Does the Lifecycle product license include the use of Flex Builder Pro and Flex SDK?

I have been trying to find out whether we can use the latest Flex Builder and SDK using the LiveCycle license or do we need to purchase additional license? We will use these products to develop Flash Applications to use with our Livecycle product.

2.1. Definition of OnPremise Software for Additional Adobe LiveCycle Components. If Customer has licensed
Additional Adobe LiveCycle Components as set forth on the Sales Order, then “OnPremise Software” means the
Foundation Components, the LiveCycle SDK Components, the Flex SDK Components, and object code versions of
any of the applicable Additional Adobe LiveCycle Components, including all Documentation and other materials
provided by Adobe to Customer under this Agreement. Customer may install and use the Foundation Components solely for purposes of facilitating use of the OnPremise Software in accordance with this Agreement, subject to
the following additional terms: Licensee’s right to design, implement and/or execute electronic processes that
use the On Premise Software in any way is limited to Short-Lived Processes unless Licensee has obtained a valid
license to the Production Software version of Adobe LiveCycle Process Management; (ii) Customer may install and
use an unlimited number of copies of the LiveCycle Designer software installed as part of the Foundation
Components, and its output, solely with the Foundation Components and specifically designed to operate with
the Foundation Components; and (ii) for each single (1) Deployment, Customer may install and use five (5) copies
of Adobe Flash Builder Pro software (or its successor) provided with the Foundation Components only if Adobe
Flash Builder Pro is installed as part of the Foundation Components and used in combination with the LiveCycle
SDK components to modify Additional Adobe LiveCycle Components and create Applications that integrate with
the LiveCycle Software components; all other usage of Adobe Flash Builder Pro is prohibited.

I think you can get Windows 7 for around $99. Install the 64bit version as the 32bit version will not be able to use all your new computer's ram if you have more than about 3.5gb.
Back up your quick books data now before the old hard drive dies. You can copy your data over to your new installation of Windows and quick books.

Well it probably means exactly what it says... How much free space is there on your hard drive where the iTunes Media folder resides? I believe there is also an obscure bug that can occur when software doesn't read the true value of the free space properly, and the workaround is, perversely, to duplicate some content so that with less actual free space the software in question perceives it as more. I've no idea if iTunes is affected by such a bug.

Does a Time Machine backup include the Apple_Boot Recovery HD?

I've done a Time Machine backup with the Apple_Boot Recover HD on my internal drive. (Mid 2011 MacBook Air - OS X version 10.7.2 - single user)
Two questions:
Did the Time Machine backup include the Apple_Boot Recovery HD?
If I subsequently need to restore the backup will Time Machine recreate the Apple_Boot Recovery HD on the internal drive?

If you run the command "diskutil list" in terminal, it will show if you have the rescue partition on your disk or not:-
/dev/disk2

if you see the "Apple_Boot 650.0 MB" then you have the rescue partition.

The iPhone 5 is no longer in production. To obtain specs for it, try looking at a third party reseller or cellular phone company site (or even amazon).

If Amazon has an API to add products to an Amazon store (and I'm fairly sure they do), you would just have to write code to submit your products via that API (probably using CFHTTP calls).

The first thing you should do with a second-hand computer is to erase the internal drive and install a clean copy of OS X. How you do that depends on the model, and on whether you already own another Mac. If you're not sure of the model, enter the serial number on this page. Then find the model on this page to see what OS version was originally installed.
1. You don't own another Mac.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.4 or 10.5, you need a boxed and shrink-wrapped retail Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) installation disc, which you can get from the Apple Store or a reputable reseller — not from eBay or anything of the kind. If the machine has less than 1 GB of memory, you'll need to add more in order to install 10.6. I suggest you install as much memory as it can take, according to the technical specifications.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.6, you need the installation media that came with it: gray installation discs, or a USB flash drive for some MacBook Air models. If you don't have the media, order replacements from Apple. A retail disc, or the gray discs from another model, will not work.
To boot from an optical disc or a flash drive, insert it, then reboot and hold down the C key at the startup chime. Release the key when you see the gray Apple logo on the screen.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.7 or later, you don't need media. It should boot into Internet Recovery mode when you hold down the key combination option-command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a spinning globe.
2. You do own another Mac.
If you already own another Mac that was upgraded in the App Store to the version of OS X that you want to install, and if the new Mac is compatible with it, then you can install it. Use Recovery Disk Assistant to create a bootable USB device and boot the new Mac from it by holding down the C key at the startup chime. You will need the Apple ID and password that you used to upgrade. Note that if your other Mac was never upgraded in the App Store, you can't use this method.
Once booted from the disc, the USB device, or Internet Recovery, launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the internal drive — not any of the volume icons nested beneath it. In the Partition tab, select the default options: a GUID partition table with one data volume in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. This operation will permanently remove all existing data on the drive, which is what you should do.
After partitioning, quit Disk Utility and run the OS X Installer. When the installation is done, the system will automatically reboot into the Setup Assistant, which will prompt you to transfer the data from another Mac, its backups, or from a Windows computer. If you have any data to transfer, this is usually the best time to do it.
You should then run Software Update and install all available system updates from Apple. If you want to upgrade to a major version of OS X newer than 10.6, get it from the Mac App Store. Note that you can't keep an upgraded version that was installed by the previous owner. He or she can't legally transfer it to you, and without the Apple ID you won't be able to update it in Software Update or reinstall, if that becomes necessary. The same goes for any App Store products that the previous owner installed — you have to repurchase them.
If the previous owner "accepted" the bundled iLife applications (iPhoto, iMovie, and Garage Band) in the App Store so that he or she could update them, then they're linked to that Apple ID and you won't be able to download them without buying them. Reportedly, Apple customer service has sometimes issued redemption codes for these apps to second owners who asked.
If the previous owner didn't deauthorize the computer in the iTunes Store under his Apple ID, you wont be able to authorize it under your ID. In that case, contact iTunes Support.

I would complete unlocking as is and then
restore as new once you know the iPhone is unlocked
Be aware Orange will process the request at their speed
