Does my iMac fit the requirements to take online classes?
My computer is OS X 10.5.8 & it has a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor. And these are the requirements for taking online classes. I have bolded the items that I am wondering about.
Mac computer
G4 processor
OSX Panther
256 mg RAM
Internet Connection —
DSL or cable
Word Processing Application
Email Account
Netscape 7.x or
Internet Explorer 6.x or
Browser able to read frames
CD ROM drive
Well, the problems you are having might be that you have new applications(higher requirements) that your iMac can't handle. Try upgrading your memory. you can get the OS in itunes or apple store through purchase history.

Does 1Z0-001 fit the requirement of 11g DB OCP requirement (1Z0-051)?
Dear Sir:
Hi, I would like to ask 3 questions about the certification requirement of 11g DB OCP.
Please advice me what do I have to do to prepare the OCP exam, thanks a lot in advance.
Q1:
Does 1Z0-001 fit the requirement of 11g DB OCP requirement (pass 1Z0-001 = pass 1Z0-051)?
AFAIK, 11g DB OCP requires passing 3 exams: 1Z0-051 (SQL), 1Z0-052 (AW1), 1Z0-053 (AW2) and finishing a hand-on course at least.
I have passed the 1Z0-001 (Introduction to SQL ans PL/SQL) many years ago.
After searching the discussion in the community, I've found 2 relative:
https://forums.oracle.com/thread/2526631 It said :"1Z0-001 will satisfy the SQL requirement."
https://forums.oracle.com/thread/2467872 It said : "I can confirm that the 001 exam will fulfill the SQL exam requirement if it was passed before it retired."
I was confused on that. Please help me to clear it.
Do I have to prepare the exam 1Z0-051 since I have passed 1Z0-001 (an retired exam)?
Q2:
Please confirm that finishing the SSC (Self-Study Course) DOES NOT apply the "hand-on course requirement ".
It still need to pay more money for an instructor-led (face-to-face) course, right?
Q3:
Can I just finish ONE course "Oracle 11g Database Administrator Workshop II" from an Oracle authorized education center to fit the " hand-on course requirement " ?
Sorry I have to ask this because the budget consideration.
Thank you very much!

A1 -- Yes, if you passed 1Z0-001, you do not need to take 1Z0-051. When courses are retired, it simply means they are no longer given to *new* students. Anyone who passed them still retains credit for having done so.
A2 -- Self Study CDs do not count for the hands-in requirement. On the approved courses page of OU, it specifically states: "Self Study CD-Rom and Knowledge Center courses are excellent study and reference tools but DO NOT meet the Hands-on Requirement for certification."
A3 -- Only one course is required for the 11G OCP. That one is on the approved list and so will be acceptable if the vendor is authorized by OU. -
"the repository does not contain all the required definitions"
Hello,
At customer's site, I experiment a problem with Powerdesigner Viewer version 16.5.3.2 (4343) to view content of the repository created by Powerdesigner 16.5.3.2 (4343).
I got the message "The repository does not contain all the required definitions. It cannot be used with this version of the Viewer.".
Is there someone having an idea of the solution ?

Does CRM OnDemand has the exam to take?
Hi,
Does CRM OnDemand has the exam to take if I want to certified?
Could you please provide the link?
Thanks
PaeNo, there is currently no certification exam for the Oracle CRM On Demand product. We used to have a certification program, but it was discontinued due to very low demand. However, for Oracle partners, we do have several guided learning paths - each of which has an associated assessment exam. Partners must pass the assessment before gaining certified partner status.

Will I still have a monthly installment when I buy an iMac at the store instead of online?
Will I still have a monthly installment when I buy an iMac at the store instead of online when I pay with cash? Because the online store only states that there will be a monthly installment plan when I pay only with credit card, but I don't have one.
You will need to check with your Local Apple Store or Apple Retailer.
If Apple is not willing to work out a monthly cash payment plan based on credit or the lack of, then perhaps BestBuy, Fry's or others will?

Why does my imac make the unlock sound when it's not in use
On several occasions over the past few days I've heard my iMac make the sounds I associate with unlocking preferences several times while I was not using the machine. Can anyone explain this?
Does any apps are running the background? If yes, check them and close them. Are you using it under any high levels of temperature?

