Does report2.5 works with srw.run_report and Oracle Apps11.0.3

Hi,
I have reports2.5 and using srw,run_report I want to call another report. NOw I have registered this in oracle apps 11.0.3 . Now through oracle apps if I run the main report it has to call the child report (calling via srw.run_report) and the output should be put in the Unix server directory /tmp/
Please help Ratheesh.

Why does new Skype work with one user, and not another?

Running 19.4.5, I installed the latest version of Skype. (I do not activate it on login) This opens, but crshes/unexspectedly quits on "sign in". I tried the same with a "new user", and the app opened fine. I compared the two users to make sure that Skype was correctly featured in my usual user. No difference. Still crashes.
Does anyone have an idea what could be conflicting with Skype?

Right, problem solved! . Am posting this as it may help in future. I use a useful little app called Window Dragon,(a haxie) which helps resize windows with the mouse. This was causing the conflict, but had not with earlier versions of Skype. All I had to do was exclude Window Dragon from working with the new updated version of Skype and everything back to normal.
Solutions to apps that "quit unexpectedly" or crash often mention that haxies can often come into conflict with apps. So best to start with any haxies one has installed, disable, test etc..

I work with Photoshop, some Video and Play World of Warcraft.
Planning to do Gaming on the PC Side with using Bootcamp or Parallels Desktop® 8.
As you see I was planning to get the 3TB 7200rpm Fusion Drive.
But I don't know if it would work with Bootcamp.
Not sure if a separate Volume need to be made for the PC side?
If a 768 SSD would work?
Or do I have to go with Regular hard drive?

I have a situation where I created a Captivate presentation in Captive 6. The users are using IE 11 and Windows 7 and 8.1. The presentation will not load. Is there a problem with Captivate woring with those OSs and browser?

Does Motion 2 work with Intel chip and or Tiger 10.4.10

I am having a problem with my Motion 2.01 crashing when I open anything. I have come to believe it is a problem with the Intel chip in my new computer or my fully upgraded Tiger OS because I have gotten it to work on an older computer without the chip or updated OS. Has anone experienced this problem and if so what can be done about it? Please help! Thanks. -Michael-

The problem is with the Intel processor and not the OS. You'll have to go to Final Cut Studio 2 and Motion 3 in order to work in your Intel-Mac. Check the System requirements before doing so, if this is your intention.

Does ZAM Client work with Windows 7 and/or OS X Snow Leopard

Or will there be support for either of those environments? Installer seems to work OK, but client does not report to the Collector.

I've been advised by our Novell Account Manager that support for Windows 7 will not be incorporated into ZAM 7.5, however, the ZAM 10/ZCM 10 client will support Windows 7. I imagine they will take the same stance with Snow Leopard.

An AirPort Express is not capable of using its USB port for the connection of a mobile broadband modem.
One possibility would be to combine an AirPort Express with a special adapter (such as this product) with Ethernet output.
Another possible solution would be to use a mobile broadband router (perhaps something similar to this or this) with built-in Wi-Fi, instead of the above combination.
Make sure that the USB mobile broadband modem in question is supported in both cases.

1. I want to know how to install new BI 7.0 datastructures from business content when the datasources from R/3 are in the old version?
2. Is Business Content upto speed with the new structures like transformations and DTPs?

Unable to work with ODAC, VS2008 and Oracle Database 10g XE

I have downloaded and installed ODAC 11.1.0.6.21. I have followed the instructions in the 2 Day + .Net Developer's Guide (Chapter 3 - Building a Simple .NET Application Using ODP.NET) until I got to adding reference: when I added the Oracle.DataAccess 2.111.6.20, I observed that the new Refererence did not appear in Solution Explorer as described in the Guide.
However I continued with the steps until I got to the testing phase, ran the form and entered Hr for User Id, Hr for Password and XE for data Source as I am running Oracle 10g XE. I got this error with every attempt: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
From Server Explorer however, I can connect and see Schema Objects but when I right click Packages for eg, to create a procedure that uses a Ref Cursor I see only Refresh and Properties in the corresponding context menu, no New Package link!
What could be the cause of all these?
1. Is XE my correct Data Source?
2. Why is the new Reference not visible in my solution explorer?
3. Is my VS2008 or ODAC not configured/Installed Correctly?

The tnsnames.ora file seem to be auto configured. However I tried updating it with Notepad when I changed my computer name to no avail. I had to revert back to my old computer name.
