  • Using Gamepad to play GTA: San Andreas

    Dear Apple Support Community!
I would like to play GTA: San Andreas (from the Mac App Store) with my Gamepad "Thrustmaster Firestorm Dual Analog 3". An internet-research did not help me. No Mac drivers avaible, but I found something called "ControllerMate". Unfortunatelly the software is way too complexive for me.
    Can anyone help me?
In advance I thank you for any assistance!

You will get the authorization holds back. There are multiple ones if you kept trying to make the system accept the card that it declined.
No one here can say why the card was declined. Check with the bank and ask what they see on their end of the transaction. At this point you need to supply a different bank card or redeem an iTunes gift card.

  • Playing gta san andreas with audigy ls sound c

Have Anyone Else Had Problems Playing Gta San Andreas While Using Audigy Ls Sound Card (Problems Like Music But No Sound Effects)?
I Did But I Installed My Old Sound Blaster Li've 5. Digital Sound Card And I No Longer Have That Problem.

I'm still using a soundblaster and I find the game crashing completely and locking up my computer.

  • How warm does your iPhone 4 get?

Obviously expecting an iPhone to get warm during use. This is my second iPhone 4, my first one got replaced because I complained about it getting really hot.
Haven't had the same problem with this phone until today (It's nearly 3 months old now) and it's starting to get warm. It might be I'm just noticing it more so and it always happened, but when I play a game like Infinity Blade it gets very hot, which is expectable, the 3D graphics and heavy usage on the CPU. But even when I play a game like Angry Birds my phone gets warm around the SIM tray after about 15 minutes of playing. Is this normal?
    I also don't have 3G/WiFi on.

    Sorry?

I would contact applecare about this issue. a hot phone is not normal , a warm phone is.
but if you contact applecare that way you have a record of the issue incase it gets worse in the future.

  • Why does my iPhone 5 get hot when I am using facetime?

I notice that after I have been using facetime for calls for about 5 minutes, my phone gets really hot. Anyone notice this issue? Should I replace my device?

you could set up a genius bar appointment, but this may happen, are you using wifi or 3g/lte? is it plugged in while you FaceTime?

  • Why does the IPhone 4 get really hot, when you are making a phone call??

I can't seem to find the answer to this riddle . why does the iPhone 4 get really hot when you are making phone calls or when using face Time ??

    It doesn't.
There must be an issue with your iphone.
    Have you tried reset?  Restore?
Have you made an appointment at the genius bar to have them look at it?

  • I boght an iphone 4s, it gets hot easily, is it normal? does iphone 4s gets hot just for surfing the web?

i boght an iphone 4s and it gets hot easily, is it normal? does iphone 4s get hot just for surfing the web?

It all depends on the reception. If you cell reception is bad, iPhone will try harder and it will get warmer and uses more battery.
For your info, iPhone 4S is a dual core A5 chip.

  • Why does my iphone 4s gets really hot even though im not using it, battery drain's 2% every 5 minutes.. and its just in my pocket,. what will i do?

why does my iphone 4s gets really hot even though im not using it, battery drain's 2% every 5 minutes.. and its just in my pocket,. what will i do?

some thing is runnng in the back ground. Or your email is struck. Deleted all emails and reboot phone and add them one by one. Or your sim cards has problem. Replace sim card. If nothing works drain battery then recharge battery to 100% full charge.

  • Does anyone have problems with iPhone 5 getting hot?

It is normal for it to get warm when it's being used, especially if it is hot outside. It can even get uncomfortably warm. As long as it is not causing you physical harm (as in giving you burns) or displaying a temperature warning, then it's normal behavior. It's like taking your laptop outside and using it. Except the laptop will probably burn you.

  • IPhone 6 gets hot

My iPhone 6 gets hot while in use - I can be playing a game or just on other apps.  It varies from time to time whether it gets hot.  I keep my brightness level up all the way during the day and lower it at nightime.  Last night, I adjusted the level down all the way and played a music playlist on YouTube. I woke up a couple of hours later and it was very hot to touch.  My brightness auto adjust is set to OFF.
Another issue I'm having is while using my iphone, is that the brightness level flickers and dims slightly on its own.  As stated, my auto adjust brightness is set to off.  I am running the current software.  Anyone else experiencing any these issues?

Try resetting your phone. Press and hold down both the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for 10 seconds or so until the Apple logo appears then let go. You won't lose any data.
There are a number of things you can check to improve battery performance in this article. https://www.apple.com/ca/batteries/maximizing-performance/#ios
If none of the above help then the next step would be to Restore. Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings This will erase everything on your phone so back up your data first.

  • My iPhone was getting hot when used or charging. Went to Apple in Portland, OR.Phone making random sound. Why??? How do I make it stop????

My iPhone was getting hot when used or charging. Went to Apple in Portland, OR. I did a reset on the phone. My IPhone is now making a random sound. Why??? How do I make it stop???? I have turned off all notifications. I do not have life360 or Skype. I do have Facebook, WordsFree, ScrabbleFree, Pandora.

I did the reset. I updated the iPhone to 6.0. The alert sound stopped for a while then started again. I had to go to notifications a few times to turn off some of the alerts and now I have peace, plus I learned more about the notifications. Thanks for your help. I did not need to go to the Apple Store.

  • HT5622 iPhone 5 getting hot

Hi why my iPhone 5 getting hot when charging and. The battery  end fast

    Hello Elsayed07,
Depending on the warmth of the iPhone, this can be normal behavior. The article listed below explains warmth while charging and using other functions more in-depth:
When using the device or charging the battery, it is normal for it to get warm. The exterior of the device functions as a cooling surface that transfers heat from inside the device to the cooler air outside.

Your iPhone will warn you if it is over heating, and if it needs to, it will shut itself down. As long as you have not experienced this warning, what you are sensing may be normal. If you believe the temperature is a concern, you can isolate the issue by restoring your iPhone as new.  This will help you identify whether it is a hardware or software issue:
