Does the cannon mx401 support iPad (Via wi-fi) printing from the notepad area?????

According to the link below that printer doesn't support Airprint.

You may be able to print some content using a printing App from the App Store. See Print n Share, etc.

Are the pictures transferred to another device? Note the following quotation from http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4486
The photos you upload to My Photo Stream are stored in iCloud for 30 days to give your devices plenty of time to connect and download them.
If you are wanting a cloud storage option for photos you may want to investigate something like Flickr.

Hey , Welcome to the HP Support Forum. I see that you're unable to use ePrint or enable webservices with your HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer. I would like to help. Have you tried the basic ePrint/webservices setup method as recommended by HP? If not, give that a shot first. If this is not new to you please read on, I have some more suggestions that might enable this feature for you. I recommend you set a Manual DNS on your printer. Here's how: Click on the HP ENVY 7640 icon on your PC desktop (note that I've used screenshots for a different printer, but the steps are essentially identical) to access the HP Printer Assistant. Click on the Embedded Web Server link (EWS) and then click on the network tab as indicated below: Next, click Wireless and then IPV4 Configuration as indicated below: Next, click on Manual DNS Server and input the numbers exactly as indicated below, clicking on Apply to complete this aspect of your setup: For the next step, you can use the EWS 'Webservices' tab to enable webservices/ePrint or enable from the printer's front panel by touching the icon. Touch OK to allow this feature to activate and also to allow for automatic printer updates. If you were able to complete the above-noted steps without issue, you will be ready to send your printer ePrint jobs. For more information on how to setup a custom ePrint address click here. If you're an Android or iOS device user, click here for more information on how to use the HP ePrint app. In its most basic iteration, you can send your printer ePrint jobs from any web-ready device by emailing content you want to print directly to your printer's @hpeprint.com address. In an album in Photos touch the Edit button and then touch the desired photos (up to 5). A blue check appears in each selected photo. Next touch the Share button at the upper left and select Mail. This starts a email with the photos attached.

Dashboard Prompt using values not from the table

Hi,
I have a requirement from the client to design a dashboard report like the following.
Dashboard prompt will have 4 filters, three filters come from the table, but the fourth filter will have 3 values not from the table. The fourth filter will have values like "Report with Sales Amount", "Report with Purchase Amount", "Report with both Purchase and Sales". I have three different Table reports designed for each of the fourth filter choices. But how do I implement it, both in the dashboard prompt as well as navigating to the rite report based on the selection.
Is my approach correct.

The fourth prompt where you have "Report with Sales Amount", "Report with Purchase Amount", "Report with both Purchase and Sales" you pull a dummy column into the prompt and write a sql in show.
would be something like
SELECT Case when 1=0 then "Dimension- Customer"."Cust Name" else 'Report with Sales Amount' end FROM Sales UNION SELECT Case when 1=0 then "Dimension- Customer"."Cust Name" else 'Report with Purchase Amount' end FROM Sales
and in the prompt set a presentation variable say var_criteria
Now create report2 for with a some randomn column and another column will have the values that you want to display for example 'Report with Sales Amount'
Create a filter on the 2nd column and reference the presentation variable var_criteria and default it to 'Report with Sales Amount'
On the dashboard page in the section place the report and enable guided navigatoin by selecting report 2.

Drivers are iOS specific....meaning if your old one had iOS 7.0.6 and your new one 7.1 then it needs different drivers.
Is your iTunes up do date? if not, then updating it may help.
You can also try using a different usb cord and port to see if that triggers the driver download.
or, if that doesn't work, try going into your control panel, add/remove programs. Look for 'apple mobile device service' and uninstall that. THen plug your iPad in and it should reinstall.
If that doesn't work, go back into the control panel but uninstall iTunes, and apple mobile device service and apple application support, then redownload and reinstall iTunes and see if that gets your drivers fixed.
Another way to do that is go right click on 'my computer' 'properties' and go to 'device manager'
plug your iPad in and do you see it show up in the list? YOu may need to click some of those little plus signs to open up the lists. If you see your iPad, right click on the name and you should see an option to update the driver.

It's called "SelfControl". It can be a little hard to learn to use but it's worth the effort.

Any that advertise Airprint compability will work for printing. Note that you can't use the scanning or faxing features of an all-in-one with an iPad.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You need to turn the services you want to sync (calendars, contacts etc) on on both devices from settings > iCloud.
