Does the 3G get better signal in the dock? (like the orignal iPhone)
For those of you who have the 3G, do you find that you get more bars when the iPhone is sitting in its dock? This has always been the case for the original iPhone.

I recently took an hour drive to the nearest Apple Store to talk about my iPhone 3G reception problems at the genius bar only to be told I needed to make an appointment. So as not to be a totally wasted trip, I picked up a couple of accessories. One of my purchases was the iPhone 3G Dock. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it boosted my nearly nonexistent signal at home to two or three bars. This occurs whether it is plugged in or not, as I get the same benefit when the phone is just in the dock with no cable attached. I can use it as a stand and easily use the speakerphone feature and plug it in when the phone needs charging.

I'm getting a very low signal from my Blackbird interface. The fire wire connection is selected properly and track recording sliders set. However the recording level slider in the lower right corner is grayed out. How can I get better signal?
If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up.
You should have a look in:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/Extensions
You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple. -

Draw the shape which is to be knocked out (a line in the example) in a layer above the logo. The colour doesn't matter because it will be made invisible.
Double-click in the space to the right of the layer's name in Layers panel to open its Layer Style window where advanced blending can be modified.
Set Fill Opacity to zero and Knockout to "Deep" or "Shallow" depending on whether the knockout should be limited to a containing Group. -

The is not a hardware problem , but a software problem with FF...Any help would be appreciated as I hate using IE 8 for anything at all :( but I have to keep it on my machines just to run my remote security cameras at my Computer shop ???

"My DVR security sofware that I access remotely uses a "dvr .ocx" file....when I try it in Firefox , either the latest non beta (3.6.1.5) or the new beta version (4.0 rc) it will NOT work as it says the plugin is missing... it works in IE 8 (unfortunately) but not IE9...
As I own a Computer company I am fairly computer literate but cannot find a plugin that allows this to work in Firefox.... but I would have expected it to work in the new Firefox :(

I do agree that ''something'' needs to be done better with regards to plugins for Firefox, but I do disagree with you as to whose responsibility that ''something'' is. -
In iMovie 11, how can you cut/paste a clip that has subtitles and actually have the subtitles get cut/pasted. When I try, the subtitles disappear into the void and I have to do the subtitling all over again.

I didn't do any kind of backup other than my usal sync with itunes. What do I have to do to get itunes to sync everything back like the old one? I was planning for a repair not a replacement. I'm afraid to plug the new one in to my pc until I know what I need to do.

I think your JTable is editable and thats why it fails to work.
The above code will work onlyfor non editable table.
I think the default setting for editable table is like that.
Let some one else gives you the answer for editable one.

I UPDATED MY IPHONE 4 AND NOW IT WILL NOT TURN ON. ALL IGET IS THE ITUNES LOGO AND AN IMAGE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE CHARGER PLUG.

1) Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore
