does sunstudio support c++0x now?No. Well, it does support long long and possibly a few other minor things. No compiler fully supports c++11 today anyway.
if not ,what is the plan to support ?I'm pretty sure the answer will be that they are not allowed to comment. You can see however that they recently published job offers to help implement c++11, from which you can guess that they have started work on it (whether that will be available as partial support in the next release is for you to guess) but are far from being done.

The question is like this kind of scenario: Now the endeca page retrieves data from a oracle database's table. I just want to know if endeca has the functionality to update a piece of record. Windows has a software updater built into Windows and when you install the Boot Camp drivers then it will install an Apple software updater also. I believe Windows is set to automatically download and install your updates as does the Apple software Updater. They both will update the individual files it needs to periodically.
"Microsoft updates" and "Windows updates" are basically the same thing in Windows. Are you talking about the "Windows support software" when downloading from Boot Camp Assistant? Apple installs a software updater for it's Boot Camp drivers in Windows 7 so you can do it manually or automatically.
The "Hot Fix" your referring to is only for certain motherboards built from other Windows only computer manufacturers and does NOT pertain to any Apple computers.

For those who run across this therad and haven't taken the effort to make a backup here is another approach that should work.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

MS-Office for Mac versions 2004 and older do not run in Lion since these are PPC-apps for which Apple has dropped support.

This is not my problem. However, I think it may be related to an old speaker. I was using the 30 pin adapter for about a week after the upgrade to 7.1.2. But I think with the update the speaker won't work anymore. I will try with a new speaker system. Thank you for trying to assist.

Okay, just tell me now that Mavericks does not support iMovie 6 HD which I have migrated across my devices since it first came out as iMovie 4 and have supplemented with third party add ons from 3Gee. If this is true, then I will just jump off the nearest bridge, as I use it for my videography business. Since upgrading to Mav, I can not get the program to launch and am getting no pop up to tell me what is going on. It let me open and start a project at first, but then I was half way through and it crashed and I lost everything and now will not launch at all. Does anyone out there still use this magnificent program? Please help—the wedding I just commissioned is on hold and I am not want looking forward to facing a bridezilla.
right now just to get yer work done, get ahold of any OS that will run iM6HD and get it done. then dump MAVRICKS (wait till 10.9.2 at least) and retro back to OSX 10.6..or 10.7 (if you have it). I use FCExpress4 on 10.6....you might want to consider keeping a dedicated mini or something that ONLY runs your editing sw. I have 2 older machines that I will never upgrade because the editing SW wont run on the newwer OSs.

ask if they have any apple stuff that has Mavricks probs. bridzillas only happen when they are out of the loop. Keep them informed. but ...also be ready to duck.

Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons then try and charge again.
If issue persists try:
- Another known working cable
- Check the charging port for any damage or debris
- You could also use a dry soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush it on the port to clean it of any debris that could be in there -

Nothing will open Database documents. You would need to export the data as ASCII and import it into another database program; you will lose your formatting and calculations will come over as the result, not the calculation.

I believe you may be referring to the $49 ASL agreement at AppleCare? That is only when/if you are out of AppleCare Protection.

They may be able to fix this for you. No charge.
I highly doubt that. There is a $70 charge for troubleshooing software issues, EVEN IF there is AppleCare Warranty on the hardware.
However, since there is no charge for an appointment at a Bar, go make one, and see what options they give you. Let us know how it goes. -
I have recently purchased the latest ipad. Got to say I am extremely dissapointed that it does not support Java or flash which are platforms needed to do online business banking. I am now faced with ditching an expensive toy for a competitors product that offers full business functionallity. Is there any way round this ? It seems extremely bad form on apples part not to support this or make it very clear of the products limitations at the time of purchase.
Well, my bank has an app but the website does not use Flash or Java. While my credit union doesn't have an app, their website doesn't require Flash or Java either.
I pay all my bills online, bank, and access my brokerage accounts. None of the sites I have encountered require Flash or Java. Some government sites do require Flash so I use Photon, it's a browser that does Flash content very well. So you might check out some alternatives browsers.
Otherwise I suppose you will either dump you bank, your iPad, or just not do online banking.
