Doesnt know my ipod is there

Okay, i have almost the same exact problem as this guy "I installed the latest version of iTunes (7.2) on my new computer but when I plug in my iPod, I get the message "Found New Hardware: Windows needs to install the driver software for your iPod." I already re-installed iTunes twice, reset the iPod but the same things keeps happening. When I try to locate the driver by telling Windows to search in the directory where iTunes is installed, it still does not find the driver. " So the only thing different is i installed it 3 times and for some reason my computer knows its there. Like is says CHARGING but it doesnt show the message i normally get on my ipod "Do not dissconect this ipod from the comp" or w/e I dont know its weird i need help. THis is my second ipod and lately its really ******* me off cause tehy always break on me....And im not hard on them at all I have case and everything

No app on the iPod is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or conbtinue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown/shown off, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.
But a Restore as New is the way to go.

Your friend should not keep someone elses iphone without making every attempt to fget it to the rightful owner.

You cannot bypass this security measure. You need to recover your AppleID from appleID.apple.com
If you can't send the password recovery to a secondary email, contact Apple Support.

Place the iPod in Recovery mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes.

i've been trying to download photos on my nano for weeks and i always receive this message :
"no photos were copied to the ipod because there is not enough free space on the ipod to hold your photos and albums."
the weird thing is that there IS free space; i actually made some (there are 18 available MB right now on my nano). and the folder containing the photos i am trying to download is far from 18 MB. but i still get the same message.
anyone knows what i could do?? thanks!!

R U sure you have enough space? Double check to make sure you are only trying to upload the pictures you want on your ipod not all the pictures on your computer (more than 18 MB).

There is no version of Excel for iPads. iPads come with something that lets you view the contents of Excel files but it implements only the common easy features and there are (literally) hundreds of things you can do in Excel that it doesn't know how to show on the screen, including some functions.
If you intend to work with spreadsheets on an iPad I suggest you buy Numbers for iPad

which understands more (but still not 100%) of the things that Excel does. It is so cheap that you can probably afford to buy a copy just to see whether it does what you want.
If you are doing things with spreadsheets and intend to be primarily working on iPads then I suggest you actually use Numbers on a Mac as well, rather than using Excel at all.
