Does the new X1-01 support only MP3?

Hello people! I'm currently an X6 16GB user and I'm planning to get the X1-01 as my second phone. I just like to know if the X1-01 supports MP3 only? I'm asking this because almost all my music files are in AAC format. Regardless, I'll just convert my AAC files to MP3. That's not an issue though.
Thanks and more power!

  • For using two DAQCARD-AI-16XE-50 's: Does the newer NiDAQ software support only one card?

On an older laptop (probably running Windows 95), the NI software V(?) supported two simultaneous DAQcards. With a new computer running XP and using a more recent version of NiDAQ (6.9.3), only one seems to be supported. If the NiDAQ software is the problem, which version should I install? The system device manager indicates that two cards are in fact installed.

    Hi Drum Tech,
This was a problem with the driver assuming a serial number of '0' for both PCMCIA cards. They will be detected correctly in Windows but they will be incorrectly enumerated in Measurement & Automation Explorer. There was a patch fix for NI-DAQ 6.9.2 and this should have been resolved in the latest version of the driver NI-DAQ 7.1.
I would suggest installing the latest version of the driver to fix this issue. Hope that helps. Have a good day.

  • Does the new airport extreme support backing up via time machine to an external hard drive pluged into the usb port

Does the new airport extreme support backing up via time machine to an external hard drive pluged into the usb port

Yes, but you might want to note that the port on the AirPort Extreme is only USB 2.0, and that it runs at about half the speed of the USB 2.0 port on a computer, so things are going to be quite SLOW as far as backups are concerned, or anything else for that matter.

  • Does the new mac pro support the Apple cinema display

Does the new mac pro support the Apple cinema display

There is no 2007 23" Cinema Display
There is a 2002 23" display that has the Apple ADC connector
    http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/09/AppleDisplayConnector.jpg
There is also the 2004 23" display with a DVI connector.
For the latter you just need a mini display port to DVI connector that plugs into the Thunderbolt port
For the former you need that connector plu an DVI to ADC connector

  • Does the new iPad (wi fi only) take a micro sim?

Does the new I pad (wifi only) take amicro sim?

The only way you can get a wifi only onto a cellular network (unless someone has an open access point) is to use a device like Mifi...a portable cellular wifi hotspot that you activate and hook your device to.

  • Does the new iwork still support services/linkback?

I updated to Mavericks and to the new iWork and it all appears to be there, but doesn't seem to work. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's not supported anymore.
    Thanks!

iWork apps like Pages can usually display Arabic correctly but have various bugs that probably make them unsuitable for this language for most purposes.

  • Does the new time capsule supports uPNP ?

hi, I have the previous version o time capsule and unfortunately I had to buy a Cisco router and use the TC only as a network disk, because it does not support UPnP, which is very important to me. can the new TC and airport extreme support UPnP ?

The TC in bridge is still a decent WAP and switch.. upnp will still work via the cisco.
It is a pity that Apple decided to go it alone on NAT-PMP, although a few other routers use it, mostly just Apple.

  • How does the new HTML5 video Support work? and what are the limitations?

So the new Edge has been relased along with many new features including HTML5 video support So along with the new feature here are a few new questions!
How does Edge load the Video? is it fully preloaded before Edge shows the content ? Or is it more of a "youtube" pregressive load while playing?
    Or can we choose?
What is the recommended video file size  example 4mb ?
How does edge deal with browsers that only support .ogg or .webm instead of mp4?
How is the support on ISO & tablets? load times, "lag" etc?

When you import an audio or video file a group is created for you. You can import media with the same name(videosample.ogv; videosample.mp4) to this group for ensuring browser compatibility. The corresponding format will be chosen depending on the browser that loads the composition.
Regarding WebM format - You can also add a webm file in your composition; However since this is a royalty format, Animate will not show a live preview inside the Authoring tool. If you browser supports this then it will definitely play fine on browser preview.
You can take a look at the In-app Video lesson which is available to you in the lesson panel for more details on how this works.
And yes you have pre-load options for HTML5 Video too, however progressive download is not available. You will need to use scripting using JS for getting this functionality.
Hope this helps and do try this out.

