A couple questions being asked by my peers and I am not sure how to answers on 'trending' like:
How did a user get here (to the order form - through searching or navigating the service catalog)?
Is the service catalog in RC helpful or working as it is intended?
The team is working on putting together the service catalog for the RC, and they would like to know whether there's any tools available in newScale that would have some statistic on how people are using it.

If your question of "is the service catalog in RC helpful or working as intended?" can be answered by the order volume trends, you might want to explore using the Reporting and Analytics capability in RequestCenter.
You can design these reports to provide the volume trends (even with charts):
Order Volume by Service Group over time
Order Volume by Service over time
Month over month service completion volume
etc.

Does anybody has a sample bootpd.plist for me?

I would like to establish my own DHCP-Server with MAC SL (Client, not the Server Edition). I recently learned that the "bootpd" shipped with MAC OSX is suitable to provide DHCP service.
Unfortunatly, I could not find any sample config file "/etc/bootpd.plist" which would work as a starting point for me. Some sample which contains at least the basics for a simple DHCP service.
Does anybody has a working sample for me? A "bootpd.plist" which I can place in "/etc" in order to have at least some working starting point?

I skipped my plan to set up a DHCP server based on bootpd. It seemed impossible to get a working sample of a bootpd.plist for MAC OSX Snow Leopard (client)
At the same time it was rather easy to set up a DHCP Server using ISC DHCP Server:

It worked almost out of the box.

Does your external hard drive have it's own power supply? It should.
Is your external hard drive formatted with the NTFS file system? It won't work.
It needs to be formatted either with Mac OS Extended or FAT32.
(There are drivers available to add NTFS support to OS X but their quality is unknown, especially the "free" ones.)

I am trying to install Gadgets on WCS 11.8 installation on tomcat.
I have gone through the Installation documentation for Gadgets provided by Oracle and found it confusing as I am doing WCS installation for first time.
If some one has created a guide with screenshots if possible please share.

I don't have any guide with screenshots. If you follow the steps in the installation guide at https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29542_01/doc.1111/e29632/part_4_install_com_gdgts.htm#CHDEAHHE closely you should be ok.
The host:port of the CG application should be different from the Sites application. In the default install you should have four appservers:
Sites management
Sites delivery
CG management
CG delivery
Each of these should be running on its own appserver, so each should have its own host:port combination. (You can have them all running on the same host, or some on the same host, or all on different hosts; that's up to you.)
You could use the same Sites install for both management and delivery, but this is only supported for non-production environments.

Try the recovery routine. Download the driver and firmware from http://www.nomadworld.com/downloads/drivers. Install the driver file. After you have installed the driver, press and hold the PLAY button, continue holding the button while inserting the player into the USB port for about 0-5 sec. Run the firmware update file and check/tick the 'Format Data Area' check box and click on 'Start'.

HELP Someone has been using my account for calls

There are 12 calls recorded on my account on Saturday last, 25th February to BENIN and CAIRO.
I did not make these calls.
I became aware that this was happening when I got notification of an attemped topup that failed (my Credit Card number has been changed recently).
Can you please identify how this might have happened, refund my account, and let me know what I need to do next, i.e. do I need to change my account or re-register under a new username?

In the US, neither Sprint nor Verizon will "unlock" their phones to be used on the other's network. That's not how CDMA networks work. I'm going to spell it out very clearly for you:
YOU CANNOT USE A SPRINT PHONE ON A VERIZON NETWORK, AND YOU CANNOT USE A VERIZON PHONE ON A SPRINT NETWORK. They will unlock the GSM portion of their phones but only for international use. CDMA phones can't be "unlocked".
The only way you can use a phone on Verizon's network is to buy one from Verizon. Same goes for Sprint. No way around this.

You can definetly acquire from several channels. For your convenience, I have appended below the content from help that tells you how to configure it:
"channels specifies the set of analog input channels. The order of the channels in the scan list defines the order in which the channels are scanned during an acquisition. channels is an array of strings. You can use one channel entry per element or specify the entire scan list in a single element, or use any combination of these two methods. If x, y, and z refer to channels, you can specify a list of channels in a single element by separating the individual channels by commas, for example, x,y,z. If x refers to the first channel in a consecutive channel range and y refers to the last channel, yo
u can specify the range by separating the first and last channels by a colon, for example, x:y."

If you are looking for 0D_DECU_TRDAT.CSV, you can generate it using the RSO_BC_FILES_IN_BDS report. Just run the report using SE38, populate the InfoCube text box with 0D_DECU, select export data and run it - the data will appear in your DIR_HOME on your server (which you can locate using AL11).
