Doesn't dowload messages

Suddenly Thunderbird has stopped downloading messages. It seems to be looking either for servers or messages but never completes the task. The little circle just keeps going around. However, I can access my mail using Outlook and other programs.

I'm also having the same issue and I do use Cox and I have access to mail with iphone as well. iphone works without issue but accessing mail in iMac is getting stuck and does not get to the Inbox. To solve the problem I am clicking on the small "gear" (?) at the bottom of the MAILBOXES just below the Mail Activity window and opening to the "Get Account Info" tab and opening up "Messages on Server". When my incoming mail gets "stuck" I have been deleting the old emails starting with the largest ones. After enough clicks my mail flows into the Inbox. It is not convenient but at least it seems to "unstick" things. Any suggestions are appreciated?

There's a program called DockStar that lets you put badges on the dock icon for different folders. It's shareware and available here: http://www.ecamm.com/mac/dockstar/
I've got a smart mailbox named "Unread messages" that just collects ... all my unread messages (I do a lot of automagic sorting) and then have DockStar show how many messages are in that smart folder.

Details: Added logic in Consumer such that when the Consumer is connected over a non-realtime channel (i.e. non-polling and non-streaming channel), a warning is logged to let the user know that channel is not going to automatically receive updates via client poll or server push. We can't really throw an error here because one might want to disable channel polling and manually send poll requests when needed and this is a valid configuration as well.

but i solved it some other way... not entirely sure this was
it though as i was doing a lot of things at once...
it was fds.swc... possibly it was out of date or missing.

IPod doesn't receive messages when turned off

I Own a 32gb 5th generation iPod. The version is iOS 7.1.2 In the past month whenever I turn my iPod off it doesn't receive messages that have been sent to me. Sometimes when I turn it on I will get messages that weren't delivered that day, it will always be from exactly 6 days ago. I'm not really sure what could be causing it and I have not changed anything that would have caused it that I know of. The only way that this doesn't happen is if I leave my iPod on 24/7.

Are you powering the iPod off (Slide to Power off)?
Or are you letting the iPod sleep?

I need help setting up my daughters iPod. She has been using her iPod touch for 6 months using my ID. This caused a problem now that she is a bit more savvy and has learnt to message and FaceTime. I get her calls and she gets mine. I have set her up her own ID with iCloud but when I go to settings for FaceTime and messaging I can't erase my ID. So the problem is not really solved. She will have to access iTunes through me as she doesn't know my password and any games etc have to pass the mummy test. Can anyone help?

Thanks. I have my iPad on my lap and her iPod in my hand. We can FaceTime each other but it won't let either of us message each other. I know mine is activated as I use it frequently. I have activated hers as well. Maybe I will put it in the too hard basket for tonight, sleep on it and try again tomorrow.

Adapter Engine monitoring doesn't show messages

I have 2 scenarios
1. Synch HTTP -> Synch RFC
2. Synch HTTP -> Synch BPM -> Synch RFC
In case 1 Adapter Engine monitoring shows all messages correctly
In case 2 there is no entry for HTTP Sender system only BPM->SAP System.
Could you help me why RWB doesn't show it?

just to add to what moorthy has told. IDOC and HTTP adapters interact directly with the INTEGRATION ENGINE on the ABAP STACK while, the other adapters interact with the ADAPTER ENGINE available on the J2EE STACK.
That is why, you do not gind the same on the RWB --> ADAPTER MONITORING.
Also, the reason why you do not have a SENDER HTTP and IDOC adapter.

BBM doesn't sent messages just to one contact.

I have the newest BBM. BlackBerry Q10. My BlackBerry OS 10.2.1.537. Pin: [removed]
Problem came suddenly. My girlfriend doesn't receive any texts from me but I'm get hers. I can call her by BBM voice/video, also she can. That features works perfectly.
What's more, that problem happened today. Yesterday everything worked fine.
I deleted her, she also. Re-added each other and nothing. I restarted device with switch and battery. BBM says that messages are sent but not delivered. Just like I wrote in title. I have that problem only with her. That's mean we should break up?

Oracle Workflow WF_IN Listener doesn't dequeue message


I'm using Oracle Interconnect 10g (ver. 10.1.2.2) and has been struggle trying to make the workflow WF_IN listener to work and have no luck so far.


