Does this application in memory get killed over a period?

Hi I am a Iphone 4G owner recently, want check if someone already knows about. I know someone must have had this question before. In this new multitasking, we open multiple apps and it appears back and forth when we press home button two times.
Is this apps gets killed over a period of time automatically? or do we need to kill them manually? Or is there any apps can take care off it.
I am on IOS 4

Photos - my photos are duplicated in Albums, Photo Stream and Events. Does this take additional memory?

I need instruction and not understanding Photos. When I put photos from my Canon Camera through the Apple Connector - SD Card Reader, the photos are displayed in the Photo App. They are duplicated in many areas: Photos, PhotoStream, Albums, and Events. Is this the way Apple does this? Can I just have photos in one place in the app? BTW: my PhotoStream setting is on on the iPAD4 and on my iPHONE 5. Should I turn off? If they are duplicated in all areas, are they taken up space on my iPAD?Please advise.
Also, can I delete multiple photos on my iPAD4 without selecting each one? I don't seem to see a Select All option. Also, I am not sure when I see this dialogue box on the iPAD4, but it seems I only get Delete Everywhere instead of just Delete. Why? Is there a setting I need to know about.
When I connect my iPAD4 through the hardwire to my PC, can I just create a folder and copy my photos on my iPAD4 to my PC. They will not remove them from the iPAD4, correct?

Basically within the photo app, there are sever views available, each having a different purpose, but only one file per image (at least I'm fairly certain that's how it works). When I opened a new page it used to open to bookmark icons but has stopped doing this, how can I get it to do it again?

As above, I would open a new window, other than the one I was working in, and it would open showing some of my most used bookmarks, but it suddenly stopped doing this. It was a very useful add on or whatever it was, and I would like to get it back. My wife's computer does it, but I don;t know how.

What does this Application Uploader error specifically mean?

Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate.
I don't know what it's telling me.

I'll tell you what it means.
It means simply don't move anything once it is created or downloaded.
Leave the development certificate wherever it downloads to.
Leave the p12 wherever it gets created.
Leave the PP wherever it downloads to.
That was all it took for me in the end. I wasted 2 weeks zipping unzipping running codesign on apps and ipas.
It takes me longer to upload an app to Apple than it does to create one and submitted it to Google and Amazon.

iPads are devices and not PCs, so it needs a functioning relationship with a PC to work.
Download iTunes onto your PC, then connect your iPad to that PC. That should get you started.

No, but as steve359 states you should use a dedicated hard drive for backups. It you need a temporary backup then you can use the drive provided it has sufficient space for all your data on the hard drive.
When Time Machine finds that the drive has data on it already it may decide to erase the drive before continuing, which is another reason to use a dedicated drive.

It means pretty much what it says - your HD is full.
This can arise because your HD is full - how big is your HD? How much free space on it?
Or it can be a mis-report due to to other issues.

My iMac crashed last night. I powered it off and restarted it. From that point on, Civ V won't run. I installed it from the app store, paid for all the extra content, but now it says "You are using an illegal copy of this application" when I get to the screen where I would launch Civilization V: Campaign Edition. Clicking the Restore Purchases button gives me an Apple ID login prompt, but it never completes.
Any ideas how to get this fixed?
