Don't know how to access my 10.4.11 Tiger laptop from MacBook 10.6.5??

Hey, trying to access my iBook g4 powerPC that's still running 10.4.11 from a MacBook Pro 10.6.5... not having luck. I'd like to access files on the ibook from the MacBook and transfer them via wireless within the same house. Won't be trying to otherwise, but still have most of my files/work on my iBook and it's become a pain, to say the least. I tried to set up file sharing but (my quite outdated knowledge) I can't even get the drop folders to work, but I'd much prefer to simply access any files without having to copy them into the drop folder. I am hoping for logging in w a name and password...
Also, please walk me through kindergarden style. In the 90's (literally) I knew how to zip through settings, anymore I'm like a parent screaming "Stop the flashing 12:00 on the VCR!" Hopefully old dogs can... - Much thanks!

Somehow I got it to work, a whole lot easier than i thought, kind of scary how easy... but Im not exactly sure what of several things is how I got it. Scariest thing; watching my iBook I wouldn't know that I was accessing it from the MB. It's only me doing it, but still seems so easy.
If I have a WPA2 password protected wireless network do I have to worry that others can access it so easily? (not that I have anything interesting, it's just the general privacy paranoia)

Drap and drop the tones from iTunes onto the phone. Select the contact you wish you add the tone to. Click edit and select ringtone.

if you have a win os you should have dl'd an exe and a 7z file.
put both in the same directory and double click the exe.

Open a new Finder window, Finder > File > New Finder Window, and it should appear on the left under Devices.
If you don't see it there, or to get it to show up on the Desktop: Finder > Preferences... General tab, check External disks to have it show on the Desktop, Or Sidebar tab, check External disks under DEVICES.

Outside of the contact number for that you've already used I don't know another way of direct contact. Here are some things that they may or may not of had you try that might help you. If you will go to the settings app and pick general on the right-hand side you will see accessibility. Within that you can adjust a text size make the text bowl you can also increase the contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and control panel.
As for Siri again in the settings app under general you should see Siri on the right-hand side with the switch to turn it on. If that is turned on and you're still having issues
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

If you bought it as a download, no. For one of those mysterious adobe reasons, downloads get serial numbers that only work on one platform while boxed versions come with a serial number that can be used on both.
To find out which version you had, go to the main page of adobe.com and log in and then click on Manage Account and you may be able to find your information in there somewhere. Then come back and we'll tell you if there's a download still available for it.

Go to www.icloud.com with Safari on the Mac. You will have to enter your username and password. iCloud will open to your account and there will be an iWorks icon that you can click on. Then you can click on Pages, Numbers or Keynote at the top. All of your documents should be in there. You can click on a document to download it. Follow the prompts if it asks what format you want.
As far as I know - only the iWorks applications currently work with this feature.

So, when I plugged in my new iPhone to my computer, all my music, info, pictures, etc was uploaded from the last time I had synced my old iPhone that was stolen. I'm happy I didn't lose everything, but I also had purchased at least $30 in music on my old iPhone (NOT through the computer, just off my device) since that last sync. So my problem is, my iTunes account completely realizes I've purchased all that music but it is NO where in my purchased library on my computer or new iPhone (so the whole "just right-click and transfer you purchases" gimmick is a no-go). And when I go to the individual songs I'd bought to try and get them back, all it says is I've already bought the song but won't tell me the NO MAN'S LAND that these songs are hiding in!!
I've looked up a bunch of threads and am still unsuccessful. I know that I should be able to get these purchases back onto my new iPhone and my authorized computer but I just have no idea how. It is becoming increasingly frustrating and I realllly do not want to spend another $30 on stuff I've already bought so anything would be helpful at this point.

This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

As you can see, the stuff circled in red doesn't give me an option to download from Cloud Beta because it already says "downloaded".
any way to get around that?