I have done the following: 
1. Create a Service Components for Workflow Inbound Listener from Oracle Application Server Control 10g. 
2. Create WF_IN Listeners from Oracle Workflow Setup Check All homepage 
3. Create 3 Event Subscriptions from Oracle Workflow homepage: 
a. Event: oracle.apps.wf.event.agent.create 
b. Event: oracle.apps.wf.event.event.create 
c. Event: oracle.apps.wf.event.subscription.create 
4. Create Oracle Workflow Publish and Subscribe Activity Event from iStudio and deploy them to Oracle Workflow


Regardless, the message that is in WF_IN Queue is always in ready state (state 0) and never dequeued. I have no idea what steps am I missing here. It just seems that the listener I created doesn't work or maybe not configure properly. So, if anybody can help me out here, I really appreciate. Here is the screenshot of the configuration I mentioned above.

Edward, you see, when you create WF_IN Listener from Oracle Workflow Setup Check All homepage, really they implemented as database JOBs.
So, connect to database as sys and select from DBA_JOBS, look if there is any job with text ("what" column) like "Wf_Event.Listen('WF_IN')".
If there is one or several - check there status, if they are working correctly (broken = 'N', failures = 0).
If broken = 'Y' or failures > 0, than you have problems with them!
In this case check if you have set database parameters job_queue_processes=10, and aq_tm_processes=1 as recommended for Workflow.
If it does not help, try to execute dequeue comment manually:

Wf_Event.Listen('WF_IN');
end;

I've noticed this happening in the past few months and it's really annoying.
When I'm quoting multiple people's messages, the first message I quote doesn't include a timestamp. See my screenshot. These are the messages I'm copying. Below the screenshot, this is what it pastes when I copy those messages:

As you can see, the first message doesn't have the timestamp or the person's name, but the subsequent ones do. To get around this, I've been having to copy part or all of the line above the line I wish to start with so that the timestamp shows in that one. Then I'll go and delete the partial above message.
This happens regardless of if the first message is from me or from another person. It's any first message I quote when the whole portion I'm quoting has more than one sender.
Anyone seeing this functionality as well? Any solutions?

I have lost all of the downloaded music on my I phone. I tried to sync the phone with my new laptop. I only have my camera roll on the laptop and my phone. All libraries have disappeared. All games have disappeared from my phone too. Can anyone help me?

Content Repository Doesn't Exist Message CMS106

I am facing trouble while configuring a content repository in SAP Netweaver/MiniSAP.
I created a content repository using the transaction code oac0.
I want to create my content repository to HTTP Content Server which is not a SAP Content Server rather a third party Content Server.
When I provide URL and start the server it does recongnise the server however it gives message that content repository doesn't exist.
Understood that this is a logical repository. do i need to map it to some physical storage location.
Please help and suggest .....

if this is a 3rd party content server, then you have to contact the vendor.
The thing is that creating the repository in OAC0 only creates the definition in SAP, but the content repository must be created physically in the content server too.
If this was a SAP Content Server, then this function is possible using transaction CSADMIN, but this will not work with 3rd party servers. I suppose that 3rd party content servers have admin tools to do this...

Apple mail search doesn't show messages

I can normally search for sent and received emails by entering a persons email address in the search field with the spyglass icon, since last week I haven't been able to do this even though all messages show up in the inbox and sent folders. Is there a setting that I might have accidentally changed?

These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

Whatsapp doesn't receive messages instantly

Recently, my friend's iPhone started to show problems within Whatsapp, not receiving messages even when she has opened the app to check out new messages. For example, when I send her a message at 10 a.m, she will not receive it even when she has opened the app. Then the app suddenly did receive the message at 2:30 p.m. The delay is kind of annoying as it's an instant messaging service and it just doesn't do its work properly.
The problems started to occur after she installed the new update. She has tried to reinstall the app, hoping to resolve the problem but that didn't work. I've tried to search for a solution on the internet, but most of them are describing problems about Notification problems, but not the messages themself. Her iPhone 4 is running on iOS5. My question is, have some of you encountered these problems as well, and if so, I would like to know how I can help her solve this problem.
I'll provide more specific information if needed, as I'm not sure for which part I will have to search right now.
Notable information
- this occurs mostly before 3pm, after this time, it seemed to be okay
- App has been reinstalled to try to solve the problem
- Firmware: iOS 5.0.0
- Happens on both Wifi and Cellular network

TS2755 iPhone 5 on ios7 doesn't receive messages from other iPhones when data is turned off

My iPhone 5 doesn't receive iMessages or texts from other iPhones when my data is turned off, obviously I do not expect to receive iMessages but I also cannot receive text messages. Text messages can be sent but not received. Text messaging to and from people with androids and blackberries is fine.

That is because iPhone users would be sending you iMessages. The only time you would receive them as a text is if they have theirs turned off, or it is set to send an SMS if iMessage fails. At some point you had iMessages activated, and if so, that is how the iDevices will send to you.