  • Does the new AIR SDK support iOS 64-bit for Flex Developers?

I saw that the new AIR SDK(December 18, 2014) has supported iOS 64-bit, but it was only supported in the new compiler. See this:
Please note that support for creating universal IPA binaries will only be available in the new compiler. The legacy compiler is not (and will not be)
compatible with iOS 64-bit. Because of this, it will be removed with version 16 of the AIR SDK. To ensure that Adobe as well as third party tools
are able to work with this AIR SDK, the -useLegacyAOT option will continue to exist, but will be internally mapped to the new compiler.
AFAIK, the Flex uses the old compiler and AIR SDK for Flex Developers doesn't include ActionScript 2.0 Compiler. As a Flex developer, what shall I do?

    Hi,
I guess, you might be packaging IPA on windows machine.  Please try latest beta at http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html which has iOS64 support on Windows machine as well.
    Thanks

  • Does the new ISR platform support 802.11ac APs

    Hello,
Is there a Cisco WLAN controller that is compatible with the new 11ac 3700 APs that can be installed in a 3900 series ISR platform?
    Thank you
    James

Yes and no.  And I don't know which is which.
The current way to stick a WLC into a router is using an SRE.  This is basically a module which contains a hard drive and you create a VM in form of a WLC.  Now the latest SRE firmware is 7.4.121.0 (release date 20 December 2013).
There are currently three models of APs with can support 802.11ac.  They are the 3600*, 3700 and 2700.
Ok, here's where the "kicker" comes in.
The 3600 (notice the "*") can support 802.11ac if you purchase the 802.11ac Wave 1 Module.  The 3600 is supported from firmware version 7.2.X.X but the 802.11ac Wave 1 Module requires a minimum firmware version 7.5.X.X (this version is now "deferred").   So this option doesn't work.
    3700 requires a minmum of 7.6.X.X firmware and the newly-released 2700 requires a soon-to-be-released 7.6MR2 or 8.X.X.X firmware.
Now if what I've mentioned above doesn't confuse you, this next one will bewilder absolutely:  Read the Release Notes for 7.6.X.X and scroll down to the Supported Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Platforms section and it's stated:
Cisco Virtual Wireless Controllers on Cisco Services-Ready Engine (SRE) or Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Module for Integrated Services Routers G2 (UCS-E)
Hence, my response of Yes and No.
    I have two recommendations:
On the bottom of the Release Notes, there's a Feedback link.  Use it.  Put a low score (this guarantees someone will contact you quickly).  When they contact you, ask them to do a proper QC on their documentation because, frankly, they've been "dropping the ball" lately.
    Next, contact TAC.
    Hope this helps.

  • Does the new ipad Air support 802.11 AC?

I really wanted this to be a feature on the new iPad Air as I wanted to upgrade my router. I see that it supports MIMO.  Not sure if that is the same as 802.11 AC

Based on the published specs, doesn't look like it: http://www.apple.com/ipad-air/specs/

  • Does the new IPOD G5 support  Mpeg1, Mpeg2 ?

Most of my video is mpeg 2, I wonder is it support?
or I have to convert it?

no, and you wouldn't want it to. first the industry is moving toward h.264 and secondly thats where a lot of other players go wrong. small harddrives and mpeg2 do not make a happy equation.

  • Does the new Mini support DVI DL?

I may have missed this question, but:
The new Mini has a Mini DVI port; does the Mini support DVI DL?
    Pete F

The only way the new mini can support a DL-DVI display is through the Mini DisplayPort using the $99 Apple Mini DisplayPort to Dual-link DVI Adapter. The actual DVI port on the mini is single-link only.
