Does ZoomSearch work with RoboHelp using all "accessible" settings?

Mr. Grainge, have been taking a look at your expertise in other discussions and would greatly appreciate your input regarding:
Am using RoboHelp 8.0.2 to develop an Online Help system.
All "accessible" options for Section 508 and W3C compliance are set when system is generated.
When I generate the system, the Search tab on the navigation panel shows lots of "partial" words or parsed characters and seems to also include partial URL links and even the names of image files (or parts of the file names) in the search results.
Unfortunately, I have to use all the accessibility options provided by RoboHelp. It really makes the output ugly and not very appealing, but gotta.
Am attaching an image of the Search panel and what a mess it is with partial name, image file names included, and partial words being identified a "full" words. I could not get this function to work.... I tried repeatedly to get an image to upload in various graphic formats, but it would NEVER UPLOADED.
Appreciate any help you can provide.... I would certainly use ZoomSearch to provide a much more enhanced Search capability.... My only concern is that incorporating the output from ZoomSearch might not be "accessible" compliant.

ZoomSearch will work as the Search page is just another topic. Whether or not the page and the results will meet accessibility requirements is another issue and one that I have not investigated. Look at the search page on my site as that is what you will get although the fonts and colours can be customised. ZoomSearch is from http://www.wrensoft.com and maybe their help pages will cover accessibility. The crew there is very helpful.

You really need to find a way to stop rejecting emails coming from Google Apps hosted email.
It's been around 4 years now (looking at previous posts). Why hasn't HP found a resolution to this yet?

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

This is a user to user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

Concluding something does not work because you fail at using it is not necessarily always justified.
The Quick Selection Tool certainly has limitations, but your post seems to be more about venting than trouble-shooting – otherwise you might have posted an image where you failed to get an expected result.

I know what your'e going through, Gary.   OSX 10.6.7 is an absolute disaster.   Since I upgraded, I've had problems in FCP, Logic, Garageband, even issue dealing with peripheral hardware like external monitors.
Before 10.6.7 my system was running fine.
I've brought this up with Apple repeatedly.   They smile and shrug.   They've been helpful resolving the issues, but none of them has been easy to solve. I have spent days, dealing back and forth with tech support, sending logs, etc., before solutions have been found.
I wish I could give you an answer to your question.   My only guess is that Apple has totally dropped the ball on this one.   In the future they should provide a disclaimer when they offer an upgrade. Something like:   "Caution: all of your software may not function after this upgrade. But go ahead, you'll feel cool that your OS is the latest thing."
As someone who has been with Apple for close to 25 years, I'm disturbed by what appears to be an increasing sloppiness in their work.   This is especially disturbing when you depend upon their system to make your living.

The Adobe Font Folio has absolutely nothing to do with the Adobe Creative Cloud offering. I think you are thinking about TypeKit which is included with the Adobe Creative cloud, integrates with the Creative Cloud applications, but also allows use of the fonts therein with other applications.
The Adobe Font Folio is a disk with pretty much the entire Adobe Type Library. You install any number of fonts on the disk onto your system and they act just like any other fonts with any applications, including the CS6 applications.

If I use my own domain with mobileme, does it work with google search?

I've noticed something, I used to only access my page with web.me.com/NAME and it shows up relatively at the top of of the google search results when I search for NAME or things related to me.
Since then I have started using my own domain which I have bought from godaddy.com. Now I'm not sure if I am doing it right, but at godaddy, I setup this forward to web.me.com/NAME as a 301 site move. When I type in my own domain, it gets redirected ok but the problem is it never shows up in google. It doesn't show up if i search for "mydomainname" or "mydomainname.com" or anything.
Any ideas? Does forwarding (cloak) does not work with search engines?

You are referring to IP addresses and Nameservers. You DON'T need these if you are using CNAME forwarding. They are not required.
Normally, when you set up CNAME forwarding you would delete the A record and set-up CNAME in its place. At least this is what I had to do when I used CNAME forwarding with MobileMe. I went to my DNS settings and there were A records against both @ and www. I had to delete both of these and set up new records, one for @ with CNAME that pointed to web.me.com and then the other for www, CNAME that also pointed to web.me.com.
What you have done sounds right, in that your domain name is pointing to web.me.com that is where your new website is with iWeb/MobileMe.
I think your problem is due to your old website that you created with Microsoft Office Live. You seem to have used the same domain name with this? If so, have you deleted your old site that you created with Microsoft Office Live?
I don't quite know how Microsoft Office Live works, but I know that you can create a site with them quite quickly using their templates and colour themes, although it is limited as to what you can do and probably is not as good as iWeb. Did you register the domain name through them and then publish? How do you publish to their server? You need to remove this site totally from the server so that your domain name will just be linked to your iWeb/MobileMe site.
I think the problem lies with your old site and Microsoft Office Live rather than your CNAME settings at GoDaddy. Investigate this first.
