Does Macromedia have Actions

Question

Quick question,
Photoshop has what they call "actions" You hit a record
button perform a repetitive task, hit stop, and then next time you
want to perform said repetitive task, all you have to do is hit
play.
I ask this because I am changing an ebay storefront to a new
template, currently there are 180 items that need to be in my new
template, I cannot create a database and have the template call the
title, pictures, and description, dynamicaly. Instead I have to do
it the old fashioned, change the title, change the picture (change
the path of the picture to access the pic on my server), change the
description, save it, upload everything to my server, and then post
the code on ebay through turbo lister.
Since I have so many products to do, and eventually that 180
items will grow to about 500 items., I am wondering if DW uses
actions. So I can tell it to record my repetitive task, then next
time hit play, and have it pop up a form that says "Whats the
title, the path to the pic, whats the description" They guy who I
am designing this for is a non-DW non-computer type of guy who will
add the products to the template in the future, after I have done
the initial change over. Any help on this would be greatly
appreciated and timesaving.

You can do something similar with the History panel by
recording steps and
saving those steps as a command.
