened in Snow Leopard before we upgraded it to Lion, so I don't think that's the cause.
We tried creating a new user account and it's happening on that account too. Both the IT guy and I are baffled. What could possibly cause OSX to do this to user accounts?
I joked and wondered if we should test the keyboard itself.

  • Is Game Center as cool as I hope it is?

I have a few odd problems with my iphone that come up when running the diagnostics test (in the apple store) which have indicated perhaps an issue with software.
    1) Battery life is not being displayed properly... its telling me that I have an accumulated 8-9 hours of usage which leaves the battery at 25%, which apparently is twice as much usage I should get out of a full batter.
    2) I am having stalls and crashes in three apps, two of which are Safari and Maps.
So the first step (ovbiously) is to restore the iphone to its factory settings. As much as I would hate to lose all folders and app settings, its a necessary evil.
That's the long intro to my question: Does Game Center do anything for me as far as saving my acheivements, etc. for games? For example, if I wipe everything out, reinstall the games that use Game Center, will I just have to start over, or will it remind my phone how far I'd gotten.
Again, its really not the end of the world. It wouldn't be the worst thing to have to play Angry Birds all over again.
Thanks, in advance, for your assistance.
    Cheers,
    Brian

(That sounds like a typical JB problem even if you didnt do it but a restore will most likely solve those issues)
The gamecenter is that cool as long as you dont forget your sign in information you'll be fine. Also angry birds and almost every game will not delete any data as long as you back up your phone before you restore.
I'd like to add to anyone else whos reading to get apple to update gamecenter so you can send/recieve messages via GC..Lets get them working on that!!
