i give my iphone to my cousin, when he go to his dorm, he make restore, he make DFU mode when he restore because it has my icloud, my cousin restored my iphone and asked my icloud, my cousin tried so many times wrong account and pssword, and now my real account is not accpeted...
i want to ask if my account or my device is locked after entering wrong password too many times?????????????

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

I'm still having the same problem ... 6 months after your original post! I've just had to reset my pw 2 days in a row, and I've been through so many resets over the past 6 months that I'm running out of ideas for passwords that I'll have a reasonable chance of remembering. But I also always make a careful note of my important passwords, and after the 1st "password error" message, I check my list and enter the password very slowly and carefully. So, I think I'm pretty safe in claiming that neither entering the wrong password nor making a typo is the problem!
Oddly, though, I could usually cancel the password-reset process, then go right to the the iTunes Store, where my password would work fine, allowing me to open and view all my account details.
Several months ago, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Tech Support trying to get this fixed. He was great and we thought he'd found the problem with my account. (When I originally set up my iTunes account 6 years ago, I used a different email address than I used when I set up my new Mac last year, and that seemed to be causing some sort of conflict within my account. Hard to imagine someone might change email addresses sometime over a 6-year period, right? But apparently, the software designers didn't cover that possibility with one of their recent updates of the master system for customers' accounts -- that's the Tech Rep's surmise, not mine.)
Everything seemed to work fine for a few weeks, but then the problem started occurring again ... over and over and over ... -

We are running on Exchange 2007. I have a user who is attempting to book a meeting on a calendar and is receiving the error, "Your meeting request was declined. This resource does not accept meetings longer than 1440 minutes." I know
this is related to the "MaximumDurationInMinutes" property returned from Get-MailboxCalendarSettings in the Exchange Management Shell. This value is currently set to 0, which I understand to mean unlimited. The user did not experience

The default options allow all users to book resources if they are within the set policies (i.e. up to 180 days in the future, up to 1440 minutes in duration, etc.), and will reject all other meetings. In the context of resource mailboxes,
InPolicy and OutOfPolicy simply mean whether or not the meeting invitation matches any restrictions enabled on the resource mailbox. For example
MaximumDurationInMinutes value for the resource mailbox is 30 minutes, any meeting invitation longer than 30 minutes would be considered OutOfPolicy. Using the
RequestOutOfPolicy parameter, you can manually add users that are allowed to request meetings that are not within the policy, and if you really want to lock things down, you can set the
AllBookInPolicy value to False, and then manually add users to the
BookInPolicy field, or more restrictive, to the
RequestInPolicy field.

The "system" does not forget and there are a number of passcode options.
Passcode lock.
Restrictions passcode.
Wi-Fi network passcode.
iCloud account passcode.
Apple ID passcode if not the same as the iCloud account. -
Changed itunes apple password. iCloud asked later to put in iCloud password. Used changed apple password iCloud doesn't accept it. Tied old iCloud password does not accept that either. Don't know what to do
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

AppStore does not accept my credit card
I have a iPhone 5c iOS 8 and AppStore does not accept my credit card when i want to download a free app or game. I to try with 6 different credit card and nothing.
FIRST: A FREE item does not require a credit card. Only a user account name & correct password.
Assuming you are using the correct password & getting past the entry field for the account name:
IF its an item requiring a credit card (see 1st sentence above):
Do you have the credit card entered in iTunes first? And from the same account name?
For CHARGE ITEMS: I’ve experienced trouble [using Appstore] if iTunes doesn’t have the card, or the same account name.
Try entering/validating the credit card in iTunes - then go to Appstore (which I would preferably do on a desktop, not from a wireless device) to download your app (though some appear not to be visible from the desktop account if they’re exclusively iPhone/iPod format).
Should you not want to keep the credit card always active, you can always change to “NONE” after your purchase in one, or both places.
(There are 2 places where DONE button gets selected). -
Why appstore does not accept amex
I have not been able to make that my id account displays the option to buy by Amex so even when I am purchasing with my mac online it does not accept this new account, does anyone know the reason???
The App Store in India used to accept American Express till about a month back. Then suddenly I got a notice in my account that my payment mode was not updated. Which was strange. I went back to change it to find my American Express card was shown in red and when trying to add a new card the option of adding an American Express was not available.
It seems like apple couldn't work out a deal with them and decided to show them the door. -

Updater does not accept my new password
I have changed my password yesterday as Adobe warned me to change it via email alert last week. Now I can log in to my account with my new password without any problem, but am not able to update any apps via Adobe updater. The updater does not accept my new passoword. (The log in box just shakes to reject) I have Creative Cloud running under the Mac OS X 10.7.5. Could someone help me?

Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored. (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.) If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.
