Camera quick access when locked

I have a lock code on my iPhone 4 s & since i have just updated the software today to iso 5.1, I cant access the camera via this short cut. The camera icon is on the bottom right hand side (next to (Slide to unlock) but when I press it, it just bounces & does not open the camera. Is this a bug or do I need to configure this somewhere within settings??

Why does firefox not allow me to access Meebo?

In the past hour or so, I've been getting a connection interruption on Meebo's main chat. My connection is completely fine, but when I try and access the site again Firefox claims that the site isn't certified and is giving me warnings. I don't know what's going on, and my virus protection is up to date. Meebo is pretty safe, have been using it for a year now, so why would it keep doing this?
It's just really important, so if anyone could tell me why this is happening I'd appreciate it.

Flash Player crash in IE on Win7 and Win8.1 on allow camera/microphone access

My web app crashes for 2 my clients in IE, when they start broadcast and press "Allow" button in security dialog. Other browsers works fine for them. Has anyone experienced similar problem?

When dealing with such a large problem with frequent FF lockups the temptation is to lump all information in an attempt to solve. LOL
Chasing multiple threads to help solve the problem may be helpful to the developers but it takes far too much time following and posting in each thread. As you can see it's taken a couple of days to get back to this post.
First thing we did is dump cache and cookies both through the interface and then manually in the profile. We changed the version of Flash installed manually and even changed the version of FF. There are many "flash" enabled pages we encountered which caused the lockup.....so MSN is not specifically the issue.
But when Flash is removed or disabled the browser no longer locks up.....suffice to say we get an error when visiting a website with flash content on it.
That is why I chose to post here as the problem is directly attributable to Flash in FF on all of our machines.

my question is about iphones locked to iClouds. If phones are locked to itunes does they show reception bar on top left corner? How is display of the phone and if there is sim in does icloud lock phone reads sim?

What do you mean "locked to iCloud". There is no such thing that I am aware of. In any case, this has nothing to do with the receptions bars displayed on your iPhone. The reception bar shows the strength of your mobile operator signal .

Does iPhone consume less battery if sim is locked?

I'm a surveyor, working at sea. My iPhone is consuming alot of battery when I don't have any service from an operator.
I don't want set my iPhone in flight mode because I'm using the GPS. And I can't find any other way to turn it on separately.
So my question is if I don't unlock my sim when I turn on the phone, does it turn off the transmitter (and consumes less power)?

Thanks buddy. never thought it was that easy. my facetime still indicates validating account even the wifi signal is ok, as I was able to download apps. I checked my email and nothing came in yet for verification or validation. I will try it later again.

Does iPhone have a quick easy way to switch sounds settings like Blackberry?

One thing I love about Blackberry is that you can designate a whole bunch of different configurations for your sound/alert settings, and you can very easily switch from one to another right on the homescreen. I find this very necessary since I like to have most sounds on much of the time, but want to easily switch to only vibration or only LED alerts or even no alert when I am in certain quiet places or at work.
Another very important use of this feature for me is that when I go to bed I can easily switch to a setting where all alerts are turned off, but the alarm will still function and wake me up in the morning.
Does iPhone have any features that can make it work in a similar way to this? Especially turning off alerts while keeping the alarm functioning? It seems all smartphones should have an easy and quickly accessable way of switching between sound/alert configurations.

I would like specific phone numbers to be allowed to be called by my family members while my phone is locked. However as the phone is required to be secured for work I would rather not have to have the device unlocked and thus access to emails, texts, etc be visable. Is there a way to do this?
