Don't have a Svhs cable converter

Question

Hi!
I was given by a friend a Geforce4 MX440 AGP8X, as I had no graphics card of my own.
It works like a charm, but the thing is I want to connect it to the TV.
The Svhs port looks very strange, its got like 10 holes or something. I talked to a computer company and they say i need a converter that came with the card. Thing is my friend has moved, and i have no way to contact him.
Does anybody know how to solve this? I'd gladly buy a new cable like this, but the computer companies i've talked to say they don't sell them, except with the cards.