Does anybody knows about the 'requirement' in the output type.
Hi,
When i check the code of those 'requirement' for the output type.
Found there existed FORM <b>KOBED</b>_9XX and FORM <b>KOBEV</b>_9XX.
sometimes the same code in those 2 Forms.
My questions, what the difference between KOBED and KOBEV??
Thanks!!Hi
Well these are used in Requirement in OutputDetermination
Where both KOBED & KOBEV are subroutines and they are same only for one or two requirements but if you see all the requirements they are not same.
KOBEV is used for adding requirements related to header conditions.
KOBED is used for adding requirements related to both header and item conditions.
If you put your routine in KOBED that is good enough.
But if your requirement checks only header fields (like customer, order type etc), it is recommended to use KOBED for performance issues.
OSS Note 156230 contains a very clear and thorough description of this function.
Hope this helps and solves your query

Hi All,
I live in australia and love using the creative cloud platform. I would like to further my training both basic and advanced in a few of the services. Is there a good set of books or physical online class (like through Seek learning etc) for Adobe??
Regards,
SamYou can't beat the online www.Lynda.com online classes.
If you want a beginner's book on InDesign, I recommend Sandee Cohen's InDesign Visual QuickStart Guide (Peachpit Press). For an advanced class, look for Real World InDesign (Peachpit Press). -
Does dragging music into the itunes library take up double the space on my hardrive?
If my music is in my C drive and then i drag and drop it into the music folder in itunes, will that take up double my space on my harddrive?
Same goes if I delete my music from my C drive, will it still say in itunes?There's a setting that determines what happens. In iTunes Preferences, Advanced tab you can choose to leave the music where it was or copy it to the iTunes library. If you choose to leave it where it was then it will not take up double the space. If you choose to copy it to the iTunes library it WILL take up additional space, but you can then delete it from any other locations.
If you delete music from your C: drive that has already been indexed in iTunes this will confuse iTunes momentarily, but it will recover when you try to play it. The better way to delete music is to delete it in the iTunes library; this will keep things in sync. -
Does copying files into the iTunes library take up even more space?
Hi everyone, I recently upgraded to Leopard and decided to give Boot Camp a try so I backed up everything onto my external hard drive using Time Machine and created my partition for Windows. In doing so, I know have an empty iTunes library.
I just copied everything to my hard drive using Migration Assistant, and although all of the files were locked because I didn't have enough "permission", i fixed that problem. However, when I tried to copy all of my itunes folders into my library, it said that I did not have enough space on my computer for it.
Dose copying music into the library use even more space than what it already is? I'm confused, because I thought that if i have the music files in my computer already I don't need to make another copy of it to place into iTunes...or maybe I'm just confusing myself.
Could someone please just let me know how I can add my music into my library? I really don't think this should be so difficult, I'm just terrible with computers. Thanks!Under Preferences -> Advanced you can uncheck "copy music to iTunes folder", this should fix your problem.
Hope this helps. -
Does this case fit the iphone 5c
Hey does this case work for my new iphone 5c http://www.exotic-ideas.com/iphone-cases-skins/goodlen-wooden-iphone-5-case-skin -handmade-wooden-cases-for-iphone-5-5s-5c-walnut-rosewood-white-maple-cherry-woo d-4-choices-2-parts-clip-on.html
Talk to the vendor selling the case. We would have no way of knowing. Maybe they have different actual cases depending on the device you are purchasing it for? Contact them to see what they can tell you.

Code to derive the Work Week (ISO IW doesn't fit the requirement)
I could use some assistance with my pl/sql code to derive the work week from the current date.
If January 1st lands on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, the work week for January 1st is '53'. If January 1st lands on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, the work week for January 1st is '1'.
I think I have the logic down, but my pl/sql is admittedly weak.
This is what I have thus far:
create or replace procedure work_week_fn (work_week DATE) IS
first_year_day INTEGER;
my_work_week INTEGER;
BEGIN
SELECT '01-JAN-'||to_char(to_date(sysdate, 'DD-MON-RR'), 'YY') into first_year_day from dual;
SELECT to_char(to_date(sysdate, 'DD-MON-RR'), 'WW') into my_work_week from dual;
IF first_year_day IN ('SUNDAY','MONDAY','TUESDAY','WEDNESDAY') THEN
dbms_output.put_line(my_work_week);
ELSE dbms_output.put_line(my_work_week + 1);
END IF;
END;
It's compiling, but I'm not getting the result I need. Any suggestions?Hi tk,
I'm not able to reproduce.
SQL> set serveroutput on

Help and support sends you in circles and does not help redeem a card with a code that does not work.
Well, they have a website, but here is a link to their information about unlocking iPhones.

The requirement to view online Oracle Form?
Hello there,
I am trying to view an online Oracle Form from an Oracle Form Server. As I know that, IE browsers with JVM support should be able to open the form and view it. But I am not so sure which version of the IE browser is able to do that. What I know is, with IE version 5 and above, it is able to do so. But how about IE 4 with JVM support? Is it able to do so?
Best Regards,
