Does good service exist anymore????

Got a Samsung home theater system ( 900.00)so we made an appointment for someone to come install. A week later on the day they are suppose to install the guy calls ok  we are sending out someone to talk to you about a home theater system and which one is best. No sir we have it we need it to be installed. Oh well you need a technician yes sir we told them that. They knew we had the system already. Well we can't get a technician out until next Tuesday. Had it been up to me I would have been finished with you, but it was my bday gift so my husband said well I guess I don't have a choice. Today is when they were suppose to come so the guy calls. My name is blah blah blah I'm coming to talk to you about which home theater system would be best for you. Oh no sir your not and I'm on my way back with your 900 hundred dollar system to return it because if Best Buy can't even figure out who to send I doubt you can wire it.
I will never do business with Best Buy again. Keep it up Best Buy and your company will go under!!

Thank you for taking the time to explain your situation. After reading your recent experience, I do see where the confusion is coming from. Our consultation agent may not have realized you already purchased your home theatre system, but he would have been necessary as he would have had to take a look inside your home to see if we could wire the sound system through the attic like your husband requested.  If we couldn’t, his job is to then examine your living room to find a system that would best fit your needs.
Regardless, it seems that this didn’t go as smoothly as we would’ve hoped and I’m sorry that this was at your expense.  I’m glad to see that our management team in San Marcos understood your situation and ultimately returned your unit for you.  Despite this experience, I hope you do reconsider Best Buy in the near future.
