Domain Forwarding Problem -- Asked for idisk user name/password

Hi, I forwarded my domain name to the new iweb site I created, and everytime I try and log onto the site I get a message saying:
Authentication Required, followed by a request for the Username and Password for idisk.mac.com at http://webmac.com
Consequently no one can access the website, and I can only access it if I give my user name and password.
I forwarded my original domain name to web.mac.com/myname
Should I have forwarded it to the full address: http://web.mac.com/myname/iWeb/Site/firstnamei%20lastname.html ??????

Yes, all that should be required is your Apple ID and password. It may be worth checking whether your account needs verifying or whether any other information is required.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

You would make address lables with the Contacts app.
If you don't have the user name and password used to set up the machine then you need to purchase the apps for yourself.

So I have set up a localhost area in my Mac. I have the new server.app and I am running yosemite 10.10.2 .

I am pretty certain that the Serveris "localhost",
Name is my macs name (like my-mac-min)
password is "my login password"
and they suggest port 21.
But what is the file path, lets just say my site is set up http://localhost/siteftp and is actually at my Users/Sites/siteftp folder.
Why cant this program connect to the mac.
Is it because they are both operating in the same localhost enviroment,
could it be my folder permissions are not correct on siteftp folder?

I tried turning the computer off and then back on. The alerts don't show the notice to update as resolved. Hopefully this is not a problem or an indicator or another problem. Should I ignore or reload 10.10.1 from the app store to trigger a resolved check in a green circle?
Interesting that I had to buy server software after my free Yosemite download. I would have hoped that the two pieces of software would have gone together without any complication. It is not positive to end up buying a problem. Ah well, time to move on.

I switched from CenturyTel to Charter. I can't use Firefox because a box appears asking me for Authentication Required, User Name and Password. When I hit cancel, this message appears:

Have you reset the password recently for the email account?
A real simple fix usually is to delete the mail account (settings < mail contacts calendars, tap the affected account and choose delete at the bottom) Then re add the account.

What does DE want when it asks for Adobe user name and unlock code? I have tried my acct ID, user name with my password but that does not work.

If you're referring to BlackBerry ID, then you need to perform a Security Wipe before you can login using your new credentials. Make sure you have a backup because this will delete all of your data.

After using a certain payed wifi, now always I open another wifi feature, the old window for the paying wifi ask for the user name ans password. I'd already delete the old wifi conection, clean the cookies, restart laptop, clean the historic, etc etc

User Name/Password for SQL*Plus

I installed the Oracle 8i Personal Version in my PC.
I have been trying to log on to the Oracle SQL*Plus screen, which asks me for the User Name, Password and the Host String.
Does anybody out there know what I should use here to log on to this screen?

Hey i downloaded the "Oracle Databese 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows".
durin the download and installation i nevr specified any user name or passwd or host string.
when i open SQL Plus it asks for my user name ,pwd and host string.
i tried the folowing combinations and it didnt wrk for any of them
user name/pwd:scott/tiger,sys/sys,system/system,admin/admin.
i really need to wrk over oracle as i have to complete my project. and i have only one sem left.
it will b so kind of u if u can provide me with the user id, pwd and host string
ur co-operation will b greatly appreciated.

Goto oracle database configuration assnt and create a db. During db it creation it will prompt u for pwd and u can set at tht point. By dafult oracle pwd's are

A site that i need to access asks for my username and password and then either pretends to load and says "authentication failed" or acts like it will load and then make me put it in again and it still doesn't work.

I need to access the library resources for an assignment in college. When I get to the website it asks for my user name and password and once I type that information, it seems like it will load and then it will repeat the user name and password page as if it did not load or say "authentication failed."

Windows Security user name/password prompt when trying to remote access personal cloud storage device

I have 2TB WD Book Live drive setup at home and is working fine, including remote accessing by internet. However using a colleague's computer at the office recently, her computer would always prompt me for Windows Security username and password. I've tried
keying her admin user name/password and well as the router's admin/admin combinations and still doesn't allow me to access the cloud drive properly. However I have had no problem accessing the same drive remotely using other colleagues computers.
The exact message prompt as follows: Windows Security. The server 192.168.1.1 is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that it is from index.htm. WARNING: Your user name and password will be sent using basic authentication on
a connection that isn't secure.
Please help me understand the problem and its solution. Thank you.

The IP address 192.168.1.1 is your Router server address, isn't it? I doubt there should some limition in your colleague's system. Please check it. Also you can try to disable security software for test to access your cloud.
The problem isn't your cloud server Authorization.

WVC80N User Name & Password No Longer Recognized

One of my two WVC80Ns no longer recognizes its user name and password so I cannot access settings. This seems to have happened after a power loss and re-start. The other camera is fine - its user name and password work fine, and I can access settings for it. I can't figure out how to reset the user name and password on the problem camera. I tried reinstalling but the reinstall fails. Any ideas please?

So the scenario that you explained that WVC80Ns no longer recognizes its user name and password ... So for that there will be a reset button on the back panel of the camera.... So press that reset button for 30 secs and power cycle the camera....
Check the IP address of the camera from the DHCP client table then try to access the setup... It will ask for the User name and password.... Put in the default password of the camera " admin "...

Not control-R. Command-R. Shut the computer down. Reboot it. Hold down cmd-R when you hear the chime. Keep it held down and you should see the Lion recovery partition.
