Does verizon or tmobile ipads can be use worlwide?

Im planning to buy my first ipad, the thing is I live most part of year in latin america, just few months in the states, so i need to buy an ipad that can be used out of the states normaly, i mean to use a data plan for a non-american provider (nor tyt, verizon, tmobile, sprint cause they doesnt work in latin america).
Ive read that a verizon ipad (verizon a cdma provider) could do that, but keep looking others say that just a gsm provider is able to (like att, tmobile), so im asking to anybody with experience in the topic. which one should i buy?

Any iPad Air you buy should be fine. They all have GSM. You'll need to find out if there is a carrier who supports iPhones and who supports 4G LTE.

And just in case you were wondering, installing one purchased copy on all the Macs you own is specifically called out as allowed in the Mac OS X Lion license.
If you do not want to download multiple times, just copy the Applications -> Install Lion app to a safe place BEFORE you do the first install. Then copy that copy to any Mac you own where you want to install Lion.

IPad can't use phone number

My iPad can't use my phone number to send iMessage with after update to 6.1.3. I have tried turning it of and back on again but i can only choose my email to send/recieve from.
Does anyone know what is wrong and how i can fix it?

Read this kb article and make sure that you go to the very end of the article to find out what to do. You might have to sign out of Messages on all of your iDevices in order to link the iPhone number back to Messages on the iPad. You should be able to do that if you follow the steps at then end.

Only the carrier can unlock a phone and I am not sure if Verizon is one of those which will.

You can re-enable it for special purposes, opposite of disabling it...

Of course you must download Skyoe to any device you want to use it on. And the Skype name and password must be the same on each in order to access your account, contacts, etc.

Sorry, but iTunes U is only available to K-12 public school districts, private schools and two- and four-year accredited, degree-granting, public or private colleges and universities. It's not available for corporations.

For example, a single employee may use an App Store Product on both the employee's iPhone and iPad, or multiple students may serially use an App Store Product on a single iPad located at a resource center or library. For the sake of clarity, each iOS Device used serially by multiple users requires a separate license.

If you choose but you need to be careful with your data plan and make sure you use wifi at home. This approach will make you pad a sole source so others in tying household will need to use your device. It's really your call.

If you have a PC, you don't have Pages on it. You can transfer Pages presentations to/from iCloud via http://www.icloud.com , however -- you just won't have an app on your PC to deal with Pages documents. Make sure that you have your iCloud account properly configured on your iPad.

With iOS 7 they must have your Apple ID and password to erase the device and use it. If they can figure out the passcode then they can access it and get access to unprotected information. However, if you configured Find My Phone once the device goes online you can have it instantly locked or erased. Sign into icloud.com to set that up if Find My Phone is turned on in the phone.
