Doesn't even turn on
I woke up this morning to find that the light on my express would go from amber>green>flash green once>amber>black/blank. I still have my warranty on it but I was wondering if there is any way I can fix it... PLEASE HELP!

Hold in the reset button on the back while plugging it in. Keep it held until the green light flashes 4 times (takes a bit of time 10-20 seconds). This will erase all of your settings, however, so be careful. I guess it doesn't matter since it won't work anyway. This resets it to factory settings. Then just go through the set up process as if you just opened it. If that doesn't work, return it. Good luck!

I lost my phone a few days ago when it fell out of my bag but then someone found it in the snow. Not sure how wet it was when the person found it but my phone worked fine for 5 days after. When I plugged my phone in to charge over night, I woke up with it completely shut off and I can't even turn it on. Not sure if this is a water damage issue due to the phone being lost in snow or if something else could be the case. Its just strange that it worked perfectly fine for the past 5 days and now I can't even turn it on.
Any insight would be helpful!
thanksIt probably had moisture inside, and as you used it you caused the moisture to short out critical components. You can take your iPhone to an Apple Store for diagnostics, but if the moisture indicators are tripped (and they probably are) it would need to be an out of warranty repair, or if you have it, one for the $79 Apple Care+ "incidents". If you have to pay the full price for an out of warranty repair, that will run you much closer to $269 USD.

I tried updating my iPod touch to the newest update. But my iPod was unable to complete the update. Now my iPod doesn't turn on completely. The apple logo appears but then the screen goes blank. I've tried charging it, letting it discharge, I've tried things I found on the internet but nothing seems to be working. What can I do?

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Just got my ipod and it doens´t even turn on
I just got my Ipod Nano. I have itunes installed but it says that it can´t recognize my ipod right now. My ipod doesn´t even turn on. I haven´t seen a thing in it´s screen! My windows explorer doesn´t show my ipod too but when checking my computer configurations it says that I have a Apple Recovery connected to the USB.
I suspected it was battery but it´s connected to my computer for two hours now and NOTHING happened. I looked everywhere and called apple assistance (they´re not working today).
A help would be so much appreciated!!! I want to at least see my ipod turning on

Its up to the particular App to have rotation enabled. If it doesn't then the screen will remain in the orientation the designers set.

My IPod was dead and I hooked it up to my computer it had the charging symbol but when it was charged up enough to turn its self on it stopped charging and my computer doesn't even read that it is hooked in I tried another chord and still doesn't work I would like to send it in but I do not know what Information I need to do so can some one please help me It was also a gift to me for christmas last year and she bought it in December I was wandering some one told me that Ipod touches have atleast a 1 year warranty with Apple and if it gets replaced can they put what pictures that are on it on the new one If you know the answers or at least one please please help I would be very appreciative. thank you

I just got a new nano and downloaded the most up to date itunes then I plugged it into my computer and it does not turn on at all, no charge image and my computer doesn't even recognize that there is a connection. How do I fix this?
By calling iPod tech support while you are under warranty. You also have 14 days to return it w/no questions asked for a replacement or your $$$ back.

I would attempt a reset. This is done by holding both the powerbutton and the home button for about 10 seconds for it to restart.
When it boots back up, test the issue. If the issue persists, I would then recommend a restore through iTunes on a computer, set up as new, and test again. If it's now working, i'd recommend to restore from your last back up see if it resolved your issue.
Hopefully the first reset solves it, in most cases it does.

I have a 13 inch Macbook Pro. I have bought it just 5 months back. All of a sudden, i am unable to turn the mac on. It doesn't even get Charged. What could be the issue ?
If you're unable to turn it on, let alone even charge it then it definitely sounds like a battery issue to me. I'd wait for someone else to reply just to be sure but I think somehow the battery by the sounds of it must have died. However, I could be very wrong.
If you're still under applecare which you should be then it should be an easy free fix. Hope this helps! -

My iPhone 4S will not play music out loud. I can't turn sound up or down, it doesn't even give me the option. I think that it thinks its docked, I've tried to blow air in it, I've tried compressed air with no luck.
Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if fixed. If not, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, clean again, very well with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.

A pop up appeared and it doesn't disappeared even though I press the "ok" of the pop up and it doesn't let me do anything else. I can't even turn it off. What can I do?
This isn't the solution, but I would just let it run out of battery.
It would turn off on its own then just start charging it again

My phone will not turn on? it doesn't even respond to charging.
