Does this photo type gallery have a technical name?
I am not sure if there is a technical name for this type of
photo gallery or what, is it photo navigation or a flash banner, if
any one knows where I could find a tutorial or fla I would surely
appreciate it. Trying to finish up a site i have been working on
for a while, and my friend wants this type of deal on it.

Hi there
The reason the x is there is because RoboHelp can't find this topic. That's also why you can't edit or display it. From RoboHelp's perspective, it knows a topic was there, but it's since likely been deleted or renamed behind RoboHelp's back.
If you changed the name, did you do it from inside RoboHelp or from Windows Explorer? Often things break when you don't do them from inside RoboHelp.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. My iMessage number has a +1 under send and receive listed infront of it. Under settings/phone there is no plus one under "my number" does this matter? I have verizon.

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you have a phone number linked to iMessage and the phone number has a +1 in front of it. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

I have just purchased an iMac which has no CD Drive, when I downloaded my Elements 8 from my external drive onto my new iMac I just get Error Code 150.30 does this mean that I have no way of retrieving my existing software?
According to Adobe instructions installation files are not available for Elements 8?

New (3mo) macbook air screen goes black and sometimes won't come back on after I unplug it from the power cord. Any ideas why it is doing this? Sometimes I have to hold power button for 10 seconds for it to shut off then back on. Sometimes holding the power button for a second is enough for it to come back on.
I took it to the Genius Bar, and they identified it as a hardware issue. Just got it back today. Parts replaced were:
620-5629 Display Module — Symptom: Distored/blurred/focus video issue
605-3284 Top Case with Keyboard — Symptom: specific key(s) do not work
So far so good. I'd suggest taking it in and not trying to work around it — it's a rare hardware issue (given the number of threads about it) and should be replaced. -

and try a reset of your NVRAM. I see "NVRM read error" in your error listing near the top ...
If that doesn't help, try the Apple Hardware Test, which is on your original DVD that came with the Mac or can be run from the Recovery Disk (for a newer Mac).
Before taking your Mac in for service if none of the above works, try booting into safe mode to see if that helps. If it works ok in safe mode, you may have some incompatible software installed. -
My Ipod Nano just quit working in the middle of my using it. There is no battery icon of any kind. Does this just mean I need to have a new battery installed and if so, where?
Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you. Only they can tell you what is wrong with it after they examine same.

My sons iPhone 5 was stolen out of his blazer pocket while in a games lesson, this was last period and on return to get changed find that someone from his class had stolen his phone from his zipped pocket. Straight away I went onto the find my iPhone on my phone and it has been showing offline since the phone was stolen. The phone had a password set on it and I have notified the police, school and also our carrier. The phone has been offline now for 32 hours, would this mean they have been unable to access the phone and switched it off? Is it possible for the phone to be jail broken while this password has been set. I am most angry that this has happened and the changing rooms are always locked while the lessons take place, so this is someone within my sons class that has stolen the phone. Being a Friday And last lesson the phone is long gone now but I'm hoping with the security measures we have put in place with the pass code etc.... That they won't be able to unlock the phone to use it. The phone was only 2 days old as my son had only just upgraded :(
All you may infer is the device hasn't been turned on where it can connect to Wi-Fi.
The phone may be jailbroken if there is no lock passcode to prevent access. However, the phone can be completely erased and restored as new. In this case you will have no ability to locate it or prevent it from being jailbroken.

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if Wi-Fi is enabled on the device. What you cannot do is track your device using a serial number or other identifying number. You cannot expect Apple or anyone else to find your device for you. Is everything Apple does ****? I can't sync anything all I want to do is get by iphone and ipad on the same page...but the syncing wants me to agree to delete everything...this is nuts...there is no help...is Apple's idea of help have the users be there help desk? there is no where to go and it is a joke!
And with that kind of attitude, it's unlikely that anyone here (and there are some extremely knowledgeable people here) will want to help.
If you really want help and aren't just here to rant, I suggest you start another thread in which you lay out the problem, including any error messages you may have received and any steps you may already have taken to solve the problem. Include details about any computer operating systems you may be using. And, do not include the attitude.

Just downloaded iTunes to new dell laptop, tried syncing my iPhone get an error message: "this iPhone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started". What is the issue, had this phone over a year??
I had this problem before. I like to disable extra services to speed up my computer and I disabled the Apple Mobile Device service and had to re-enable this.
You can do that by going Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services. Once you have gone to the services window, look for Apple Mobile Device and right-click. Select "Properties". There should be some information about the service as well as the label "Startup Type" with a drop-down menu beside it. If it says "disabled", that is your problem; Change the selection to anything except disabled (Automatic is easier and ensures that you can sync as soon as itunes opens).
If this doesn't work, I would look into your anti-virus' settings. Good Luck! -
Why does a photo from PDF have lines through it after conversion?
I am trying to edit a flier that was sent to me as a pdf. Have tried several times to convert and there are white lines through it. It was originally created in Publisher, if that helps. The Adobe Acrobat subscription doesn't do me much good if I can't convert a flier with photos with good quality. Help
