Does OA Extension framework support 11.5.9 Pages ( OA 5.7H )

Hi,
Metalink note 286082.1 says OA Framework Mini-Pack 11i.FWK.H (3262919) is required for Installing Jdeveloper9i IA Extension.
But we have OA 5.7H patch in our env. and want to personalize and extent business logic. Is it possible?

Yes i have tried the patch from the Doc You mentioned.
Also it has mentioned for the below,but mine is 11.5.10 CU3,it is not given there.

I ran this below query,it returns.So tried 4573517.

Setup is not a problem i guess ,because i am able to run the Page.The problem is with buttons and check box.
For example..When you are creating a EO,at the moment of select the entity there is check box like Table ,View.Where we will select the check box.
I am not abkle to select ,bez check box itself not present.
Silmilarly when Project Settings->Oracle Application->Database Connection
There is a Edit and New button , and both are not working.
I have created a EO under the Schema.server,it got created but the Plus symbol(parent,child) is not coming for schecma.server in the system navigator.
PLease Advice.

Hi all, last time I created extensions for Photoshop was for the beta of CS4 so a lot has changed!
Back then I was creating some effects using Pixelbender to create a shader, then applied that to a movieclip and everything was fine. Even this was a hack because I wanted to render a lit sphere, but had to settle for shading a normal map of a sphere. I wanted to start where I left off and just created a quick test panel trying to draw a triangle on a canvas using WebGL, but nothing is being drawn in the HTML canvas and I can't see any errors in the debug console.
Any official word on this? It would bust open a whole lot of crazy tools if WebGL was enabled.
Also on a side note, what is the HTML render/javascript engine being used in CC?

Ok so I just answered my sub question, CC is using:

Does CS Extension Builder support CS6?

Hi,
Is Extension Builder in the current version designed to work with CS6?
From what I can see, Extesion Builder does not recognise Photoshop CS6 installed in my system.
Do I need to cnhange some settings, or is it not supposed to work?

That would be very inconvenient as it doesn't give the developers any
chance to make their extensions CS6-ready before the release...
Those people should have paid attention to http://blogs.adobe.com/cssdk/2011/11/cs-extension-builder-prerelease-is-now-live.html back when it was posted in November. The form might still work, but since it was handled by Gabe, who has left Adobe, it might not still work. Dunno.

For iBooks, yes, swiping to the left or right will turn the page. As for "reading apps" it depends on the app (yes iOS would support it if the app vendor chooses to include it).

(RFC 2274). Does Weblogic provide support for this extension
framework ? If so which version of Weblogic should i be using ?

Yes, these are part of HTTP 1.1 extensions. In case this is not currently supported, would really appreciate if you could let me know if it is planned in the future releases.

Firefox mobile uses XUL and you can use that along with CSS and JavaScript to create extensions. However since Firefox 4 you cannot load XUL from a website. https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Using_Remote_XUL

NWDS 7.3 - extension framework not working

Hi experts,
I m trying to build and run an extension framework on a different requirement on the lines of this. I have defined it on the task extension after successfully deploying it on the connected AS JAVA. But I'm not getting any result on the IdM UI. There is already another EAR deployed not by me, which is running good. I have created everything from scratch with new names and servlet not as IdMRegisterServlet. Should there be any problem due to that ?
Because when I looked into the application tc~idm~jmx~app I could find only IdMRegisterServlet and not the one I designed.. Though I have meticulously followed the steps while deploying. If this is the case how will I be able to register it in the tc~idm~jmx~app ?
Any advise would be a Lifesaver.

I guess the problem is not in the name of the servlet. You can use any name.
Please check:
1. If the application-j2ee-engine.xml of your new extension application contains a reference to
tc/idm/jmx/app application:

Db access from IdM extension framework

I've been looking into this extension framework for IdM 7.1 where you can do some validation on onSubmit events.
In my case i would like to make some searches in the idm database to check some constraints on the entry but the only way I could find was through the EntryFactory but here I need to know the exact mskey for the entries I want to use and that is not good enough!
So my questions is there another way to interact with the idm database (I would like to execute select queries or at least execute some searches on various entry values)?

Firstly, I was officially told that it is not recommended to do SQL lookups in the Extension Framework because it has a negative impact on performance.
Aside from that disclaimer, if you import the java.sql.* and javax.sql.DataSource packages, you can use your existing database connection that is set up on your AS Java system to connect to the database and execute queries. Here is a snippet of what we use as an example, in this case matchQuery is defined elsewhere:

This may not be the most effecient way of doing things, but it will at least point you in the correct direction with regards to the classes and packages you would need.

Does the 6600GT-VTD128 support video capture?

Hi,
I recently purchased an MSI 6600GT-VTD128 video card. The product information seems to suggest that the card has video input capabilities, and there is an adapter that plugs into the card that has a number of connections, one of which is labeled S-Video in. However, I haven't been able to get any video capture to work.
Does the card actually support this functionality? If not, what are the video input connections for? If so, is there some documentation as to how to set it up?
So far, I tried installing the video capture drivers that come with the card. I checked the manual. I checked the MSI web site FAQs. And I searched the forums.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Richard. Yes I do have a breakout cable like that. Actually, I described it in my original message. So, I am guessing from your message that you believe that the card should have the capability to capture video.
In my original message, I asked if there was any documentation on setting up the card for video capture. The manual does not describe the procedure, nor does the MSI web site.
There are drivers on the CD that claim to be for video capture, but they had no effect when I installed them. In fact, there appears to be no way to tell whether the drivers were actually installed successfully.
If anyone out there has successfully used this card for video capture, please let me know.

Photoshop does not have touch support. however some touch devices drivers have features the can be set to Photoshop Functions. For example
Tablets that have drivers that use Wintab API for pen support can be used with Photoshop Brush Pen support. Tablets that use Microsoft Ink API for pen support can not be used with Photoshop for Adobe does not have support for Microsoft INK API for Adobe states the INK API lack features used by Photoshop Brush engine.

Does Sender Mail Adapter support "PayloadZipBean" module

I have a scenario where, I get the email with an zip file as an attachment and I need to extract this file and send across. There is no mapping transformation done here, only I need to forward the attached file to the file server.
Zip file always contains 1 file and is a text file.
so Its an Email to File Scenario.
Can I send the zip file as it is without unzipping i.e., send the attachment as iit is to the file server?
If I want to unzip the file, does the module "PayloadZipBean" support in case of sender mail adapter. ?

Use "PayloadZipBean " Module at Receiver Communication Channel in the Module Tab Set the "Module Key.mode = unzip"
and Receiver communication Channel file should be "FileName.txt".

Get an Error window, The source folder does not contain any supported camera raw files

I am using CS2 and it would not open up my latest RAW files, I was getting a warning Could not complete your request because it is not the right kinds of document. So, I checked the Camera Raw Plug-in and it says Version 3.7. I see that my camera an Olympus E-20 is supported. But it is not opening the Raw files, the day before I took jpeg and they have opened. I will not trash my Adobe Photoshop CS2 because it was a royal pain to install and I don't know where the CD is.
I installed the latest DNG Converter and when I try to open up the folder which has all the RAW images that didn't open in Adobe, I still get an Error window that says, "The source folder does not contain any supported camera raw files." Why? It says it supports my Olympus E-20. I actually have the E-20n, I don't think that is the problem. My RAW icons usually show up as small image thumbnails and this time they are gray icons only with the incorrect date under the icon. Is there another product I can use without spending money? These images I took in RAW were special and I don't want to lose them. Please help!

Hello, I was using only CS2 with my Olympus E-20n for 5 years, no problem. It just started acting up in RAW this year. I downloaded Picasa that same day and now it seems to be opening up all of my RAW files that didn't open the other day. So, I think Picasa installed a new plug-in adaption to CS2 because now all my RAW icons have a new logo on them, the same one that's in Picasa. Strange, but it works now and I am not complaining anymore. I love CS2 and the many ways I can adjust RAW files, so I am using it, Picasa is a sideline now that I can take a look at many thumbnails and it organized all my photo files by the year and folders. Amazing free software. I have probably 60,000 images in my computer and an external hard drive and Picasa picked them all up and made a library, cool.

Why was Extension Manager support dropped for Bridge?

Title says it all. Adobe Extension Manager supported Bridge in CS4, CS5 and CS5.5 and now it doesn't. From what I understand, the simple addition of the "configuration" folder and the files it contains from a CS5.5 installation suddenly makes it work, so my question is: why was this dropped for CS6? Is there more to it?

what makes you say that the support for that got dropped ?
I have a 1130 on my desk running 12.4.25 and it definitely can be configured for universal WGB ...
This said, it's a bet strange to configure a ceiling-mountable AP for uWGB but you probably have your reasons :-)
