Does Photoshop touch for Ipad2  support .eps and .cdr files ?

Hi Contactketan,
These are not support file formats within Photoshop Touch. You could convert to .jpeg or .psd through Photoshop or Corel.

Does Photoshop Touch for iPad save in .psd?

Yes, it processes RAW files (via Creative Cloud) and saves a .psdx to the Gallery, which again can be shared as jpg, png, psd or psdx.

does photoshop touch for phone has liquify tool?

    Krystle28-
Photoshop Touch for phone does not have a liquefy tool, but it DOES have a warp function.
You could possibly warp things and create a similiar effect to liquefy.
    Thank You,

    Hi Ric100jl,
Photoshop Touch doesn't include a liquefy tool but it does have a Warp feature. Here are a few screenshot examples of the functionality.

  • Photoshop Touch for ipad2 is frozen on launch

I too have a problem with PhotoShop Touch on the iPad2 (iOS 5.01). I start the app on the iPad and it just hangs at the spalsh screen. I also reset and restored the iPad and no joy.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall PS Touch.
    It should help.
    Thanks,
    Ignacio

  • Why does Photoshop Touch for Android want permission to disable my keylock?

Yesterday I was notified by my Android tablet that there was a manual update available for Photoshop Touch. Usually I install such updates immediately, but this one gave me pause. Among the new permissions the app was requesting was this one:
    DISABLE KEYLOCK
Allows the app to disable the keylock and any associated password security. A legitimate example of this is the phone disabling the keylock when receiving an incoming phone call, then re-enabling the keylock when the call is finished.
This makes me nervous, to say the very least. Under normal circumstances I would never ever install an app that requested this permission. However, since this is an app I've been using for a while from a big company like Adobe, I'm willing to consider it. But I'd like an explanation - why is this permission needed?

I came here looking for an answer to this exact question, as the requested permission gave me pause as well.  However, I'm not satisfied by the answer.  If the permission is not required by the app, why was it not removed?  The answer suggests it may be used for a feature in the future.  In that case, I would still like to know what that is if I am being asked to grant this permission now, rather than being given the option to consider it at that time.

    Hi Barbara,
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I tried recreating what you described myself on a couple images but wasn't able to get the same result. You might try saving your progress in your current project, just click the arrow in the upper left hand corner, then close the app by pressing the sunken button on the front of the tablet once. After that either completely power off the iPad2 or manually close all open apps and test again. You can close all open apps by pressing the sunken button on the front of the tablet quickly twice in a row. That should open a bar along the bottom of the screen showing all open apps, pressing and holding on any of these apps should make them wiggle with a little red circle with a minus sign inside, pressing that will close the apps. You'll have to close them one by one. Pressing the button on the front again closes the bar. Try closing everything except PS Touch and then try applying the filter in PS Touch to see if you still get the same result.

  • Does photoshop touch for iPad have a perspective crop like cs5?

I use the crop tool with perspective box checked on my desktop, would like to use it on my iPad.

Another option would be the Warp option under the Amperstand "&" menu. You would want to move the outer frame handles out from the vertical center. It it's not possible to link them, so you would need to move each side individually and crop as an additional step afterwards.
probably would need to move the top right frame handle out event a little more here

  • Adobe Photoshop Touch for tablet

Does Adobe Photoshop Touch for tablet support raw-files?

No, not at this time, sorry. (Be aware that even if it did, I wouldn't expect you'd get to work with many layers due to the hardware limitations of tablets. You can only work with 12 layers max as it is. Just a heads up.) JPEG, PNG, GIF, PSD, & PSDX are supported.
