Does Tecra R940-1H support external resolution 2560x1440

Hi
I use a laptop TECRA R940-1HP
I want to buy professional monitor Phillip 272P4QPJKEB/00 with a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Please write to me.
Can my laptop support such a resolution?

The external resolution support depends on the graphic card which is built in the notebook.
As far as I know the Tecra R940-1HP supports the Intel HD Graphics 4000 chip.
From my knowledge this Intel HD 4000 chip supports max resolution of 2560x1600/32bit via Display Port.
I guess more details about Intels own graphic chip you will find on Intel page.

  • Does Tecra A7-248 support HDD viewing?

    Hello all.
I'm going to buy a laptop in next 1-2 week but I can't choose that Satellite A100-912 or Tecra A7-248.
Would you advice one of them and does Tecra A7-248 support HDD viewing?

yes i mean the notebook with HD DVD-ROM which is able to play HD DVDs. For example A100-912 has "HD to go" logo screen's top of right corner. You can see it from this link http://notebook.cz/clanky/recenze-notebook/2006/toshiba-satellite-a100-912/20_s.jpg

  • Does R9 280X 3G support 4K resolutions?

I have 2x R9 280X 3G and was wondering if it supports Ultra-HD and if there is anything special that needs to be done to support those resolutions?
This page seems to suggest it's possible but the specs say the maximum resolution is much less
    http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_radeon_r9_280x_twinfrozr_gaming_oc_review,25.html
So what is the true maximum resolution that can be achieved with 2x R9 280x, and what needs to be done to access those resolutions?

Unfortunately, you'll need to buy a GTX 970 or a 980, because they are the only currently GPU's that have HDMI 2.0 support, or unless if somebody develops a DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter, which none of them exists at the moment. There isn't really a way to get 60Hz for AMD cards at the moment.
Or wait until AMD releases their new generation of GPU's next year which probably will include HDMI 2.0 I suppose.

  • Does WLS 8.1 support external ldap in read-only or full read/write?

In previous releases (e.g. 5.1, 6.1), WLS doesn't provide support for update operations such as creating users and groups when configured to use an external LDAP.
Has this changed in 8.1? In other words, does WLS 8.1 provide support for update operations?
    Thanks.

    Hello ,
Like earlier releases, WLS 8.1 too provides read-only access to External LDAP user database.

Does my computer with this graphic card support such a feature?
    Thanks

Go to System Preferences>Displays, look at the window on the external display, there you'll see "Rotate", use the "Gather Windows" button on the internal display, select the desired angle, hit "Confirm", then physically rotate the external display. You can alter this sequence, but it might be difficult to move the cursor on the rotated display. (Nice skill though:-)

  • Does stand alone engine support higher resolution graphics

When using LabView 6.0 and building a stand alone application, the graphics doesn't compaire to the graphics on the developement platform.

It's difficult to tell from here what graphics you are referring to, but if you use the Dialog Controls, then the Operating System you run your application on with automatically place its default controls on the Front Panel. For instance, if you run it on XP, you will get the native XP controls. If you run it on Mac OS X, you see native OS X controls. This may help you out on that. You could give this a try and see how it works.

  • Tecra M2: No 1400x1050 graphics resolution with external monitor

    Hi.
I am using a Tecra M2, with GeForce FXGo5200, Win XP (patched),latest graphics driver 4.6.4.4.
    Problem:
There is no possibility to switch to standard resolution 1400x1050 for the external monitor.
1600x1200 (and higher), 1280x1024 and many others are offered in a long list, but the one I need for the Samsung 203B is missing - even if "don't show resolutions not supported" in monitor display properties is disabled.
According to the T2 manual, 1400x1050 is supported.
Tested with 1600x1200 on another Monitor and it works perfectly.
Interesting: If I uninstall the graphics driver, I can switch to 1400x1050, so from a technical perspective, it should work.
Working without graphics driver is no alternative.
Has anybody had this problem or knows how to force the driver to switch to 1400x1050?
    Thanks a lot!

    Youre right.
The hardware supports this resolution but it seems that this resolution was not listed in the graphic card drivers.
I dont know why the graphic card driver manufactures doesnt includes some resolutions to this software but if its not listed so I presume there is nothing to do. :(

  • Photos does not support external editing like iPhoto. Is there likely to be an upgrade to change this or will I abandon Photos for software that does support editing in Photoshop?

Photos does not support external editing like iPhoto. Is there likely to be an upgrade to change this or will I abandon Photos for software that does support editing in Photoshop?

iPhoto does work and there is an upgrade:
Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

  • Am I correct that Photos does not support external editors? i.e., in Aperture, I click Photos Edit with.... and can open in Photoshop or various plug-ins. Changes are then automatically saved back to Aperture. Nonexistent in Photos?

Thanks Larry. That certainly gives me some understanding. Can't imagine I'm the only Aperture user with that concern, so I certainly hope Adobe and others will fill the void. Without that feature, Photos is pretty much a non-started for me.

  • Does Old imac support External optical drive

APple says that my imac mid2010 21.5" doesnt support external superdrive
but my iMac's built in optical drive has failed so can other external optical drives function on my mac beacuse there seems to be no way of using a disc in a mac whose internal drive has failed!. . . .

It doesn’t support Apple’s one but does support third-party SuperDrives.

  • Please could someone confirm the Graphics card needed to support a Eizo ColorEdge CG275W monitor, resolution 2560x1440

Hello, community, Please could someone confirm the Graphics card needed to support a Eizo ColorEdge CG275W monitor, resolution 2560x1440. I currently have a Mac Pro with a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT VRAM (Total):          256 MB, which I'm guessing by it's age will not handle the new monitor. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I would dump the 7300GT regardless and get the ATI 5770 $249
    Apple ATI HD 5770
5770 in the 2006 Mac Pro

  • Iphoto does not support the resolution of my dslr camera...how do i upload full resolution photos?

iphoto does not support the resolution of my dslr camera...how do i upload full resolution photos?

You actually need to give information to get help - just stating an abstract problems (which is most certainly not a problem at all) gives the volunteers hearer nothing to work with to help you
What version of iPhoto? Of the OS? What exactly is the problem (iPhoto does support the resolution of your camera so that is NOT a problem)? what exactly are you doing? What error messages do you get? why do you incorrectly think that iPhoto does not support full resolution?
At this time your question is like my car won't start - why not? Could be anything from you did not put the key jun to being out of gas to having the engine stolen - no way to tell anything - except that the problem you claim is not true (at least in my example I would know that the car did not start)

  • How many external certificates server does ACS 5.2 support?

    Hi,
Just wondering how many external certificates server does ACS 5.2 support?
I failed to find the number in user guide.
    Thanks,
    -Alejin

    Hi,
There is no known limit number of CAs.
    You go to
    Users and Identity Stores >
    ... >
    Certificate Authorities
And you can create for sure more than 100 CAs.

Does the iPad3 support external monitors, allowing you to scan across two screens?

Some apps, such as Keynote, support different displays on the iPad screen and an external display. The iPad does not span it's "desktop" across screens, though; it only mirrors.
