Does T61p can work with any USB3.0 Express Card?

Does T61p can work with any USB3.0 Express Card?
For example AKA BC398 with chip NEC 700200?
Or any other?

i don't think many people have tested these cards, theortically it should support them, but not at the full speed. Since the ExpressCard slot is 1.0 standard.

  • Does BlazeDS can work with CFC's ???

    Hi all
i'm really confused about the BlazeDS release
is this remoting service aimed for Java Developers only
or can you invoke CFC's functions, just as easily as you
could with previous versions of flash remoting ?
i really don't get it, Coldfusion is Adobe's product, and yet
all the tutorials i could find for BlazeDS are Java Oriented
does Adobe has any plans on Buying Sun as well ?
Coldfusion is built on top of Java, so it make sense that
there will be a way to use BlazeDS remoting service in conjunction
    with coldfusion
it doesn't make any sense to assume that every flash / flex
developer that wants to harness to speed of AMF3
would have to know JAVA and choose JAVA as it's serverside
    language
anyone can shed some light on the matter ?
    cheers
    Yariv
    :)

BlazeDS offers a subset of features that are available in
LCDS (formerly Flex DS). FlexDS is part of CFMX7.02 and LCDS is
part of ColdFusion 8. So, although you probably can use CF with
BlazeDS you really should be working the dataservices built in.
    Take a look at

  • Does iSync actually work with any phones yet??

I need a new phone but I'm still very reluctant to use Apple's iSync compatilibity list.
The last time I used it I had to buy a USB cable to sync my address book, and as for iCal....forget it.
    So here's the big question:
I like the Motorola V551 and wonder if anyone knows if it can sync my address book AND ical via bluetooth AUTOMAGICALLY without the need for system file edits, USB cables Etc Etc Etc.
If not, are there any other GSM phones that DO work. Ideally ones available from Cingular Wireless.
And if that's too much to ask, how about any phone from any provider. There's a place in Redmond that can "unlock" phones for around $25.
I'm willing to go that route if necessary seeing it's almost impossible to just go into a store a buy a cellphone these days.
    Any feedback MUCH appreciated.

I am surprised at your lack of confidence for isync. i myself use a sendo x with isync and it works absolutely fine via bluetooth and syncw addresse, ical, ical subscribed calendars, and i can send and receive files and ictures via bluetooth as well as install software on my sendo.
for more compatibility, try this fledgling of a forum www.macandmobile.com and check the just being built list of sunc apps. many of these also support phones that isync doesnt.
for anyone wanting to get a PDA phone with a Mac my best advice would be a Treo 650. its simpll the best out there with its ease of use, the range of availbale software and comparativel fast speed. i have used GPRS email over a sendo x and a plam tungsten w and the palm wins hands down (versa mail).
blackberry is a great PDA phone as well and is well supported with PocketMac. in fcat if i am not mistaken, Cingular was offering a Blackberry 7100g WITH pocketmac for some USD 99 or so... only for Mac users.
the sony ericsson 750i is supposed to work very well with macs as well, i have heard that connecting it via usb makes teh phone mount on the desktop and may even launch iphoto...

  • IPNONE 4S doesn't  work with any SIM

    Hello!
    I apologize for my English.
December 13, 2011 I bought Iphone4s in the Apple Store, North MichiganAvenue.
Phone bought Unlocked, which should work with any SIM card. The price was theappropriate phone - 649 dollars. The box had no markings, which can beunderstood phone is locked or not. Receipt sent to the e-mail, and I did notlook right.
If you try to activate the phone in Russia, it turned out that he can only workwith the operator AT&T.
I looked up and saw the receipt that it contains information aboutAT&T.
The seller made a mistake and sold me the phone attached to theAT&Tinstead of unlocked, unlocked for the price.
My mistake is that I just did not check the receipt and did not attempt toactivate the phone.
What can I do to the phone can work with any SIM card GSM operators?
    Thanks inadvance for your reply.

To update my original post, I discovered that my 4S does work with my JVC car radio when I use the Apple USB cable that I use to sync with my PC. This happens to be the cable that came with my 3GS, but it works fine to sync the 4S. I don't know whether the short non-Apple cable I had in the car is broken, or whether something about the iPhone has changed to make it obsolete. In any case, I'm back in business!

  • Can the MacBook Air work with any other type of internet connection beside wifi?

Can the MacBook Air work with any other kind of internet connection besides Wifi?

Who? ITS VERY important when doing a restore, in fact you DO NOT want to do a wifi restore
The pros all have that Ethernet adapter,... that should tell you something. An Ethernet restore via that "thing" makes restoring the OSX about 8X faster.
Its called a Gigabit Ethernet adapter for a reason.
"who the heck" is anyone working with their Macbook Air at home and want a MUCH FASTER download / internet connection.
*Stockbrokers who pack their Macbook Air, arrive at work and plug that "hardwired" dongle to their Air........  because even seconds in the stock market can make the difference between losing a million $$, or making a million $$
So now you know WHY,.....before you didnt.

can you buy any type of external HDD and it'll work with any mac or do you have to buy specific ones that cost like €999?

You can buy any disk with FireWire, Thunderbolt or USB. If you've got a 2010 or early MacBook Pro, buy a FireWire disk, or if you've a newer computer, a Thunderbolt disk. They'll be faster than the USB, but you can buy an USB hard disk

  • WCS does need WLC or can works with stands alone APs

Hi all, I'm student and curently reading about WCS capacity. I would know if WCS requier AP to pass through a WLC to work with WCS or if WCS can work with multiple "stand alone" APs (without any WLC)
    Thanks.

WCS can work with standalone APs that you can add in WCS.
Nevertheless the configuration options are limited.
The configuration guide is a good resource for more information.
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6305/products_installation_and_configuration_guides_list.html
Also you can get an evaluation license for WCS for 60 days for 20 APs.
You can download the software and play with it as well:

  • If the occi can work with TUXEDO well ,is there any restricts?

we want to use occi to access oracle in TUXEDO serive.
If the occi can work with TUXEDO well ,is there any restricts?
who can describe how to use , step by step.
    THS a lot !

    Hi,
Yes OCCI can be used to access Oracle database from Tuxedo. If you want Tuxedo to manage transactions for you then you need to follow essentially the same approach as in using OCI or Embedded SQL. Since you are accessing a resource manager, you will need to define an OPENINFO string in the Tuxedo RM file located in the udataobj directory of the Tuxedo installation. Likewise you will need to build an RM specific TMS for the Oracle Database and specify the name of the RM entry in the buildtms and buildserver commands with the -r switch.
Before going into a step by step set of instructions, can you describe what you know about Tuxedo and OCCI? Have you built Tuxedo servers before and have they accessed a resource manager?

How does your left earbud not work with other earbuds?  Do you mean the left earbud doesn't work with your iPod?

  • Does PI need a direct connection to third party or can work with a proxy server based connection to third party?

does PI need a direct connection to third party or can work with a proxy server based connection to third party?

    Hi,
It basically includes 3 systems, one is our ECC sender system, middle one is PI box and third one is the receiver system. Data is successfully reaching to PI system from our sender system. Now we want to forward this to our third party system from PI box.
I want to know that such sending of data requires direct connection to third party or it can be done by proxy server based connection to third party. If it is possible then what are the steps to do this?
