Does UTU v 1.1.1 run on Windows x64 clients?
Can I install CiscoWorks User Tracking Utility v. 1.1.1 on Windows XPx64 or server 2003 x64 client? I have tried installing UTU on a 64 bit client OS and it appears to be successful, but when I try to right click taskbar > select toolbars I do not see the option to select User Search Band. I also tried a 32 bit OS client and UTU installs correctly. Is this related to OS bit version or something else? I am running LMS 3.2, with CM 5.2.1.

As per the documents , there is no such limitation for UTU. However I will suggest you the following to fix this issue :-
1> check the basic requirements for UTU
2> Try upgrading to UTU 2.0 if you have LMS 3.x. Here are the system requirements for UTU 2.0

4 years ago, we purchased and use an Oracle 11g Standard Edition One Release 1 ( 11.1.0.6.0) @ 32 bits, and runs very good on a winsvr 2008 @32 bits.
I was told i can run Oracle without problems on a WinSvr 2008 @ 64bits
So we'd like to move it to a new server (WinSvr2012 @64bits)
So my question is
* Can we download and use it legally a 64 bit version, or we need to purchase another licence?
* If so, where can i download it?

I am trying to get an applet to connect to the Oracle lite DB

Why does iTunes require UAC permission to run under Windows 8?
Even thought I am using my administrator account and have set iTunes to "run as Administrator," every time I execute iTunes, the UAC permission window comes up and I have to grant iTunes access. This may (or may not) also be the reason why the Audible.com download manager is unable to copy downloaded audiobooks into iTunes which necessitates manual importing. Also, another third party program Markable2 is unable to access iTunes to convert multiple mp3 files into a singe audiobook file.
This problem started with the iTunes 11 release.rcmodelr1
Premiere Elements 12 performs well in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
So, let us go through the typical drill and then zero in on your specific situation...
1.Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements 12?
2. Are you running the program as Run As Administrtor and/or from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?
3. Is your video card driver up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the video card?

Will RH7/RSC run on Windows server 2003?
We have the technical communication suite (1) with RH7. We're looking at installing and using the bundled RoboSource Control. I found the system requirements for RH, but there's no mention of 2003. Does anyone know if it will run on Windows Server 2003?
Yes, it is amazing, isn't it? If only I could remember half of the interesting or useful tidbits I come across. But no, instead my head is full of old phone numbers, TV jingles, and grade-school song lyrics!
You're right, RSC can be installed on a PC. However, if you have the option of installing it on a server, I would think that would be the better option. You'll avoid having unnecessary load on your PC. Also, depending on the server configuration, you can get better response using the server, as RSC is very disk-intensive. Besides all that, it's nice to have IT take care of backups and such.

please help. ive bought a second hand ipod nano, when i connect it to my pc, it does not recognise it in itunes,yet it comes up as a sigma mass usb device. its an ipod nano 8gb?. im running on windows vista,my own ipod classic runs fine.
there is a good chance that this can be related to bad contact in USB lead.. e.g not enough power from IPOD to PC so that pc cannot recognise it. Where I work I get alot of USB devices on pc's that are not recognised and most of the time it is the connection to the device that is not good enough because the flat end of the USB adapter has been gradually bent over time just slightly and now contact is not good. It can also be todo with drivers or If you are using it through a USB hub.
so if it is not working through USB hub try direct. also try in back of PC as these Ports or direct access to main board to pc and would be less trouble some if there was a voltage loss from mainboard in pc to front of unit. -
Does anyone know if Appleworks 6.2 (education version)will run on windows 7 64 bit? I have it running on 32 bit with no problem.
It runs fine on 64 bit. I have it running on Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. Just have Quicktime installed first otherwise the install will fail. Sorry for the late reply.

I need to use my iMac to run some Windows software not available for Mac and was thinking of obtaining Parrallels Desktop 9 to help with this. If I use Parrallels do you still have to partitian your drive and does this leave you open to viruses?
You do not have to partition your drive - Parallels creates a disk image which contains your Windows installation. You do have to exercise anti-virus measures in the Windows partition, although such malware cannot affect the Mac filesystem.

Does anyone have a cure for the following error running on Windows, "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be found located in the dynamic link library SQLite.dll.
I have searched my computer for that file SQlite3.dll and also file QTCF.dll and I cannot find either one when I search my whole computer for it. I cannot fix this! I deleted Itunes and every time I try to download it, it goes through all this download till the end when it says that iTunes.exe-entry point now found and that Procedure entry point message comes up. HELP! This is driving me crazy. How can I get itunes to work again when I can't find the danged .dll file to remove, move or rename!?!?!??

I recently purchased a new computer running Windows 7 professional 64 bit with a Pentium G630 2.7 ghz processor and 4GB memory on an ASUS P8H61-MX with integrated Intel graphics. Firefox and also Waterfox does not appear to be rendering a lot of background web information. To my mind it seems not to be taking account of all CSS instructions which I establish by checking my own web sites where background colour and images are not being shown. I run another Windows 7 Professional system 32 bit which is OK as is Opera and Safari on this system which leads me to believe it is a browser problem with 64 bit OS but then it still happens with Waterfox.
I use Firefox on a Windows 7 64bit sytem with no problems. It is probably more likely to relate to your Firefox settings, or some software extension you use.
