Does the motherboard model L-NC51M support Phenom II X2 cpus

I have the 3000 J115 model and I found out the motherboard it uses is model L-NC51M. I'm trying to upgrade my cpu and I'm wonder where I can find a list of cpu types that this board supports.
Or if anyone knows of the top of their head which types, that would be nice too.

According to HP's specifications, the socket in the CQ5700f is AM3 rated at 95 watts.
Some AMD processor models come in both 95 watt and 125 watt models.
In theory this AMD processor list for AM3 sockets rated at 95 watt should work. I wouldn't try the "B" models.
Know what the return policy is before your buy.
Install the latest bios posted for your PC and make sure that your PC is stable before installing a new processor. Clear the CMOS before booting up your PC with the new processor.

Does the apple thunderbolt to ethernet dongle support promiscuous mode ?
I need to use the new Retina MBP as a professional laptop for work, and I need to use Etherreal. Etherreal needs the Ethernet card/dongle/chip to run in Promiscuous mode. I have heard that unblivably the thunderbolt Ethernet dongle does not support this, if so then the laptop will not pick all the packets on the wire... is this true ?

Thanks for your reply, However the promiscuous mode function that I am after is a function of the Ethernet NIC hardware and driver not just the OS.
Wireshark allows the user to put network interface controllers that support promiscuous mode into that mode, in order to see all traffic visible on that interface, not just traffic addressed to one of the interface's configured addresses and broadcast/multicast traffic.
Anyone out there actually used/tested the thunderbolt Ethernet adapter to sniff traffic with wireshark (Ethereal), can you please if it can run in promiscuous mode ?

Does the Built-in Windows FTP Client Support a Secure Connection?

I have set up Server 2008 IIS w/ FTP. I set the SSL setting to require a secure connection. However, I can't connect to the FTP server from the built-in Windows FTP client. I CAN get it to work in FileZilla after modifying my connection properties.
Does the built-in Windows FTP client support secure connections? I received a request to set this up so our internal employees can share files with external customers. Many times our customers are unable to install any kind of third party software on their
computers.

Please try:
Click the Disk icon,
Click "Number of Disk Controller",
Look at the "Information" tab under "Drive Controller feature",
Look at "Bandwidth".
You should see 3GB/s or 6GB/s
Note 3GB/s is for SATA 2 and 6GB/s is for SATA3

So iwas upset about that cause i have to get 8GB now and it costs 100$ for an 8Gb stick of ram on ebay. So this ram is expensive. So im sticking with 4Gb for now. This is a very good laptop though. It's just confusing because other laptop advertisments I've seen openly stated how many RAM slots the computer had and how many were used upon purchase. I just bought a 20G color iPod. I spoke w/ the Apple tech support & I needed service pack 2. I downloaded it. I didn't have a USB 2.0 port then I installed one. I downloaded the latest Apple updater software 2005-06-26 then I tried the even later version 2005-09-06. When I go into updater, it says it is "initializing" and then says "the attached iPod model is not supported by this application." Reformat and restore are both grayed out. iPod doesn't show up in iTunes and doesn't transfer my library. I just got back from the Apple Store and the suppossed "genius" said the iPod is fine and it is my computer. WHAT is wrong with my computer?

you ought a little bit more descriptive! What Version of iTunes are you using? Check the software version of your iPod (if it even has one yet) under Settings-About. Your iTunes and iPod software have to be compatible. If you're running 4.9 you need 2005-06-26. Close iTunes and leave it alone. Deinstall all iPod related software, clean the registry if you want (I don't think this is so much necessary for the iPod software). Then install 2005-06-26 again on your computer first!! Don't connect the iPod. After having installed it, open the Updater, then connect. Before you do that and since you don't have any music on the iPod reset it to factory settings under Settings-Reset all settings. Or at least reset it with pushing Menue and the center knob at once. Many possibilities I know, but either one will work...after that it will remain seen by iTunes and you're a lucky guy (hopefully).

HELP! I installed my ipod nano and it all worked fine, got a few songs on it. So i downloaded some more, ripped a CD i had and did nothing particularly life changing. Going back into i-tunes it all went a bit funny and came up with a message saying "Cannot read ipod please reset to factory settings" So i went into ipod updater (the version that was on the CD that came WITH the ipod) and was told "The attached ipod model is not supported by this application" so i went onto the apple website and downloaded the latest version of the ipod program, tried again and the same message appeared: "The attached ipod model is not supported by this application" any ideas?!?!?!

Well let's assume you already have Ituenes 5.01 than if you can see the Nano as a mounted drive in My Computer I would recommend reformatting the Nano with FAT32 from there. Than try running Ipod updater again. Sorry I can't think of anything else right now, try searching around or see if someone comes to you on of your many forms. That's another reason not to double post those that are trying to help you don't know what else has already been suggested.

Yes, 1280 x 854 really is the highest you can go. You are right to be cautious trying to enter anything higher. I can't recommend trying it.
Some stand-alone monitors can perform a "downscaling" trick whereby they will fit a higher resolution into their native resolution by scaling down the input. The PowerBook lacks this ability. It can only upscale.
